They processed a card purchase 2 days after theor site rejected. Already purchased from others and now they dont reply to calls phone is just a recording email never replied. Scam
I ordered personalized wine glasses and needed them fast so I paid for Rush shipping. I was worried because I didn't get any kind of confirmation. I called a million times (no one answers, just goes to voicemail). I email and submit the online contact form. Then about 4 days later Claire emails me back that my order is ready to be shipped and will arrive the day before my party. That they will send a tracking number once it's out. Well that day came and no tracking had ever gone out and my glasses were never shipped. Thank God it was just a fun little party with my neighbors and not a wedding or major birthday or something like like. 2 hours before my party I emailed and demanded a full refund since I knew they never even shipped my glasses. So I got my money back thank God but not a sorry or we messed up or anything. Just an email confirmation of my refund. So maybe if you have a year in advance they may work out but if you need anything within the month run away! The most stressful experience I've ever had. They probably won't be in business for long.
It appears that I am not the only one telling this story. Here's mine: When I had not received an email with a tracking number for shipping approximately 1 week after the ship date I was told my order would ship when I placed my order, I sent and email. The response was that an email was sent informing me that one of their printers was down and that I would need to either pay for engraving or pay to have my order expedited. When I explained that I had NEVER received an email informing me of their printer situation, that my wedding was coming up in 2 weeks and that if it was impossible for me to receive my order 2 days prior to my wedding to please cancel my order. I was told that my order would be shipped in time. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED IN TIME. In fact, they still had not processed my order 2 days after my wedding. Then, it took and additional 2 weeks to receive an refund for my order.
We are inherently nervous when planning a wedding, especially in my case where the 1st plan went wrong 3 weeks before the wedding! I ordered 80 personalized wine glasses from CheapFavorShop, paid the extra 39 bucks to rush the order and not only got exactly what I needed but 3 extra glasses on top of it packing was excellent no breakages or chips and they came to me in less than a week! Not only that, but the customer service from Claire was impeccable with updates and a tracking number from UPS. I saw the bad reviews and can only explain them 2 ways, either they are being posted by their competition or people waited until the last minute to order which is not a smart thing to do because now you're relying on Mfg and shipping to fix YOUR mistake!
Nobody is perfect but this experience was, so I hope if your reading these reviews you read mine and realize that some people are impossible to please, and you should give people time to make things right for you. Order with plenty of time and keep in touch with customer service they were excellent! Seeya... joe :)
My wife ordered party favors February 5 for my sons first birthday March 10. Their site says ships within 1 week... that was a lie, the ignored all emails and calls got directed to an answering machine that they never return. We got an email March 3rd saying that items will be shipped March 8. And that we would receive package March 14th. We tried to call and email them but only got an email apologizing for the screw up and that we could get a refund and no party favors or 50% refund and the party favors when the cane in on the 14th. They were sorry because they were short staffed and things got messed up. If your company can't handle the order do to staffing issues you should close shop and/or stop taking orders. Also they hide behind emails. You can speak to a representative about placing an order, but not when your sons birthday is about to be ruined and they need to make things right.
Do not support or trust these people. We did order our favors for our baby shower and everyone loved them. Even then they sent the wrong sized boxes but they responded in a timely and according fashion. This time however they showed no interest or loyalty to their returning customers and left us high and dry. Worst customer service ever and I hope my review spares someone else the embarrassment of dealing with these people!
Stay away from this company unless you want headaches. I have been waiting for my order for over a month. Each week I am being told that my order will ship this week but I'm still waiting!

I ordered personalized mason jars only to get delivered someone else's order. I messaged cheap favor and they said they would have ups pick them up and ship the correct jars to me. Just opened the new box AND THEY ARE THE SAME JARS THAT ARE SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. THIS IS A JOKE COMPANY... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING THEY ARE SELLING. THE WORST PART IS THAT POOR GIRL PROBABLY ISNT GETTING HER JARS BC THE DATE WAS 7/24. IT IS ACTUALLY MY MISTAKE BC I DIDNT READ CUSTOMER REVIEWS BEFOREHAND. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL! When looking for favors for my reception my mom found this website and we ordered over 120 engraved wine glasses to give to our guests. It was such a HORRIBLE and STRESSFUL experience. My reception was on June 17th. When first ordered, we were told they would be delivered by June 9th. As the date got closer we called to make sure the order was going well, no answer. We called and emailed multiple times after with no answer. Finally we got an email saying that production was delayed and we would not get it by the 9th but they would pay for rushed shipping and we would get it before the 17th. Once again as the day got closer we heard nothing so we called and emailed with no answer for several days. Once again they finally emailed us back and said the shipment would arrive by the 15th but gave us no tracking number or proof of shipment. June 15th came and NO SHIPMENT! We blew up their phone and email with NO ANSWER. It's now the day of my wedding reception and we have NO WINE GLASSES TO GIVE OUR GUESTS AND NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL BACK FROM THE COMPANY! Talk about HORRIBLE customer service! SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS SITE! THEY WILL RUIN AND MAKE YOUR SPECIAL DAY VERY STRESSFUL!
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered custom glasses with black writing. I received glasses with purple writing! I contacted the company via email after calling them for 2 days and getting no answer. They assured me the problem would be corrected and I would get a whole new order of black glasses. I received my order today and guess what?! A whole set of purple glasses and my wedding is in 3 weeks. I have never dealt with such an incompentent company
