THIS WEBSITE IS BAD! DO NOT BUY I bought my wedding party favors and when I received them it was not what I had requested!. They did not take them back or give me a refund. BAD BUSSINESS PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I HOPE BUSSINESS CLOSES DOWN
This has been the worst online experience. I ordered 70 mason jars on March 5th for an event in May. At the end of March I only received 53. I called numerous times, left voicemails, left emails and finally I was able to reach someone on the phone. I was informed that my "package got split up" and that the other part got "sent back to the warehouse" which I learned later was a lie. I was supposed to receive those "lost" pieces a week and a half later and after two weeks I still didn't receive them. I even contacted them asking for a tracking number which I never received. I called more than 10 times in one day and never reached anyone and no one returned my calls. I finally got an email saying they had to replace my items and that they would be arriving April 27. I never got them. I left more messages and I haven't gotten my jars and I haven't gotten a refund. I ordered them well in advance, paid the full amount and am very discouraged. This company is all-around awful. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered with this company because of their shipping date that kept showing up, but vanished after I paid. No shipping posted on the receipt. I did order knowing I only had two weeks until my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. And I looked on quite a few sites, and this website had the easiest and cutest choices for what I wanted. I ordered 215 personalized wine glasses and 215 personalized coffee mugs. Shipping date promised was posted as as I was entering in my payment info, but after I hit submit, there was no longer a shipping date, but trusted the date they had given earlier. So I was super excited that this was going to happen! Until my mom asked when the cups and glasses were coming, so I thought I would email them. Well, I emailed them on a Friday, they got back to me on a Monday, and told me I should be receiving my order in another 6 weeks! What?!?!?!?! I don't need these cups in 6 weeks, I need them in 1 week, and what happened to the promised shipping date?!?! Panic officially set in. My poor parents wanting to give party favors at their 50th wedding anniversary are no longer going to be able to thanks to this scamming company. My recommendation for them is to not trick people with the promised shipping date. And if you can only get an order done is to call, then don't trick people into thinking they can just order online and think they will get a finished product in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I called on Monday, got a voicemail, and just got a returned call three days later by the same lady that I have been back and forth via email. On a positive note, I ordered from another company and they were able to do a 24 hour rush order, but it cost me $1000 extra dollars in shipping! So don't trust cheapfavorshop's promised shipping date when you order, and you probably should call after you place your order and hope you get to speak to a person within a few days to confirm your order, and hope you get your finished product in time! Or maybe just don't use them at all, and have peace of mind using a local company in your town. Peace.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- - Placed an order for 110 stemless wine glasses on January 23 - was promised deliver of them for February 28. Reached out to them from 2/28 - 3/2 and finally received an email on March 2 and they said there was an issue and they were going to be shipped on March 3 and be delivered by March 9. Today is March 9 and the glasses are no where in sight. My 50th birthday party is on Saturday and looking at these other reviews I have no faith that they will be here and just disputed the charges on my credit card. I have left several voicemail messages and sent several emails and have not heard back from anyone since March 2. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - GO ELSEWHERE! If I saw these reviews before I would never have placed the order - - - TRUST ME - THE PRICES ARE TRULY TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
When I ordered I was given a 9/7 delivery date... I called 3weeks later after not receiving a response to my request for a tracking number. I was guaranteed that the order had been processed and would be going out the next day. After not receiving a tracking number, I contacted them and got one only to find out that a shipping label had been printed minutes after my request and my order would go out that day... this was 9/6... my wedding is Saturday and was told I would receive my product on Friday... I will be where I'm getting married on Friday... over an hour away and have to figure out how to get it and put it all together in between appointments and picking up family from the airport... the person I spoke with made no attempt to help me or make up for the situation and absolutely no empathy for my situation just to have her repeat what I already knew... that they would not be arriving when I expected. In this day of technology there is no reason that they couldn't have contacted ups to have them overnighted! Which is what I will be doing. I'm panicked and upset... and no I'm not employed with any competitors as some reviews have indicated... as a matter of fact if you look at the dates it seems that the positive reviews are posted on the same day as the negative reviews... so I'm thinking this company writes reviews to keep their ratings from falling. Hopefully reading this review will save you from t h e stress I am experiencing right now... I'm scared to see the condition of my product! I'll amend my review and let you know.
Wanted to give a good review, but they truly made it impossible. June 30th I placed my order; waited two weeks to get a shipment confirmation. Had to reach out to them numerous times; no one every answers the phone or returns your calls. The just go into vmail. I finally get a shipment email after two email request and a phone call. They responded by email. FAST FORWARD to yesterday July 14th my shipment arrives im so excited, but i order customized glass mason jars wheres the Fragile label? None. Why do i keep hereing a clinking noise? My God! My i ordered 23 jars but only 17 of them made it. I wish i could post the pics it was rediculous. Poorly packaged, each glass was divided by a light flemsy cardboard paper, nothing to keep it from moving around in the box, no bubble no popcorn, no styro, no space fillers between the empty glass sections. Just a crumpled shipping paper on the top. I am so pissed. I called twice, left messages and emailed that was yesterday and today is Saturday. My sons bday is next month and im short on favors. This business has a good concept but obviously poor execution and customer service. They need better management. DONT USE THEM! Pay a little extra to get a better experience... especially for those of you on a timeline. BUYER BEWARE!
I spent $400 With this company to receive my order with damages. Beyond the company's control but they are who I ordered from. As a result I call them to find out that they don't answer calls and after countless messages left by me no one called me back until 2 weeks later. Only to argue with me about them sending extra glasses in my order. I explained multiple times even with the 2 extra glasses they graciously sent I don't have usable merchandise to accommodate my order of 70 glasses. Once the smart person listened to me say that I have 67 that can be used the lights came on and they ask me to send a email to include a picture of the damages. I sent this email on the call. Days later someone emails me and informs me that they will have the replacements sent by 3/1. On 2/27 1 day before I'm expecting the replacements I receive an email advising they won't make the deadline due to a move? I reply back giving them until the 8th adkingvif tgat will work and no response for 3 days. I am calling emailing and leaving voicemails and NOTHING. I'm inconveniencing my client as they are inconveniencing me. Then I ask for the inconvenience to shop me the gift boxes that go with my order free of charge and they refused. Had they answered my call two prior we would not be in this bind. The young lady Jenn is horrible at her job she dies not follow thru or follow up. She lied and said I demanded the product when offered a refund when all I did was say I need the 70 glasses I ordered which is kinda why I ordered them. Not to only have 67 glasses. I begged for a supervisor in so many different ways and of course I've spoken to no one but Jenn. Horrible. I have no faith that I will receive the items by the 8th. But I guess I just have to wait and see.
CheapFavorShop had the lowest prices by far on wine glasses. I needed a lot, so it saved me a bunch of money. Arrived on time and glasses look great.
