No problems booking my flight. I have not received a ticket number for my flight which makes things a little more stressful because i have to research why and how to get it at this point.

Fast and easy. Pretty straight forward and no hassles. In addition to that, I had to call customer service for some extra information, and the service provided was phenomenal.

Buying online ticket online is good, but if you call on the number which is on site to get $20.00 absolutely wrong and they code you much expensive price.

Your agent always tried to tell me my booking not confirmed and they tried to get more money even though I have my ticket confirmation with ticket number.

Its a bit confusing to get my seating set up and my baggage information for my Spirit flight but a great experience.

As a former Liaison Officer for Motorolla in my home country and Customer Service Manager for Walmart for 5 years here in the US, I will like to share a key ingredient in customer relations, and that is, honesty. It is what makes one company stands out over the rest. Please do not advertise a price on your tickets that you are not sure as to whether or not the airline will accept. I bought two *******@775.00 each for my nephew and wife recently on your website and about 24 hours later when I asked for the E-ticket number, a gentleman who was very professional and respectful identified himself as Wick apologized on the company's behalf and politely told me that the airline could not issue the tickets at that price and he convinced me to add $350.00 so that the tickets will be issued, which I did. After several hours, I called again about the tickets issuance, this time around he was dumbfounded and lost of words to tell me that the airline could still not issue the tickets at that price and asked me to give him few minutes so he could talk to his boss. After keeping me on hold for 2 minutes, he came back very ashamed with words very difficult to come out of his mouth and asked me to pay another $550.00 so that the tickets will be issued. I could sense his embarrassment. I felt really bad for the young man who had been placed in a difficultt situation. Please do not embarrass your staff.
The issue was resolved amicably, but as I write this report, you are still advertising the same price for the same destination, airline, date, and time.

It was too late for me to realize that check in baggage was not included with the total price. And i have to pay 150 dollars if i need to check in my baggage.

I need the ticket in a hurry to move up one day in a hurry and I got it even though I had to forego the other booking. Thank you for your fast and prompt response.
