It was very easy to book my flight with your company. I called to ask questions and was answered right away. My flight is for next week, so I hope all will run smoothly on that end as well.
Cannot make online check in. Didn't receive the baggage policy which going to be added on my regional price. It's heads to be shown at the time of purchasing ticket

Experience was fast and easy. Quick booking. Stayed open until i put my card information in. Wish it had more deals or a little cheaper. But ik it was last minute.
I purchased a round trip from Islip MacArthur Airport to West Palm Beach Florida.
They had - supposedly a deal for $147 round trip,WELL!
And it begins!
By the time all the add-ons without going into details ticket came to $347.
So far so good, during my purchase I literally checked everything on their recommended purchase which means! Pre-purchasing your seat, guaranteed low price for future tickets, insurance on my ticket which means of course if you want to cancel you can rebook another date or Bank the ticket.
On their cancellation notice it states very clearly with the insurance purchase you can cancel 3 hours prior to boarding...
When I called to speak to them my call was redirected to another country that they hardly spoke English. Nothing against that but if you are going to screw me me at least let me understand what you're talking about. So I spoke to Abdul for about 25 minutes him telling me how my ticket will be lost due to my cancellation there is no refund whatsoever. But he said WAIT let me see what I could do for you and help you my friend! After a long drawn out back and forth he came up with a very fair deal to refund / rebook for a great price. WAIT- FOR- IT!
Keep in mind I did pay a cancellation insurance fee
A grand total of $797.00.
So my credit card company will file a complaint and dispute the charges...

It's fast and easy but very confusing, I was expecting more of a more detailed information about my booking, like where to go, terminal information and all
It was so easy to schedule a round trip flight, I just put the dates in and it pulled up different flights for my liking and I picked the cheapest one!
It was easy to buy my tickets but I still have some questions about my seat selection after I paid $100.00, want to know when I will be able to choose my seat and how because I went To spirit web page but If I want yo choose my seat I have to pay, I want to know what page I have to go to choose after already paid for it.
Too much info. Too much to check, say yes or no to, etc. Elderly people frequently have trouble seeing. They're not used to filling out forms but are constantly asked to do so.
I have been searching for days for a lower rate with reasonable travel time and I was able to find it here. Very quick and easy to book and the rates are lower than other sites.
