“This is the most terrible website I've ever used”

This is the most terrible website I've ever used. The customer service by a sale associate named Lily was terrible. She doesn't care about the customer and completely rude and incompetent of her job. I have not received the gold I was promised by the website and delivery has taken over three hours. Lily take a month to respond to my concerns and overall I'd like to tell anyone interested in buying any type of gold from this website not to. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IT IS TERRIBLE.
