I have reviewed my emails from you. Since Dec. 10,2016, my order for LT*******CN has been in the pre shipment stage. You lied to me and stated that the USPS does not like to update their statuses. That is so far from the truth. It is all done electroncially! Your company has been saying wait one more week, it will be their asap! You have done nothing but lie! I sure do hope you feel good about yourself. Knowing that you ruined a christmas for a child! I guess being over seas you have no conscience!

I want you to know the amount of stress that you put me thru. I am a blue collard AMERICAN that works hard for his money! You took this money with the notion of stealing from me! You did not care of the outcome. Your lies and deceit have really done its job. All over a $200+ order. You did not hesitate to get to Western Union and get my money.

I sure do hope the money you took from me you donated to a family in need! Because you are not in need!

Ordered 13 pieces only received 11. Two pieces received were incorrect. Email after email and still nothing. Keep getting told to wait another week and I will get asap. Well, I am done waiting for another week. Never buy from Helen nor this site again. They steal from you willingly.
