Have ordered several items always arrive quickly and always pleased with my purchases, order true to size never had any issues and the person I buy them for is always happy. Customer service is great too.
My delivery never arrived. Chelsea were very good and refunded the money asap. But it A) it was a birthday present that then had to be given very late B) when I purchased the replacement it was too late to get the version without the sponsor which was what was actually requested. I believe it was Evri that ruined the birthday situation but it made for a bad experience
The overall shopping experience is good now after many years of improvement, and the staff are knowledgeable. However, the prices are too high and often the same products can be bought elsewhere much cheaper, which does not put money into the club, so needs to be addressed. There should always be a price benefit for Megastore shoppers compared to all other outlets, and discounts on all products for season ticket holders (and perhaps members too? Say 20% and 10% respectively?)

To be honest, the prices bother me every time as I buy this kit as I don't have money, simply. However, the quality of the kits and the pride I am wearing them with is worth it in my opinion. I am proud to represent the BEST football club in the world.

I ordered the new home kit for my grandson's birthday online and was slightly wary about how long it would take as I wanted his name printed on the shirt. The process to order was very simple, he is 5 years old so the size guide was helpful. The email communication was excellent and kit arrived, complete with printing, in good time. Having purchased several great items for my two year old grandaughter, her mum ' my daughter informs me she now won't wear anything that isn't Chelsea blue... I've told her it's just a phase, she asked for how long.?...I said mine has only been 50 years... once a blue always a blue.!..

Went into the store pre Brentford match and purchased a new t shirt. Very happy with the purchase and the vast choice of clothing etc available within the megastar. The staff were helpful and accessible

I love representing my favorite club in a way I can be also professional because this shirt can be worn in more formal settings, the badge is not so noticeable so you can wear the shirt and represent Chelsea.

I was very happy with my experience with the Chelsea Megastore experience I ordered my Chelsea with James name and number on and received it when I was advised and I have ordered some items which also received early. But my husband ordered a phone case for me but never received so had to cancel but apart from that very happy.

The order took a while but was delivered as per the estimated date. One suggestion I would like to add is to add an option for FedEx, UPS or DHL delivery option, as they might have delivered the order faster and they deal with customs matters much better.
