Have ordered several items always arrive quickly and always pleased with my purchases, order true to size never had any issues and the person I buy them for is always happy. Customer service is great too.
My delivery never arrived. Chelsea were very good and refunded the money asap. But it A) it was a birthday present that then had to be given very late B) when I purchased the replacement it was too late to get the version without the sponsor which was what was actually requested. I believe it was Evri that ruined the birthday situation but it made for a bad experience
Order was delivered late had to find out why we had not received the goods. Once product arrived very pleased with the item xx

I am size XL and from past experience at your Megastore always order size XXL for correct fit. This time, still too small. Super inflated prices kidding myself that Hundreds of wasted $$$ is supporting my football team. NEVER COMPLAINING, MISGUIDED LOYALTY, NEVER AGAIN!...

Just sad that I can't purchase from Mexico when I tried early this year. At least and thankfully I got my money back
Jacket is okay but its not 100% cotton, plus there is something sewn around the collar that makes wearing it not so pleasant
