In '99 John got his first taste of web hosting while performing Tier 1 phone support for internet users across the Nortel Network. Over a few short years and thousands of hours of support, John developed his portfolio across a small collection of IT businesses and roles. A decade in, John transitioned from B2C to B2B work - managing the needs and life cycles of companies through an outsourcing firm. This work involved billing, copy, legal, QA, training, supervisory, HR and trade shows; all of which became foundational skill sets in his everyday work. Noticed in 2022 by ChemiCloud, John rejoined with numerous colleagues from his past in the industry and now oversees Business Development efforts and continues work in B2B and B2C capacities - always with a focus and flair on individualism and problem-solving. Treating each issue and client uniquely, John develops strong and transparent relationships with individuals and business people at any level of their corporate ladder. John's lifetime sales and contract commitments represent $20Mil + in revenue, with client relationships lasting decades.
