Beautiful dress…way too long. Not even close in length to the dress in web site photo. Too involved and costly to alter. Was charged approximately $6 to return

Having difficulty navigating a return. Want to only return the skirt and site won't allow that. Customer service has not answered my specific question although they did send a generic response.

Easy and simple! Straightforward just takes a while as comes from China.
Returns are a hassle and costly. It cost me over $20 to return and had to be pre-approved.
Purchasing was easy but they don't have a customer service number. I returned some products and I still have not received a response if they would return my money or not.
After placing my orders it took more than a week to get a shipping confirmation. It would be better if I get notified when it takes longer than usual to ship my items.
