I bought a meat grinder on 12th May 2024. Product received was defective, they inform that they have ordered a new piece from US. On 8th July, when I inquire they inform that replacement product received is also defective so they will arrange for reverse pick up, then refund will follow. That was 8th July. There has been zero contact from them, they are ignoring my messages, calls, mails. They say their manager will call me but that's just a lie. I'm really appalled at how can a so called reputed company have such a degrading service. I'm going legal, getting a case against them as I need my refund.
I had ordered a fashion design kit with mannequin & awaited for about 10 days as it was to arrive from USA. I was highly disappointed with the cover box. A terrible package. I gifted it to a child, it looks so awful to give such a damaged box. We pay for the gift. If you accept the payment, no matter from wherever dispatched utter care of delivering it to the client is your responsibility. I am sure your team has seen the pathetic box. Why did you send such a badly packed item? The box had all items in it but the box containing looked as if it's 2nd hand. The child also mentioned that it was stinking. Cmon it's unprofessional. Infact Amazon is excellent in their service atleast the packaging is way better and easy return. I will never ever buy or recommend Chimiya.
This light comes with four lighting features feature number two. The lights are off at night and come on when activated and supposed to turn off. I don't know how long afterwards it's not in the directions but these lights stay on all night long once they've been activated so come the morning there's no more power to the lights, I've spoken to the company trying to get proper directions and get straight answers I recommend a different vendor that clearly explains the process of the light modes buyer beware
