Everything is a scam, I also been credited with out knowing the automated costs which is hidden. They send pictures of actors and update their profiles with different photos. They make money per messages and they not the real person behind the picture. I caught one out and the same stories with other ladies.

Stay away, everyone in there are scammers, they are charging for everything, they overcharged my card without my consent, like 113 euro for 160 credits. I had to cancel my card. Was impossible to get in touch with them and ask for a refund. 160 credits is nothing i mean you talk to 2 people and that is it. Then they send you emails so you have to open them, few emails your credits are done. Stay away as far as you can! One of the biggest chinese scams and then they wonder why no one likes them... first transaction is around 20 dollars but the second one they are killing you for the same amount of credits!

The membership fee and purchase of credits are two separate payments on the site. Subscription is access to the services + packages of credit. Using a service takes a certain number of credits. And since I am talking to a person in Shanghai you can't do it at all because they can't access it at all because they don't get the service at all. Which means you can't get any ones information who lives in Shanghai even many of the most desirable girls live there.
