If you want to be schemed out of your money then today is your lucky day this is the place to go. Its been 6 months since I've ordered and I have yet to receive it. I've emailed them over 10 times and they ignore me.
I love Chopmyhair for providing me with all of the higher quality clippers. They have an amazing trimmers and clippers selection! They also have a great selection of different beauty products and tools at affordable prices! I find it easy to find what you need. I love their free shipping as well. I recommend them to anyone!
I placed an order for 16 kiddie salon capes. The website says that they were made of Nylon. When they arrived, they were cheap vinyl. I contacted the company and immediately got a return shipping label. I sent the product back. It has now been weeks and they have yet to issue me a refund. They are claiming that "paypal is holding my refund." DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They misrepresent the product that they sell, customer service is horrible, and they do not issue refunds after the product has been sent back.

After reviewing your order and emails, it seems we attempted to refund your partial returned order, however a PayPal claim was already created. For all of your barber needs this is the place. Great stuff for barbershop, beauty consultants, hair stylist and more. I love the variety of things they offer and the prices are great! I ordered from here several times already.
I contacted this company several times about the phat master blade, I called Andice to get a replacement. They don't have it they said chop my hair does I contacted them three times to make sure that they have it in stock before I order it because I've ordered this product from another company and never received it. So to avoid that. I sent a few emails never got a response so I definitely won't be ordering anything. I probably won't get my product or if I have to return it won't get that either.
I am literally soo in love with this site, this is my new close by spot to get my new barber supply! They have Hair trimmer for super affordable prices. They have all the supplies I need.
My razor was shipped prioroty mail, I reached out 3 times to talk with the company on email, then another two times on Pay pal for a customer complaint tht my order was never delivered, it then showed delivered on the post office tracker, but was never recieved at my home, the company finally repsoned and told me to just contact the post office, no follow up email, no let talk about options that they can file the claim that the item was either missing or stolen. They are the worst guest relations I've every expereinced
