Zero activity level. I chose J4Dating.com -I'm getting a lot of contacts there and enjoying my communication with beautiful ladies. Now I'm at the point of making a big and important decision, following my heart and choosing my One and Only woman. So my experience with ChristianMingle was very poor. I'm an average-looking 43 year old man with good income. I sent 80 letters and got 1(!) response. If you value your time and have some self-respect, just use a bigger and more popular dating site and search for a Christian woman there. Christianmingle is not a true dating site. It's a big scam. Don't believe its name! It's a typical scam site, a giant and evil money-making machine with mostly fake profiles and catfishers.
I'm writing this review for a family member who typically doesn't leave feedback but felt compelled to after his dismal experience with Christian Mingle. He signed up for a six-month subscription expecting matches aligned with his faith values. Instead, he encountered a random matching process, including a trans woman as a match and noticing unmarried pregnant women on the site, which he found wholly inappropriate for a Christian platform. Simply put, this site is trash!
After paying for a membership, I realized that the site is worthless. I see only the same handful of men all the time, the site is hard to maneuver, getting your money back is impossible, and there is no real "help" available. Definitely NOT WORTH IT!
*******@gmail.com claims to be 57, born in Germany, has two daughters, wife died in a horrific car accident 5 years ago. He is supposedly a Petroleum Engineer that works in the Gulf of Mexico. Sure.
He won't divulge his last name, when and where he graduated from college. It states on his profile Kennessaw University in Georgia. He won't answer direct questions. Red flags for sure!
The next on is Soccerdad using *******@aol.com and he wants a relationship and sends a video of a helicopter taking people to an offshore rig. Really? Deleted him as well.
They will rip your money off! PLEASE don't let fool you! I did try for less than a week and asked for my full refund. They said it's non refundable $149.95! For what?
Scammers will use this website to post fake information and then bilk victims out of $$$$$. One person I know won't listen to anyone when she is told her current boyfriend is scamming her. First red flag: Fake name. Second red flag: Lied about where he lived. Third red flag: Lied about his age. The guy is from Nigeria. She thinks they are getting married. She has sent him $$$$$. He is supposedly coming to this country so they can get married. When he was supposed to be flying out, he first claims a delay as the police detained him for looking suspicious. Then, he claimed he didn't have money to pay for carry on baggage. Now, he tells victim that he needs $700 to fly out. Unfortunately, she has been scammed multiple times. She needs psychiatric help. At one point she said she would fly to Nigeria to be with him if he couldn't come to this country. Christian Mingle needs to do a better job of knowing a scammer from an honest person looking to meet another honest person. Smh
The site post pictures of people that's barely on the site. They have a very small audience and basically charging you for something they can deliver on.
There are so many Fake Profiles, Liars and Scammers it's not worth the time, money and effort. I had better results on a Free Site like Plenty of Fish. All sites have their percentage of phony characters so DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on Christian Mingle where 99% of the listings are scammers.
Although I have indicated a 200km distance and an age of 59-73 I received countless smiles and hearts from men un in their 30s and 40s from all over North America. This was a total waste of money and time.
I tried updating my bio to include my personal website so people could get into contact with me on there stating that I didn't have the $80-$90/year to pay for messaging and they denied my request to add that into my bio stating in an email:
"You recently submitted your profile for approval. It has now been reviewed. Some of the content was removed as it contained:
Contact Information - We ask that you please keep from posting your email address, instant messenger info, or any other contact information in your profile. To communicate with other members you can use Mingle Mail which protects your anonymity."
"To protect your anonymity"? Sounds more like they just want to make money off of you. I'd never recommend this to any Christian because of how greedy these people are
Luke 16:14 The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus He said to them, You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of others, but God knows your hearts. What people value highly is detestable in Gods sight.
Tip for consumers:
Don't
Took my money; imposter responses; network not working; kept getting unqualified for no reason; cannot get online to complain or talk to anyone. Do not use this dating site.
I signed up, thinking "why not try". In 24 hours they offered two guys who did NOT meet my parameters. I cancelled the service within 24 hours of signing up, but boy did they KEEP my $150. This had to be the worst. I've tried eHarmony, Elite Singles and Match. I'm a busy professional woman who has a very successful career, and hopefully I'll be a great "Catch" for someone. NO TRIAL PERIOD - THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY BUT DON'T HOLD UP TO THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT. Run away, run fast!
I can't cancel this service unable to talk to anyone who works for them. This is a scam do not give them your money. They are thieves. "Christian" people don't act like that.
Recommendations are of people out of my requested range, not of the same race, body size, nothing. Doesn't make sense - why ask me my preferences?
Also - too expensive
Website is slow to load.
I went on Christian Mingle 2 years ago, more scammers then real people. Please be careful, and value yourself. You are worth all the love and care you are willing to give. Stay strong and have Faith
A scam, about 80% of the women posted have not logged in for over two months. I have never ever received even an acknowledgement that I sent a message, not one.
I wish I could write a balanced review of the Christian Mingle dating website. Unfortunately I cannot. I had the premium membership for 3 months and honestly can not believe how negative my experience was. The biggest issue is that they do NOT verify people are who they say they are. I estimate between 80-90 percent (no joke) of the people who reached out to me were NOT who they say they were. Many of them asked for my phone number and other personal information and wanted to communicate outside of the app. When I contacted Christian Mingle about the issue, they said there was nothing they could do and I just had to trust my gut feeling. Also, I got hundreds of "smiles" from men all over the US and Canada. I'm not interested in anyone outside of 100 miles from my home in SW Florida. When I inquired, they said there was no way to filter by distance. When I went out to search for men within 150 miles of my home, there were no matches within my area which is crazy because I live near Ft. Myers which is a highly populated major city. After 3 months, I haven't met a single legitimate person to even have coffee with. Wow! VERY disappointed in Christian Mingle.
Site sold out to woke agenda, so dissappointing! No longer real Christian or Bible based. I was on it years ago and hoped I could come back. I just learned this.

If you do not stand for what you believe you fall for anything. Customers have been let down terribly!

Dating site for Christians but not anymore.
Signed up this afternoon temporarily for "free" and immediately got 9 emails. I'm an old white man and the first one I received had the photo of a young black woman. I didn't read it, but immediately tried to get into my account to delete my profile. I couldn't get in, but found Christian Mingle's phone number and called them. A young lady cust. Svce. Rep. Was very cordial and supposedly deleated the profile for me. She also said she would send me an email to confirm the cancallation. I didn't get the email so I called back. A young man answered and comfirmed that my account had been deleated, but the confirming email could take up to 48 hours.
It has been a half hour since the last one email came in so I guess the acct. Was deleated.
BAD SITE! I guess that's why you don't see their ads on TV anymore.
I've been on this site for about four or five days and I've received smiles from women that are supposedly living in the USA but I'm looking at the photos and I can see that they've stolen someone's photos from Instagram or Facebook and most of these fake $#*! profiles are coming from $#*!hole countries out of west Africa, third world countries like the Philippines and Thailand. I advise men and women to be cautious when using this site and also check the photos, if the $#*! has only one photo on her profile photo then it's a scam or ask her if she's living in the USA, that site is full of scam artist. Trust me because I see it everyday and then the $#*! will remove her profile after I call them out on it.
1. The Owners and the Site, do not represent Christian Values, nor have nothing to do with Christ or Christianity, they honor more of the Values of Satan.
2. "Mingle"... because you mingle with scammers about 90% of the time.
3. CM know about the scammers, but they do nothing or almost little to help the paying and hones consumer.
4. CM does not provide the paying consumer with the Tools to track, trace, search a little more about those that we are communicating with, with usually after a few days... they disappear of your radar and CM never notifies you that they were scammers...
5. CM does not go the extra mile to verify the scammers, which keep coming back with new virtual numbers like google voice free numbers (anybody can get a virtual number and make calls, send/receive chats, etc. so simple that defies the intelligence of CM.
6. CM help support is worthless... immediately they think you are guilty until proven innocent... most likely your fault. Almost impossible to speak to someone live.
7. CM are making lots of money with deceptive names and advertising at the cost of the honest Christian believers. Do your own homework before you pay a penny for this site. I am stuck for 6 mos. Already... and lost lots of time entertaining scammers.
I have more negative reason, but I will leave it for the other victims to share...

Read the reviews first and do your homework before investing here in CM

6 months online dating service
This place DOES NOT use the info you put in or in my case had them put in cause their site would not allow me to put in responses to part of it. Then almost half of the so called matches do not fall within what I put in and what they put in for me. Contact them and they lie and bully. The only person that I ever responded to was a SCAMMER Also.
STAY FAR AWAY from this and any of their other two businesses.
They tell me that they can not fiend any one for me. But they took my money any way. I live about 12 miles from Milwaukee do you see any thing wrong with picture?
I went on this site in 2014 at the strong suggestion of my counselor. It was nice--met a few nice ladies, had a few dates, one relationship or two, and made friends as well.
Ehem--then I returned in 2020. It was overrun by scammers--I'd stopped looking for love and ran out my subscription by reporting fake profiles, as many as 30 a day. I lost count. Then after a month, customer service told me my account had been hacked and I'd been locked out--and how? I have no idea--but when I called customer service about it they told me and then a dude with a strong Middle Eastern accent told me if I paid Christian Mingle $200, they'd fix my account. So let me get this straight--a useless site with no vetting hacks my account which hasn't given me any value at all, and they want me to pay them an additional $200 to fix it so I can spend more time on their useless site?
Nope--I hadn't met anyone on that site since 2015, so I politely told them no, lost a month or so of my subscription but was fed up. What happened to this site?
I recognised a girls picture, it was from pof. Tons of fake profiles, the website is basically a complete scam and the owners know it, they are behind it
I see there are girl checking me out. And I don't have my picture upload. I want to write them back but you cannot Until you are a I think called a goldmenber you are paying less than 20 buck a month I am not sure it dummthan you can talk to them. I feel is not right for the girl to pay you are trying to nice but you can do it until you payp a monthy fee
Their security sucks. I meet a man who I found out later had been married for 43 years. I found this out at a later date. I also found out he had another girlfriend who he defrauded out of $20k after SHE CALLED ME. They had met on CHRISTIAN MINGLE also. CHRISTIAN MINGLE'S RESPONSE, OH, WELL, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. So if you meet some one on this site, its just as unsafe as all the others. Predators abound.
