Chrono24 is a really good source. Transactions are fast and communication is great. The only concern I have is was charged for shipping from the seller then a week later by the courier. I was charged twice for shipping.
I had to call Chrono24 due to the fact that my credit card wouldn't go through. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and quick to solve the problem. The purchase process and watch I eventually received were both outstanding. I'd purchase from this site again.
Simply put, I feel safe buying through Chronos24, It's great to know that the money is protected in the escrow account until the item is delivered. The inventory is incredible and prices are extremely competitive.

I purchased a watch from a dealer on Chrono24 and the whole experience was seamless. I got my watch on time and as advertised. Chrono24 kept me up to date on the status of my order, and the order was processed with no issues.
Purchased new watch but manual was missing upon receipt. Item shipped from Belgium but a card inside package stated that it was purchased from New York. A bit misleading as to whether item is really new.

C24 collected tax on my order, but the international shipper asked for additional unexpected import duties that went well beyond my expectation. The watch was also damaged during shipping and required local repair. I would have assumed C24 would have helped resolve the repair with shipping insurance, but they mostly washed their hands of it. Reversing the transaction would have caused me to incur significant fees, which C24 was quick to point out. It would have been nice to have additional information from c24 that the purchase would lead to additional import fees, and that trying to unwind this international transaction would be costly for me as well. I might have opted for a domestic seller instead. I have no complaints against the international seller, in fact I mostly have empathy for them. C24 on the other hand seemed like a disinterested middleman collecting a fee for no real service in this transaction.
Chrono 24 was overall good to work with. I was dismayed though by the unexpected charges that I had to pay (sales fees, customs duties, etc), some of which may or may not have been associated with Chrono24. I'm pleased with the watch that I did get but would carefully consider making a future purchase because of the fees beyond the purchase price that I had to pay.
While the buying process went well, the shipment was not. In my opinion, the customer should be informed prior to the sale that there may be an import fee at the destination country. My shipment was held up in U.S. Customs for days until my social security number was obtained (something I hadn't expected and don't like divulging) and the import fee paid. The process was very frustrating.
Unfortunately, the Chrono24 reps were not especially helpful, failing to return my calls on at least two occasions. During the buying period, however, my calls were returned promptly.
In the end, I did receive a beautiful watch at a good price - purchased through a very professional and reputable dealer, Fabel-Time in Berlin.

The seller will then ship the package fully insured with signature required. Once the buyer receives the package, they have 7 days to report an issue.
