Great product. Would purchase again and again! The only downside is the review process

First time purchase and anything was perfect. Loved using the app to find the right watch for me and then going through each step.

Initially as a United States based buyer, I was a little unsure about purchasing via the website. After reading several reviews and YouTube videos, I followed up by contacting Chrono 24 who provided me with the answers and reassurance I needed. Communication with the dealer was clear and everything went well. I would buy again through Chrono24. Thank you!

Trustworthy, easy to use, user friendly, easier to pay...

They are supposed to keep your money in escrow until you've had your watch for several days. Since I am happy with the purchase, I don't need to contact them. However, they give me no alert that my contingency period is expiring. In other words, if you have a problem, you must chase after them. Otherwise, you forever hold your breath.

The app works well for my purchase, except for the US Custom service - the app should remind the seller and buyer that there is a step of custom application, and foreign seller shall file the "US CUSTOM Watch Worksheet". Also this will let buyers know there is additional cost to the purchase
My seller missed this step and delayed my shipment for 3 days

Bought two watches. A Rolex date date and a ladies Patek. Very comfortable, great communication and follow up on dealers used. Felt very safe and secure. When you are sending close to 50,000 you want to feel secure, comfortable and risk free. Chrono24 and there suppliers furnished!

Chrono24 enables no risk selling/buying of pre-owned and new watches. The platform is safe. If you have issue they promptly take action when needed. Good selection from all over the globe. Easy to use and straight forward. Escrow service is fantastic for both the buyer and seller. I will continue to use this platform as it allows me to indulge in one of my interests.

Thank goodness for Carlos. He helped to solve a problem with my wife's order for a Cartier Tank watch for me. The ad wasn't exactly correct in its description of originality. Carlos got involved and solved the problem and both the buyer and the seller are happy plus I have the watch that I have wanted since college.

This was my first purchase via Chrono24 and I am very pleased with how smoothly everything went, very transparent.

I am very unsatisfied with my experience. My mediation was quickly closed without any response from the seller and without any opportunity to respond to Chrono24's mediator's false conclusion. I submitted a response which was completely ignored. The is a poor handling of my issue with the watch I purchased.

Being new to the game I don't know what I may like and dislike. I wish the dislike over tab had filters. For example I want a green dial and I'm not stuck on a brand or model.
