Chrono24

All the watches that I've purchased through chrono24., have been quality watches and beautiful. Moreover, I plan to purchase more watches from chrono24 in the near future. Thank you Chrono24. Respectfully, Maurice Porter.

The ordered watch never came, and was lost.
I asked the dealer for updated tracking information, to track the watch, and/or to send a new watch.
The dealer did not act upon either of my requests.
I had to ask Chrono24 (multiple times) to cancel my order; I hope to get the money refunded to me shortly.

This is my third purchase through Chrono24, and each interaction reminds me of how great this organization is to work with. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a timepiece to conduct their business on Chrono24.

Since my last purchase, Chrono24 has begun collecting sales taxes. I was unaware of this change and confused about how the seller would remit the taxes from outside the US. Chrono24 responded to my question to assure that they would remit the tax appropriately.

First purchase on Chrono24 and it was a great one. Had good communication with the seller and it gave me some piece of mind using the escrow feature with Chrono24. While this was my first experience I don't think it will be my last.

The complete process went smoothly and item arrived well packaged and on time per shipping email updates. Product detail, overview and explanation was accurate and true and item was received in original box with paperwork. Over all experience was efficient, timely and well done.

Of course spending $40k on a watch over the internet can be a very anxious experience. But I pulled the plug, and went for it; and glad I did! It was really easy, and everything went as described. So, if I'm in the market again, I will definitely consider Chrono24

If I was not tracking my order I would not have known that there was an exception with my order from customs.
Chrono does not tell you of this situation or what to do if this occurs. There should be some info on the site telling customers buying from overseas vendors of what could happen and how to handle it.

I have purchased multiple watches through Chrono24 and it has always been a positive experience. With good transactions you barely even know C24 is there. With bad transactions, they have always had my back and were the solution to my problems. Purchase with confidence.

I only buy one watch a year. I generally have an idea of what I'm looking for - whether it be steel or precious metal, or perpetual calendar or chronograph for example. Chrono 24 is a valuable tool to do research on pricing and availability. It's my go to.

I was apprehensive about making this purchase. I bit the bullet and took the chance anyway.
There is nothing that I regret. The watch is my first Tag. I'm blown away with the condition of the watch.

I will be back for more in the future.

The user experience is standard and as expected up to the point of payment - when purchasing from abroad, more detailed instructions on payment methods and what to expecte would be greatly valuable to any customer. Thank you.

Have bought and sold several watches with chrono, some easier than others, but not their fault. Remember, this is a marketplace. Buy the seller, communicate with your buyer and it will all go smoothly. And goes without saying, they have TONS of watches, all flavors and price ranges. Overall great site.

I've purchased 2 watches from 2 different sellers. Both had the listings as available. Both were not. One from Germany took 5 weeks to restock. One from Japan took less than a week but when I went to the manufacturer's website to check warranty and if it was genuine, I find that the warranty has been activated 5 mths prior to sale. Not good!
