Chrono24

First time watch buyer on Chrono24 and it was a breeze. Once the PO was agreed on by me, the watch was delivered in a week from a domestic seller. Was able to use my credit card (for points) and everything went well!

I had previously sold a watch on Chrono24 ands it's more involved being a seller. That experience made it easy to trust Chrono24 to buy a watch.

Consider buying domestic unless you're okay with potential Customs charges.

I love the website platform. It gives you all the tools in terms to review, compare, search and interact with the sellers if you are interested in any watch. I make my first purchase and in terms of the website tools, everything worked perfectly! The only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the delivery process regarding logistics companies and customs paperwork you have to make is really complicated. I know this isn't chrono24 fault, however it would be great, that chrono 24 offered a basic guideline (even though it's not perfectly accurate) on how to import your purchase and all the extra costs regarding customs liberation with the delivery companies (Fed Ex, DHL). Maybe they could gather shopper experiences from previous buyers (such as myself) to start building this guidelines. Oher than that i think Chrono24 it's an excellent website!

As I glance over to the right of this comment section, I'm looking over some of the negative remarks made by a couple people and I can't help but think, lady either you're lying or you're lying. But it's got to be one of them. The service I received was outstanding. The only thing that I questioned was that my first payment went through successfully but my 2nd payment was held for verification. But then again when you're spending big money you have to vet the source on a back to back purchase so it was all good. Plus, with c24 being a 3rd party transaction holder you must protect all parties involved. That's called shrew understanding but not everyone has that. C24 is now my go to site and I'll be buying many many more watches for sure. Thank you folks. Keep up the great work.

Buying experience has been good (though it takes a day for the seller to confirm order) but the tracking provided by Japan Post sucks. Tracking stops at the time when the parcel is being dispatched to another carrier (last Friday at 12:50 pm Japan time) and, as of today, the tracking information has not been updated and no sign of parcel yet. The delivery address is my office and amidst COVID - 19 we have the split team arrangement and this week is my home shift. I will have to requested colleagues in the office to look out for my parcel everyday as I don't know exactly when it will arrive - a bit annoying to be frank.

This was my first purchase through Chrono24. I couldn't have been more pleased with the process and personal care that I received through this transaction.

Chrono24 were responsive, and anytime I had questions I was able to get a live representative on the phone. I love the acquisition process, including the escrow period that allowed time for me to get the timepiece verified by a local reseller. Very reassuring!

This will not be my last transaction with Chrono24!

I've recently gotten back into the game (obsessing over watches) and purchased a few exclusively with Chrono24. I particularly appreciate the transaction process. The layout of the site is superb, close up detail pics are the norm, and the ease and security of buying has been stellar. Furthermore, they answer the phone should you need to reach them. I've had to call a few times to confirm wire information and each time I was promptly connected. Top notch outfit, couldn't be more pleased!

Had a watch that was delivered not exactly the same just a minor difference but it was resolved I would have liked if things between the seller and myself were better in the communication aspect I picked the watch based on the Chrono24 guarantee I'm keeping the watch in good faith that chrono stands behind it's sellers and their authentication process other then that I'm satisfied with everything I'd id give it an over all 3.5 out of 5

Chrono24 is an eBay for watches (and an eBay that doesn't suck). All sellers are vetted and the watches are reviewed for authenticity prior to sale. Most of the watch dealers sell here and on eBay, although the listings through Chrono24 appear to be cheaper. I would go through Chrono24 either way to take advantage of their customer service and watch-centric service. Customer service on eBay tends to lag a bit behind other sites.

Chrono24 is a very professional and reliable company. They are extremely helpful and their customer service is second to none. The prices are also very competitive, especially when compared to other online retailers.
