THE DEALER SENT ME THE INCORRECT WARRANTY CARD WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER FROM ANOTHER WATCH AND NOW I CANNOT FIX IT UNDER WARRANTY

I just got home from several days working and I received the Breitling watch in general very good condition but when I tried to set the current time, the crown literally stayed in my hand, it just came off, I took it to the Breitling repair center to replace the broken part inside, it might be ready in a few days, thanks

After having the watch for a few days, I have found the movement is rough when turning the crown, there's a clinging sound when on the watch. I suspect something are loose in the movement.
