I recently bought a watch from a dealer in Japan, I was hesitant as you would expect, but the communication with the seller was very easy through Chrono24.
I ordered a Nomos watch a week before the Covid 19 situation exploded. I received the watch during the estimated delivery time, even though shipping logistics had to be very difficult by the time they were ready to ship due to movement restrictions. The watch is perfect, beautiful. I am very impressed, had already decided that the order would probably need to be cancelled when they notified they had shipped. I would really recommend this seller, help keep them in business during these hard times.

This platform and marketplace is horribly flawed.
I ordered a watch from Edmund Arnold Juwelen located in Wien, Austria on the Chrono24 website. I asked the usual questions, such as " has the watch been serviced and functioning properly?" I was assured it did not need servicing and was checked by a watchmaker.
When I received the watch, I realized that there were 3 problems.
1. The month pusher was inoperable.
2. The date of the month pusher was inoperable.
3. The hands didn't line up with the numbers.
I contacted Chrono24 and they in turn contacted the jeweler.
The jeweler said I have two choices
1. Send the watch back for service.
2. Send the watch back for a refund.
Because they had already lied to me about the condition of the watch, there was no way I would trust them to make this right. I could easily be in a situation where I had no watch and no money.
I decided to take the watch to a trusted local watchmaker to repair the watch. When it came time to review Edmund Arnold Juwelen, Chrono24 rejected my negative review.
They obviously protect their dealers to the detriment of the customer.
This experience cost me an additional $300.00, but I consider myself lucky.
Other have lost thousands of dollars on the Chrono24 website.
I am very happy with the price and speed of delivery on my initial order with this dealer through Chrono24.
Easy buying
Super easy for check out. Everybody was truthful and honest I will be purchasing through this website again!
So many choices and authenticity verified. Once I purchased the tem it was simple and easy to complete my purchase.
I exchanged a watch with a TrustedSeller from Chrono24, they have at least 10+ watches on the site and have had very positive feedback - so I went forward with a 20k gbp trade. The seller, VintageWatches NL sent a watch that:
- did not work/function at all
- was full of replacement parts
- had forged/invalid service records
I immediately contacted VintageWatchesNL and Chrono24 - and Chrono24 have simply said deal with it yourselves. They have continued to maintain other listings from this seller on their website. I CANNOT understand how that can be tolerated, and why if they have full information they are not providing assistance.

On 01.03.2021 I sold a Hublot to a customer in Italy, I agreed with him on the price, I told him that I give him the opportunity to check the clock and inside only in exchange for an advance (so I can be covered in case of damage) he did not say anything about the advance and continued with the offer.
The watch was delivered on 03.03.2021 and the customer did not say anything, nor did he confirm the delivery, until 04.03.2021 when he said that he took the watch to the Hublot representative office in Turin and that they said that the mechanism from interior is weak.
In the meantime I spoke to the representative and they told me that they do not do such checks!
I am sure that the client changed the mechanism before making the complaint and now he wants the money back!
I'm not going to get the watch back and I want my money!
Chrono24 tells me that he can't send me the money only if the client wants it, in the meantime the client got a paper stating that the mechanism is weak.
I'm sure he changed it and that was his plan from the beginning, given that he hadn't responded to the messages until then.
Please help me get my money
