I purchased a watch and the co they were dealing with shipped the wrong watch. I contacted Chrono24 and received great service in returning the watch and getting the correct one. I had problems with the deployment clasp and had to go back and forth several times. They contacted the co for me and I received contact right away. They have great customer service and I could not be happier with my purchase.

This is in regards to the "Request Availability Information" button. As a buyer, if I click on this button, I want to be reassured the dealer has the item in his/her possession and can ship as soon as my payment clears or Chrono24 notifies the dealer it has received the money into the escrow account. Instead, the very next communication I receive from Chrono24 is the dealer is putting together an offer for the item. Which is exactly the same as clicking on the "Buy" button.
This is very trustful platform that allows me to buy and sell watches. I am not a profesional dealer, but an enthusiast that loves to know and own watches. Some years ago without this kind of services, it was a lot more difficult to exchange watches in the personal collection. I love this service!
Despite the Virus who must not be named, the delivery had been fulfilled safe and very satisfying. Every step had been communicated timely and at every point a person at the suppliers office had been available for questions. In all a very satisfying experience!

I've purchased multiple watches on Chrono24. The prices have been very good. I've never had any issues. The watches have been as advertised (new-in-box). The sellers have so far been very good. They ship the product immediately and its packaging is good.
Chrono24 is a great site, huge selection of all types of watches in all sorts of condition, with all sorts of prices. Cant go wrong. Had a bad experience recently but Chrono24 helped me out and made a bad experience acceptable.
This is my second purchase from Chono24. First purchase was a ladies Rolex Cellini and most recent purchase was an Omega Seamaster. I was very pleased with both purchases using Chrono24. They provide a large selection of watches from very reputable dealers, which makes the purchase of an expensive watch less stressful and more secure.
