I ordered the watch in february, using trusted checkout. It has not arrived. Seller is not respondig to my messages or Chrono24's e-mails. Still, they refuse to refund me.
Customer service is poor, they do not respond to any of my e-mails.
Stay away, they are the worst.
Spent a couple of months following examples of the watch I wanted, learning the market and watch prices before buying the watch I wanted. An easy to use website and a straightforward buying process. I'd use them again.
Overall, Chrono24 is a great place to purchase a Watch. However, I do not believe they hold dealers to a high enough standard. I have tried to purchase two Rolexes in the past 30 days one was a complete bust and was refunded the other did not match the dealers description perfectly, I have purchased other watches through Chrono24 and it has been excellent. I believe they need to pay better attention to the dealers selling higher end watches.
I absolutely love the 38mm Omega Speedmaster! It's the perfect size for a smaller wrist and it is very comfortable. The watch was carefully packed and it is obvious that it had never been worn or even taken out of it's original packaging. Great service!

I have purchased several Rolex watches from official Rolex retail stores in the past when they had inventory.
