I work for Weidmann Electronic Technology and every Thursday Mr. Robert Soper comes in with a friendly smile on his face. I have worked here for two years and this man has been polite, courteous and very helpful. When there has been any issues regarding invoicing he has worked with us and helped us every step of the way. We appreciate working with him and look forward to seeing his happy smiling face every Thursday. Everyone doesn't get the recognition they deserve so I wanted to take the time out and make sure he does. Good Job!

Our workers have not had enough uniforms at times. This is with 11 pants and shirts each. They do not always return all the dirty uniforms they picked up the week before. Now, they are raising their prices $23.83 a week for 5 mechanics. This is an outrageous increase. I would not recommend this company at all.

Our company is getting all new uniforms, issue is, they took all our old uniforms before they had all new to replace them with. 2.5 months and some of us are still without shirts. Been told we're getting loaners, that has still not happened.

I have no service. Got transferred from one of my companies locations to another. I turned in clothes to be cleaned and get none back. It took 3 months to get me new pants. And they have lost my 5 of my shirts. The Cintas driver said he is getting me new uniforms instead of getting uniforms transferred. I turned in some clothes they went to the other location that I used to work at. My manager called them and they said they will handle the transfer. It's been 4 weeks no clothes, no service. I have been washing the clothes I have left. If I give them the uniforms I have left I'm scared I will not get them back. No service. I not begging or asking them for clothes. It's one thing to have bad service I'm not even getting that I getting "NO SERVICE. Marty from United Rentals Starkville, MS.

Can't deliver on what is promised and lies when the contact you face to face. They are a scam. Avoid them at all costs and run the other way. They will not bring you the things they say the are delivering and still charge you for them. They use 3rd party contractors for things they can't get and when that vendor doesn't deliver what they are supposed to they don't credit you for things that aren't there. They have sneaky contract terms and they raise their prices a lot without any notice. Horrible.

Uniforms come back after cleaning dirtier than what the went in. Totally unacceptable. I will continue to post. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Just look at all their negative reviews.

Cintas has been servicing our Purolator location for over 10 years. The service is very reliable. Cintas is always there when we need them even during last minute requests!

Everyone seems to have signed a contract they might not know about and was ripped off by false promises!
This company needs to be sued and go out of business.

In very fine print on original contract they state they will AUTOMATICALLY renew your contract with no new signature or conversation. You are then STUCK with their high billing for another 5 YEARS! They refuse to terminate automatic renewal. Terrible company with terrible customer service. Stay AWAY!

We agreed to a month to month contract. Of course, over the course of Covid pandemic, our salesperson left. When we became disgruntled with paying for uniforms to be cleaned and having them return weekly DIRTY - we notified Cintas that we were cancelling. Then they generated a contract I did NOT SIGN.
Beware, beware, beware and document everything. Lucky for us - when they forged my initials, it is NOTHING like my real initials!

Be very cautious when signing a service agreement when dealing with this company. One sided, poor customer service, and in my opinion, somewhat deceptive.

The Cintas employee Stephanie has been great and helpful service to us employees at Sonny s grocery in wewoka Oklahoma all ways on time and always friendly with a professional attitude big thanks to Cintas

I have asked numerous times for white rags and I always get the green ones which are terrible for cleaning they feel dirty most of the times. The rep doesn't want to communicate with me properly.

This company is sneaky and crooked - charged for things they shouldn't have and it was a fight to get it resolved - Manager Jeremiah Kelley is the worst kind of person to do any business with - he is rude and degrading and I will never do business with Cintas ever again and will discourage on every platform available to me, anyone who is looking at hiring them!

Don't use them - I was warned prior to starting service and didn't listen - wish I would have now

Please check this company and services out before you involve with them! It is a trap!
Cannot believe how they have been getting away with it. They charge for services that they do not provide!

My husband works for a company that gets their uniforms from Cintas. They had always been great until about a year ago. Around June 2019 he ordered six new pair of pants. When he brought them home I threw them in the washer. When they came out it was a MESS! Over four feet of thread where the cuffs had come unsewn and wrapped around everything in the washer. When I started looking, there was one paid that the cuffs had been pressed but not even sewn at ALL. The rest had been cut with pinking shears and just folded up and sewn. Any ten year old knows that when you hem, you ALWAYS fold the cut end over, the over AGAIN before you sew it! That way any ravels are never seen, but locked inside the cuff itself. I have had to take the last several pair of slacks to the cleaners to have the hems redone correctly. Pockets have ravels hanging out of them, belt loops are loose, and of course, the cuffs are totally unacceptable. A blind two year old could have done a better job of hemming. I WISH the company would get someone else for their uniforms! Complaining allows me to vent, but obviously does nothing to get the problems solved as evidenced by all the negative reviews. Anyone who gives a fig about their company would be working to FIX the problem!

These people here are a joke! They billed me triple of what i was actually quoted and when i told them im not going to pay Tony the manager for our business told me to write an email so he can show it to his boss. And so i did later on he kept teasing me about how i wrote a novel and how long its going to take him to read it. Its been about a month since the email and we havent gotten any service from them since then. I emailed him today again to see what was going on. Tony replys back and says your account has been sent to collections and that he doesnt have any more information for me! Wow its just so surprising to see what kind of people work here and how they deal with there customers! Please if you are deciding to go with them think again and find someone else. These people will scam the hell out of you. The person who i made the contract with Laura Parrish is no where to be found! She doesnt even answer her calls or texts! Thankfully i have everything from her in texts so i think my next step will be to take there asses to court!

I WISH I HAD READ THIS BEFORE I WENT THERE. I TOO WAS TOLD THE CONTRACT WAS NOT ENFORCED AND I COULD LEAVE AT ANY TIME. MY HUSBAND IS THE MAIN REASON I GOT THE UNIFORMS, HE HAD COVID AND HAS BEEN UNABLE TO RETURN TO WORK SINCE MARCH 2021 SO WE DROPPED THE SERVICE AND NOW THEY ARE WANTING TO SUE MY COMPANY FOR THE BALANCE OF THE CONTRACT!

I'm a cofounder of a mixed martial arts facility named Ground Control. We have 5 locations all together. We attempted to use Cintas for one of our locations. I highly recommend against it. Here's why;

If you own a small to medium size business do not do business with Cintas. We were told their contract is a formality, and we could order on an "as-needed basis". They sent us products that we did not order and also charged us for products that we did not receive. When I reached out to our sales rep he was unresponsive and would not remedy the issues. It took several months and emails before an account manager named Caitlynne Edwards reached out. She also would not remedy the problem and attempted to have continue to do business with them after Cintas clearly breached the actual language in the contract, which we were told not to be concerned about because we could order as an add-needed basis. In fact, we did order on an as needed basis, however, Cintas would still continue to send products we did not order and would not pick them up, nor remove them from our bill.

After forwarded upon request their unanswered emails and proving their breach, Cintas has now hired an expensive law firm to threaten legal action.

We are now looking forward to our day in Court. If anyone else has had a similar experience, or would like to get involved in a class-action suit against Cintas for unethical business practices, we would love to get involved.

Did not provide service as promised and then did not allow us to cancel or contract. Only after several complaints did they start to deliver the mats again.

We have a great driver for our location. Whenever there is a problem, he has fixed it. I'm happy to say Robert knows what it means to have great customer service.

Overall the service is pretty lackluster. Site reps will give you attitude if you bring up issues such uniforms being missing from deliveries. If uniforms are lost by Cintas, you get charged for the replacement. If you have multiple locations and have to deal with transfers, don't be surprised if employees and uniforms are not transferred properly, in most cases you will be double charged for deliveries and have to hound them to fix it. They are really fast to add service but slow to stop it. Hell when you tell them a new employee is coming on board they'll start charging you for uniforms asap eventhough the employee has no uniforms. It's a huge hassle and headache to deal with them especially if you are a big organization. You literally have to spend hours auditing every single invoice to look for erroneous charges. We have been telling our staff to wash uniforms at home because Cintas has lost so many people's uniforms after pick up. It takes months to get replacements. You will have to hound them to get updates or to follow up on orders that never arrived but you were charged for.

Cintas has become a really $#*!ty company.
If you have any issues you may as well be talking to the wall.
You cant get a hold of any buddy with a pulse. All you get is a run around.

Avoid this company at all costs if possible! Do not sign a contract, and if you do read every word as they make it impossible to terminate the contract and it automatically renews if you do not terminate a specific way during a very small window of time. VERY Unethical company and policies.

They have been billing our company for years for a mat that we have not had and claim because we have paid the incorrect invoices we are not due for a credit. This error was not noticed during numerous changeovers in managers at our location.

Additionally, they were billing us but not changing the mats weekly as required (we knew this and started monitoring because of rips and burns in the mats they brought, that would be there for weeks).

The buy out to terminate the contract is high and they KNOW it.

They get you in on a 5 year contract, which is difficult to cancel and it will automatically renew (without them telling you of course) for another 5 years. They make their money hoping managers don't catch this and are then locked into years of unwanted services. Also, they can increase pricing without notifying you and if you don't catch it within 10 days, you can't change it... big bully tactics.

TERRIBLE COMPANY... you don't want to work with them.

Sleazy operators who ghost you when you try to cancel any service. Do yourself a favor and DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. We used them for AED service and First Aid kits. Both ridiculously expensive and hard to cancel.
