I work for Weidmann Electronic Technology and every Thursday Mr. Robert Soper comes in with a friendly smile on his face. I have worked here for two years and this man has been polite, courteous and very helpful. When there has been any issues regarding invoicing he has worked with us and helped us every step of the way. We appreciate working with him and look forward to seeing his happy smiling face every Thursday. Everyone doesn't get the recognition they deserve so I wanted to take the time out and make sure he does. Good Job!
Our workers have not had enough uniforms at times. This is with 11 pants and shirts each. They do not always return all the dirty uniforms they picked up the week before. Now, they are raising their prices $23.83 a week for 5 mechanics. This is an outrageous increase. I would not recommend this company at all.
One of the worst customer service and horrific contract. The driver would just drop off things we didn't need and over charge non stop! I complained to them for two years. Now that I'm out of business they are suing me for 15 thousand dollars because of breach of contract. Their lawyer is harassing me for payment Unreal

I have only ordered two polo shirts and after waiting 4 months then they tell me my order was cancelled. Reordered and now my shipping date keeps backing up after they said they were in stock. United Airlines needs to find a new vendor
I've had name misspelled on my uniform for 5 1/2 months. Everytime I am told that they are working on it. It may not be a big deal to them but we pay good money and deserve our right names. I'm turning them in next week and quit wearing them so the company doesn't have to pay for them.

This company has no regard for the customer. I've been in food service for over 40 years and never seen a more unprofessional company. They short you on deliveries, and don't provide credit, they ignore problems with their service and tell you their working on it. They escalate rates to ridiculous amounts and their follow up is short of nothing. They have a nice sales rep who tries but he can only deliver and respond to what they want and that's poor management.

Like many reviews listed, we are going through similar issues. We recently found out that we have a 5 year contract that a previous CEO signed and we now can't get out of it without paying a butt-load of money. And their prices just keep going up and up without any notice. Not to mention the confusing invoices and numerous times that we haven't received the products we're paying for. I will NEVER use these guys again. If I could give negative stars, I would.
We just started with Cintas in the last 2 months. 3 of our dispensers have broken and the drain fluid for one of our products did not get filled. When the batteries die we were told they would replace them, however the driver has to be notified first. They don't keep batteries on hand. I tried customer service for the drain fluid and no one would return my call. We are in Ft. Pierce Fl and although our initial representative was nice and "sold us" he did not follow up on customer service to get sure our products worked. I would not recommend this company again to any of my affiliates. I tried to include a video of our non working paper towel dispensers but it wouldn't let me. The driver Mike tries to be helpful and he is a nice guy. The salesperson Mike did us an injustice for the prices we pay. Two thumbs down to this company.

When starting with Cintas our company was told that there is not contract and we can cancel our services anytime with the. From day one it has been an issue, some of our employee's have never even received items. When driver picked items up and then would bring them back most employee's did not receive their items for almost 2 months. And the list goes on... when trying to cancel services the company tries to kick the can down the road. They try to up sale or down sale a different contract. It is like a circus that is very disorganized. DO NOT EVER USE CINTAS!

Horrible service, this company has poor management skills. They have a pattern of not showing up when they are supposed to. When calling, only a nice lady will pick up, take a message, then never replies back. They do not provide the manager's email or phone number.
We unfortunately signed a 5 year contract with this Company. The sales person we originally had met with and discussed our needs (our main requirement and reason for signing on with this company was for the towel service), left the business and we were not notified of a new contact person. We have only been able to discuss our disappointment with the service guy who does the weekly maintenance. As for the customer service, our supposed new "contact person" Mark, has not once returned any of my calls. I had to send numerous emails to show them how disgusting the towels they were delivering to us were, we finally got those cancelled and now we can not get out of this terrible contract, being forced to pay a minimum (which recently got increased) for a service which is absolutely minimal and still costing us more than the value of what we are receiving. Please do not use this company.

Do not use this company, the only good part is the maintenance guy who does the delivery, the main office is useless and there is no one that takes responsibility for any complaints or to right their wrongs. They are a waste of money.
Horrible service! Never again, 45 days to receive my order, then once Finally got it, they are wrong! I can't believe it! Now I have to wait probably another 45 days! I ordered jackets, probably I'll get them by next summer!

I ordered new work shirts through Cintas, paid for them myself. Shortly afterwards they arrived at my house, I was over the road, I tried them on as soon as I got home. They were not sized correct so I returned them with the label provides. I had not received any word from the company, until I called them today 8/8/23 weeks after I sent them back. I was told today that since they were personalized there was no way to return them. No refund nor correct sized shirts, so now I am out $115 and was told they would try to send them back to me!

The service they provide is not even close to what they promise during the sales pitch. It's a constant struggle to get what you order and to be billed correctly for it. When your 5 YEAR CONTRACT is up you will find you have 60 days to cancel or it renews for another 5 years. And they make that cancellation harder than you would ever believe! Stay away from this company at all costs!
World class service is always provided to me and my business. The driver scans every uniform piece and gives me a report. I know some things are overpriced but that's the cost of convenience. I also understand why they make you sign a contract. When your paying. 20 cents a shirt and. 22 a pant It takes about 2 1/2 years to pay off. So they need to make some profit. And that doesn't include the cost of washing your filthy uniforms. This service is great for my company and is a big help to the convenience of my staff to not worry about hygiene or cleaning supplies. They manage it for us and my guys don't have to worry about what if the uniforms get torn or worn out. They replace for free. Love it. And I highly recommend this company.

The employees are rushed and poorly trained to handle their work loads. They come into the office so quickly they seem to make many mistakes. The uniform material is awful and not colorfast so the yellows turn green. On multiple occasions it takes several attempts to return uniforms but we continue to get charged for them. We often receive other companies uniforms. Make changes is difficult and then en employee will get removed all together. We get new to us uniforms that have other peoples garbage in the pockets and were not cleaned properly. That happened twice that I know of. Items send in for repair are not returned. I would NOT recommend this company. It isn't just one driver. It's been all of them and we've gone through a lot which tells you its a company problem.

Same issues with this company, someone signed and didn't read the contract. Really $300 monthly for rugs... Manager I've been dealing with could care less. I've tried to revise it so we don't pay a 15k penalty to get out of the contract. Wow, what poor service. Your customers should always be #1 as they pay your income! Will not advise to sign anything with them unless you read the fine print. Cannot trust these sales people...
Worst customer service EVER. Our salesperson, Ben, lied about the services and pricing. Tim, his manager, wouldn't return calls and then led about that to the new manager. Started he left numerous voice-mail and we wouldn't call back. Bull$#*!, I assure you we would have immediately.

Do not trust ANYONE from this company. I cannot understand how they are still doing business. For some reason they have been able to lock businesses into 5-year contracts and increase their prices in proportions unknown to any other business in the world. Last year I received a small note on an invoice stating their annual price adjustment would take effect on April 29th. Wow! The prices increased 50% (we had only been with them for 5 months) and magically they added more products weekly to our invoice without a request. They also have been billing us for products we have not received but they insist we have them! They are rude and the driver is pretty much out to lunch. Poor guy has no idea how to do his job. This company is unethical and has a teflon coating to protect them from honest businesses that have made the terrible mistake of signing up with them. STAY AWAY! Use any other provider.
Jason Ballard is our rep and he is the best! Always polite & respectful and always going the extra mile to make sure we have all we need. If we come up short after a very busy week, Jay will go above & beyond to bring us whatever we need! He keeps us up to date on new products and anything that might make our jobs easier. #1 supplier for us!
Before we signed with them the sales person said there will be no contract agreement between us and can cancel anytime. During the service we kept getting charge for stuff we never received just to mark up commission for the sales and area manager.
Unfortunately our business has closed down and we received thousands of dollars in bill for breaking agreement we never aware of in the first place.
They kept telling lies to their future customers about no contract but those statements in between long lines of contracts just like needles in haystack. It's been hard enough for small business owner losing business and now has to deal with all this bills.
If we knew, we wouldn't even sign with them in first place nor any other cleaning company.
My guys love their Carhartt uniforms from Cintas! They do an awesome job of dealing with repairs, damages and size changes. I can't imagine not having them for my company :). Having Cintas definitely gives me an edge over the competition.
In Short, we are new to Cintas. Our sales rep (Ryan Brown) will not return phone calls and their customer service is horrible! No one answers the phone or responds to emails! We are cancelling the service after only a month in. Very disappointing!`
These guys are total scammers. Years ago when they bought out Respond, they would come in to service my first aid kit. They would replace and charge me for items that were obviously taken from other people's cabinets and about to expire. Then they would have to replace the "expired" items the following month.
Now, they bought out a small company that supplied me with shop rags. Their sales rep caught me on a busy day, and had me sign an "agreement" that he said I had to do to get my rags for the month. It wasn't filled out with any numbers at the time, so I thought nothing of it. Well, they filled it all in later. Not only are they charging me 3 times what I was paying, it ended up being a 5 year contract. Yeah, t's my fault for signing something, but it's their fault for being shady scam artists. BEWARE!
Our route driver Clarence is a master at taking care of ALL of our needs. Our clothes are clean and presented well. We are frequently asked if there is anything that can be done for us and rest assured that if there is needed just go ahead and consider it done then. This company and Clarence have an obvious keen grasp of the obvious. Big thanks!

Do not use them! Takes over a month to get any kind of uniform without alterations and take a long time to reply to emails or no response on to when they will ship out my uniforms I have been waiting on for a long time even though they give dates of expected shipment... they do not ship it on the dates promised. Very disappointed.
