Their products don't do anything. For example;
Their Cisdem AppCrypt "locks" apps but does actually no use except cosmetics. For example, when you open Safari, it says "Safari is Locked" and you need to enter your password set beforehand. But it's super easy to bypass and does no use. And, to make it worse, they have 3 buttons. "Cancel, Enter and Forgot." See something? It's Forgot not "Forgotten Password" or "Forgotten my password". Even so, it costs $29.99 (literally $30) for ONE Mac. If you want to sell your product, at least fix your grammar and make it serve it's actual product. (by not making it super easy to bypass)

You or sooo close to having the perfect product for making DVD's, but the lack of ability to display and edit chapter names persuades me to stay with Toast 19, which has this ability but no easy way (in Toast 20) to edit text size, font, and color.You need to add how your chapter menu works to the manual.
If a future upgrade incorporates this capability, notify me.

I work for a technical training company. Responsible for writing teaching materials, making video tutorials, and burning them onto DVDs for distribution to students. I need the DVD burning software but it's a shame that much software doesn't work well on the new M2 mac. I tried Cisdem DVD Burner these days. It completely supports M2 and has the ability to burn training videos to up to 30 discs at a time. Improved my efficiency!

Just recently, I bought Cisdem PDF Password Remover and tried it for the first time. I created a PDF file with a very simple password "a" but the app could never remove it, even with other pdf files and other passwords. I contacted their customer service and they replied quickly as if it looked very professional but when I told them about the uselessness of their app and also attached my file to them, I have never received their reply ever since.

Everyone should avoid Cisdem softwares. This is a merely fraudulent company creating useless softwares.

Finally, I found a duplicate finder to remove my duplicate photos. I got 3.8 GB photos in my photos library, hundreds of them are duplicate. I tried 3 duplicate remover tools, none of them helped delete most of the duplicates. I was so disappointed, Cisdem Duplicate Finder was my last try, to my surprise, it removed and easy to use. Now, I get more space on my mac and feel relaxed to store all the photos to my mac, because I have enough time and space to pick my favorite photos later.

I really didn't expect that it would be so easy to successfully create a DVD with Cisdem DVD Burner. I recently attended an old friend's party and wanted to burn our party videos into DVD. I'm over 60 years old and I don't know how to use the DVD Burner software. Their customer service is very patient and taught me how to do it step by step.

I use Cisdem pdfconverterocr, which is very good to me, it can convert pdf to almost all document formats.

Half a 46 second download unless I pay for the premium? The free version is WORTHLESS. And the cost fo the premium is outrageous.
