I went to the Citi Trend on Little York and 45 and they save all hope for all of the Citi Trends. I mean they have great customer service skill, it was a pleasant experience and I do recommend everyone to shop there. Mrs. Jessica is so awesome her people skill are perfect….
I purchased some items tonight from City Trends, the sales associate came to ring me up but I wish she would have sent someone else because clearly she was mad upset pissed off from something that happened before she got to the register. She never addressed the fact that I was standing there and starting aggressively grabbing my items that were delicate sheer outfits, getting the hangers caught on something at the counter. This caused all the items to fall on the floor and she proceeded to take the hangers off with so much aggression that I felt the items would be damaged when you finished. She then starting to place my items in the bag that she ask DO YOU WANT A BAG FOR A DIME? First time she opened her mouth during the transaction. I am actually so mad I love City Trends so much but the customer service was just totally disrespectful and when I asked that she did not just ball up my purchases she replied Do You Want To Fold Em? I replied yes, so while I am folding my purchases she starts to throw the remaining items towards me and I was fed up with the nasty attitude and said Quit throwing my items and she responds Who you talking to with your ugly $#*!. Mind you I came back with I know you are not calling NOBODY ugly as ugly as you are acting. Cursing and Lying to the manager about how I was the problem but truly she needs to work in the back doing anything that doesn't required a pleasant, professional encounter with a customer. I really want to return the entire purchase but I Love everything I purchase. Is it the norm for employees to act in a manner as this when ever they feel like it. I will probably shop at City Trends as usual, I will just have to find another one and hopefully the employees have respect for there customers especially the elderly ones as my self. She will piss off the Wrong customer and it will end bad. She had absolutely no boundaries when it came to cussing and using the F bomb as if she has no fear of losing a job. I realize everyone is short handed in most businesses but there is no place for such nasty acting person representing City Trends,

I was shopping in the store and asked if they could hold a few items for me until the next morning and the young lady who actually rung me up didn't answer, but instead Tara said no. I purchased some items, but didn't want to go home to get my card and come back because it was almost 6. She rather lose a 100 sale then to say she would hold the items I was purchasing for someone. Shame on you Citi Trends in Hampton. You use to be so much better

This store has some funny characters in it. Don't get me wrong, the clothes are nice but the people are hilarious. You may need to buy clothing a couple of sizes bigger because most of them run small. It's just a store where Amazon could actually sell the same things (a little bit cheaper).
After picking up about $400 for the clothes I am wanting to try a few on. I was told rudely they're locked. This makes sense that doesn't keep them locked until somebody asks. I asked, can you unlock them and she said no they're locked and walked away for me. Fitting rooms should not be an option in the mall.

Everyone but me received a Welcome has they walked in the door. I was never approached by any sales associate, and my son had to practically beg to get into the dressing room. They were not busy yet it took 15 minutes to get into the dressing room? Once again, when you look poor and a woman of color it's has though your invisible!? Customer service is extremely poor! Don't judge someone by the way they dress or the color of their skin! Never judge a book by the cover, you may found a jewel between the pages!?
Well my best friend and her sister were in this store, and they kept giving them dirty looks for looking at sunglasses. Denied them help, did not talk to them at all but talked to other customers of the same races. Ironic. Completely uncalled for. This place needs sued.
The store in my area is mostly clean and things are very easy to find but a few of the employees are very rude and unprofessional they gossip about customers right in front of other customers i am a regular customer i shop there at least 2-3 times a week and 90% of the time the employees are rude i always say thank you and all i get is money shoved in my hand with an attitude i just went there today cashier was rude for no reason i decided im not going to shop there anymore i understand people steal and they have to watch people but there is a way to do anything without making the customer feel uncomfortable while shopping they need to be trained better
Went in to the store last weekend me and a friend the lady don't know of she was the new manager came and stood and watched us while we shopped we were fresh off work so neither of us had a purse will not be returning to this location was very uncomfortable to shop.
I like it every time I go to the store, because I find what I need, I look for the variety of outfits and uniforms. Also when I need help they provide me with what I need. They are very friendly, give excellent service and attention. Thank you for maintaining good customer service.

So I went here orange blossom trail and they stole my items form another store. Let me explain. So I walked in turned in my bag from rainbows u kno it's school shopping time they gave me a red ticket the other side she put with the bag. When I left I was side tracked my the storm outside my sons bus from Orlando arrived helping the customer was short sum cents in front of me a lot was going on I forgot to get me bag from rainbow I called and emailed the next day they don't have my bag I'm like wtf. They have yet to replace my items they stole from my daughter tremors were part of her school clothes I have seven kids can't afford to loose
I went to Citi Trends at 315 E.Main St. In Moncks Corner S.C. I found a pant and 2 blouses that I wanted to try on. I told an associate that I needed to use the fitting room to try then on. She told me that per store policy I won't be allowed to use the fitting room, but I could purchase them, try them on at home, and return them if they didn't fit. No way I was going to agree with that. Walmart, and even Goodwill have fitting rooms, as well as other Merchants, and this is the first time I've ever been denied access to a fitting room. I feel as if I was thought of as being a theft. I will never ever set foot back into another Citi Trend store.
I placed my order on February 28th, 2017. Still, nothing received as of today, 3/6/17. For such a large company one would think they'd have a better handle on their shipping arrival times. Too slow! I cannot say anything else at this point because I am still waiting! UPDATE: I finally received my order today, 3/9/17. Everything fit perfectly. I just wish I didn't have to wait as long as I did to receive my items. Overall I would recommend Cititrends.com but not to anyone who lacks patience.

Went to the store located on the brickyard, I said hi to a worker name Elizabeth she's the assistant manager no answer I also asked for help she said whatever is there that's what we have very poor customer service
I recently shopped in the Citi Trends at the Greenwood Mall. As I walked into the store, salesperson greeted me and asked if I needed help. Walking through the store, I noticed the merchandise was cluttered and unorganized. I spotted an item in the back of the store, picked it up, and made my way back to the front to purchase my item. As I approached the register, I notice some ladies standing back the counter looking at there phones and having a conversation as if I was not standing there. So finally, another salesclerk came up and waited on me. The only person in the store that was nice, was the lady who greeted me. Overall, the store has some nice items but the employees do not make you feel comfortable in the store. They are rude and unprofessional.
I was asked by the cashier was my credit card I was using for my purchased a Puerto Rican card. This was a racist remark. On her and the credit card wasn't working we put it through again and it went through. Then I had to exchange an item and the cashier was rude argumentative when trying to return this item with my sales receipt and tags on the clothing. Both visits to the store in Muhlenberg was unprofessional and racist. I will not be returning to that store. If you are non-Hispanic you will get treated differently at this location.
My daughter went to the Windsor CT store said she was followed the whole time she was there! Then after walking around for 10 minutes was told store policy is to give her bag to the cashier once she walks in the store ( the bag was transparent)/ I've shop in this store before with bags and was never told or seen this policy. I went in the store immediately without my daughter with a bag to see if I would be asked to do the same and was never asked to give my bag to the cashier. I told my daughter to come back to the store and once the cashier saw her face she started yelling from the front asking if I had a return & if not I had to leave my bag at the front. I stated that the policy wasn't stated anywhere & was lied to that it was on the door. I went outside and checked for myself it is not. Both cashier was yelling and saying I didn't want to give in my bag because I wanted to steal & calling me out of my name.
I have visited this store for years and consider them one of the best in the area. I have dealt with different managers (due to the store not keeping them for very long) but every time I visit the store I am greeted with a hello and a smile. However, the reason for the review is not that of a smile or a hello but because I have yet to receive a refund that was paid by debit card. It has now since been a week and still no $55.00. Yes it's only 55 bucks but it's my money. It was taken out so quickly only to find out that I wouldn't receive a refund due to the establishment that I bank at being the answer of the store manager. Customer service sucks at the citi trends in salisbury, nc. When i purchased items the manager wouldnt even speak and acted as though we were a problem not a customer. She seemed very upset that i purchased alot of clearance items. Very rude for sure. Also there was a clearance items with price tag and manager took the two items and said she couldnt sell them to me. Said the price was incorrect and she couldnt sell them.
This is the best place for great deals on name brand clothes. The store in Waco is so clean and easy to shop. The staff are so nice and genuinely love their customers. I would give them 10 stars..

So I ordered a pair of ripped jeans and few more items. Now the jeans was my main purpose for ordering from them. So you can imagine how pissed I was when they took my money sand gave my a tracking number. And on the invoice when it arrived. Oh by the way easier didn't have your jeans in stock. We'll refund you in 5-10 days. It's on the 14th day I get a email saying I've been refunded, but no money is back on my credit card and it's the 16th day, my bank dosen't hold funds, once refunded it always goes immediately back on my card.

Me and my boyfriend shop citi trends in Wilmington nc every week but after today we will go some where else. He bought pants and the stain was not noticed until out in public. He had receipt but they would not exchange without original tickets who wears pants with tickets on them most store the original receipt is all a customer needs. This is the worst customer service I've had they do not stand behind their products when out the door your tough luck if something is wrong and you do not notice. SO CUSTOMERS BEWARE CHECK THEIR CLOTHES AND PRODUCTS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE WALKING OUT THE DOOR. HE HAD THE PANTS 3 DAYS.

So today is November 15 2019 and I usually stop into the city Tran in Bradenton Florida once a month I usually go in walk the outer perimeter and just glanced and look to see if anything stands out to me because it's normally so cluttered that if you go in between usually you knock stuff over off the racks and it's just do aggravation though they have some really nice stuff but today I walked in and to my surprise it was absolutely positively attractive the set up they have now Make you feel as though you're in a major department store it's Roomy you can get through the isles very well without knocking things over or getting hooked on a hanger it's just really nice and I wanted to shop and look through the racks which I normally dread bradenton Citytrend has stepped it's game up i'm loving it
