After buying my home I thought the hard part was over well nope. I then had to find a way to get all new furniture that would fit in my home that had some off walkways as well as lots of windows I was scared to lose the flow of my home. I went to 6 Furniture stores before I walked into City Furniture. Soon as I walked in a was helped! The girls name was Rachel. She walked me threw each room it was amazing. There pricing is by far the best and it's quality Furniture. I was so impressed that it also was delivered just 3 days later! I am threw the moon happy I would highly recommend City Furniture in Spanish springs and see Rachel she is fantastic!
I bought a $5000 sectional at City Furniture Pembroke Pines in September along with a $600 warranty. Purchased a $5000 sectional at City Furniture Pembroke Pines in September and added a $600 spill warranty. They claimed it covered any spill, but when my daughter spilled juice, they refused to honor it. I escalated the issue to corporate, but they still wouldn't help. City Furniture's sales practices are misleading, and their customer service is horrible.
Overall horrible experience with City Furniture. They delivered an obviously used bed which was supposed to go to their clearance center. Somehow the incompetent delivery drivers brought it to my house. Upon arrival it was apparent that they were a disaster, one was on the phone with his wife the whole time and the other made an huge mess in my living room which they didn't even pick up. Although they did not have the correct equipment and my husband had to provide them with the tools, they rushed and assembled the bed, further damaging it even more and left without notice or even giving us time to inspect it. We immediately contacted customer service which useless! Never again will I purchase something from here.
Follow up 4/29/24:
The fact that THEIR error has caused me and my husband to be sleeping on the floor, is completely unacceptable. Management should be embarrassed of how they have handled this situation because a "we will refund you your money in 7-10 business days" simply doesn't cut it. I've gone as far as emailing your "Customer Care Specialist" Kate, and even she, who is supposed to "Care" for customers has provided me with ZERO response. Genuinely, this has been a beyond disappointing and distroughting experience.
My sales representative Eric refuses to answer his phone or emails. I purchased a couch and have been having nothing but problems. The couch did not have a USB port as written on the website. I asked for a replacement, to which they agreed. They then called me this morning saying that the replacement also doesn't have the ports and that they were canceling my delivery. They refused to return the couch and said my sales rep is responsible for returning it but he refuses to answer my phone calls or emails. Now they refuse to return the couch when they purposely waited three days to tell me I can't get it exchanged or returned. I am very disappointed and upset with how City Furniture treats their customers.

Buying a 5k sectional on line then getting ghosted by my sales person is disgusting. Went to Olando store where they tried to help but they also got ghosted by salesperson and their manager. This will end a 20 year relationship with City Furniture.
DO NOT shop there! They don't honour their warranty plans + if you get damaged goods upon delivery and you only notice after the delivery guys have left, you CANNOT return it. Awful, awful experience!
I ordered furniture that was to be delivered on March 9th. I called and they informed me that the furniture would not be delivered until May 31. I have asked for my money back as they have had my money for 2 months now. Customer service will basically ghost you. They will lie. They will say anything to get off the phone with you. They will say anything to avoid returning my money. I'm at the end of the road here and it looks like I may have to take them to court. I purchased a chair from them to go with this furniture and I wanted to return it and they denied this. I will never purchase anything from them again and now I just hope to get my money back. If they say the furniture is not in stock but they will have it soon run for the hills!

I bought this bed online and it was delivered and assembled by city furniture and spoke with a gentleman afterwards who stated if the was any problems with the bed that i have 30 days to returned it. I love this bed but i had to filed a claim to returned the bed because my room is extremely hot and I'm worriedaboutthe coming summer months. I just moved into this house, i thought something was wrong with the AC but i found out it has a new ac system in 2022 and that's why there's a fan in the bedroom but because of the height of the bed i can't operate the fan. I received a text from city furniture stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience but my claim is not covered under their policy with a link for further information which didn't provide any further information but to take you to their website.
So i reached out through the text message for help and and was told by the lovely representative that their returned policy was only 3 days and when i explained to her that when i spoke with the gentleman after the setup, he said 30 days ans she responded "I do apologize about the miscommunication. Is there anything else that I can assist you with?".
I will never buy or recommend city furniture to anyone and I've never dealt with a furniture store with their returned policy being 3 days and especially when i was told 3o days
My experience with Cityfurnish is great I recently rented a sofa and it is in good condition, very comfortable and beautiful at low price I would recommend it to everyone
City has resolved this to my satisfaction and a refund has been issues and will collect base on Thursday the 27th.

The base arrived and was too small for the bed. Each bed was 39" long and they delivered a base that was only 36. Therefore would not fit I complained at delivery and the man said he could not take it back. I talked to a guy on the phone from customer service and he said he would make a not and I can setup an exchange. I have been going back and forth with these people for over 10 days now and still nothing. They keep trying to deliver the same base and expecting me to accept.
The main issue is CITY FURNITURE, INC does NOT refund your money of anything that was delivered. Even if they delivered the wrong item NO REFUND on ANY DELIVERY that is there policy.
For sure not one sales person will tell you that only we have Free Delivery. No kidding because if we deliver the wrong item tuff crap for you. NEVER PRUCHASE ANYTHING FROM CITY FURNITURE!

JUST THE MATTRESS
I am very frustrated with the company and products. I spent over $1k on sectionals, 8 months ago and the springs broke (the heaviest person in my household is 150lbs). Every time we sit, the cushions sink and it is very uncomfortable because that causes us to sit directly in on the wood (cardboard, to be more exact). That leads me to my second problem. I went to move the furniture around and the back of the chair completely snapped in half, to the point where there was wood dust all over my floor. So, I decided to file a damage complaint. In the confirmation email I received, it said I would get a phone call from them within the next 24 hours. 6 days went by without no call. So I called to follow up and when I gave them the invoice #, they informed me that there was no complaint filed and advised me to send the photos to *******@cityfurniture.com. The next day, I called because I was tired of waiting and they told me they would send a technician over to check it out. The technician looked at it and called customer service and they told me they would only fix the back piece because it was a "manufacturer defect" but the springs were not covered under warranty because it was from "normal use". This makes no sense to me because we are paying for a 3 year warranty, and we were told that it would cover repair/replace ANY damage within the 3 years. The warranty is a complete scam, because they know the customer is going to have to replace the furniture within the next year because it such bad quality. Customer service was also very rude and told me they did not care if I wrote a review and they no longer wanted to hear me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY.
