This company used to be reputable and could be trusted. Unfortunately, this business was sold about a year ago to an untrustworthy person who has offered me nothing but lies, half truths, and refuses to repair my vehicle. The shop received my car the end of August, 2023. Because there were multiple insurances involved, I was asked to pay for the full repairs up front. The cost was $8,159.57 and I was told the repair would take 2 weeks. Payment was made on September 19th, 2023. Here it is April 3,2024 and it is still not complete. Talking to the owner receives only promises that are never fulfilled. I have retained an attorney to go after this shop. My advice to you is to run, not walk away from Classic 'Automotive. It is a shame that the new owner has no integrity and has ruined what used to be a great auto body shop.

Not only did they refuse to complete my repair in a timely manner, but they threatened me for leaving a negative review. Well, guess what . . . now there are several more and I've reached out to an attorney and will soon be talking to a collections company.
First let me preface this review. I'm not being paid or associated with Classic Automotive Inc, in any way. They were formally Earls Body Shop. I was a customer recently and a very happy customer! Anyone who owns a Mercedes Sprinter knows how hard it is to find a body shop to do body work on Sprinters due to their height and size. It's another to find a shop that does Mercedes quality paint and body work. Look no further, John@ Classic will take care of your Mercedes from the time you walk in until you leave, and you'll leave totally satisfied! My Sprinter was hit by a large tree, and when I got it back it was beautiful again! They even helped me get some parts I needed for my Sprinter unrelated to the body work. These guys are great. I can't say enough good about Classic Automotive in Manassas, VA. Thanks for a great job John!
