I received the package last night and tried it on immediately, the bust area fits almost perfectly, AND the color and look is spot on. It needs a few alterations with the length, but other than that, I'm extremely happy and can't wait to wear it to the Ball

Its low quality of fabric and materials, I didnt expect this kind of dress for the amount of money that I put to purchase it, also the dress size was big on the sides, it is really sad, costumer service should be more helpful!

Awful! I ordered a purple dress and received a pink one. They use Morilee pictures. (Thats stealing) You cant send back the wrong dress and as others have mentionned, they will offer 5-10% refund. I have advised Morilee. Do the same!

This dress is beautiful, it far exceeded my expectations! The dress is do inexpensivly priced I wasn't sure what to expect. When it arrived, I was thrilled with everything about it. It is well made, fabric feels nice, and it looks amazing.

I recently got a dress from Clavonna after surfing on line to find a suitable one. When I received it I couldn't beleive.It was so fit, good quality ans so gorgeous.
Everything is so professional from first step till the time you get your dress.
I was so happy I found a trustworthy online site finally.

PURCHASED 3 DRESSES WITH SEQUENCE FOR MY SONS WEDDING AND ALL OF THEM CAME IN THE WRONG COLOUR, AND NO SEQUENCE
WHEN YOU CONTACT LINDA VIA EMAIL HER EXCUSE IS PURCHASE MORE MATERIAL AND I WILL MAKE YOU A NEW DRESS.
-WRONG COLOUR
-COLOUR DOES NOT MATCH PICTURE - (LINDA SAID IT HAS TO DO WITH THE COMPUTER I HAVE - HOW DOES SHE KNOW WHAT COMPUTER I HAVE)
-REFUND IS NOT AN OPTION - WAS OFFERED 5%, 8%, 10% REFUND - INSULT!
DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE, COLOURS OR PICTURE ONLINE... THE DRESS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURE AND DRESS YOU ORDER!

Guys try to complain on econsumer.gov we need to do something to stop this site for other consumers and protect them. I received a terrible dress and they don't want to give my money back..

DO NOT BUY FROM CLAVONNA! My daughter bought her prom dress from Clavonna, when the dress arrived it was nothing like the picture... the dress is hideous, the material is cheap, the dress looks like its falling apart, theres a big piece of the hemline cut/missing... Its so poorly made! Their customer service is the worst... they wont accept our request to return it and finally offered a 2% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM CLAVONNA!

They sent me a hideously ugly knock off and when I demanded a refund, they offered me 5%!? Website says their Customer Service is excellent...lie lie lie. Dont get taken like I did.

This company ripped me off 319.00$ they didn't deliver my dress till after my wedding date after they garenteed it would arrive in time and are refusing to refund me.

I ordered 2 custom made dresses
Paid $500 dollars
Got low quality dresses, 2 cups on dress are like those you buy from dollar store and hand sew in, sleeves are so loose, countless issues stemming from low quality products and no customization as ordered
I want the dresses fixed
They refused to fix by saying that they refund 6% of what I paid and convince me to keep the dresses that are aweful looking and unwearable
Do not believe Clavonna Dresses and what they says on their website
I seriously question the authenticity of the great reviews on the website
Do not buy from them if you do not want to regret like me

It is great, it fits perfect and it arrive a little bit earlier than predicted. I have to say that it is a little bit long, but nothing that cannot be fixed. I am sooooo happy!

Ordered my wedding dress in early May, today is 31st of May they haven't shipped yet. Asked them to cancel order on the 16th of May but they didn't. Kept sending me an email with "Don't worry" "Thanks" highlighted in red. Lack of service. They don't even speak English.
Send an email state that cancel is cancel, refund is refund, the response shouldn't be "Don't worry" in red ink, but they don't understand.
So, I kind of gave up to chatting with them, then I received the email "We will ship your dress today" was two days ago. Website still shows that "NOT SHIPPED YET"

I ordered the navy dress and it was beautiful. Perfect for an evening gown for my wedding. Everyone loved it. Fit me very nicely.

My friends wedding dress looks awful. She is mot even treated to a refund or returnbthe dress. No satisfaction.

This dress is absolutely stunning! I couldn't of imagined a more perfect fit than this! It's comfortable, it GORGEOUS! I want one in every color!

NEVER buy from this website! Rude, horrible, hideous! I lost $500! There is always carma for those people, but for now they scamming!
