I subscribed to the "clearcaptions" land phone and mobile phone. The quality of the Land phone is so and so, but the mobile phone service is so horrible. When the phone rang, it cut off immediately, and then the phone locked. Cannot call out, and cannot receive incoming calls. Deleted the App and reinstalled it again, then it cannot recognize my password. The whole service is so poor, that this company should not be in this business.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use "clearcaptions" company's product and service.
