I was very happy with Clear Choice until they stopped returning calls and I had to call over and over during my temporary implant time. The other side, my husband got what we thought were dental implants and that was how it was explained but since we are not experts we thought they were implants. Let the buyer beware because I did not read the final paperwork and that is not what he got. He got what I call a glorified partial. When they said he would get implant screws put in, we thought he was getting a small, not full implant, he got 3 screws and a partial that was affixed to the screws - The partial came out so we called, very upset and of course it's 3 days now and no one has called back. Finally called the 888 number and a very nice woman said she would put us through to the office, she did, they didn't answer us, went to vm. I called back, she put it through again, same thing (they have caller ID and reception does remember your name). Called back again and she said she would put it through without letting them know who is on the phone and she transferred it, hung up so that they had no choice but to answer in the particular office, and we finally got through. Appointment was made, recemented, Hector gave him a night guard and also somehow fixed his front 2 teeth that were broken (not part of a clear choice issue). This was very nice and all went well. But all in all regarding Dental Implants, don't let anyone tell you that they feel just like real teeth, they don't, but it is better than not smiling!
