I am extremely disappointed. I have been a client for 5 years of clearly's contact lenses and decided to try their glasses.to my surprise, they arrived crocked and bent. I cannot see without glasses and now I am stuck having to go to work with crocked glasses because I can not afford to send it back and wait another 2 weeks to get a replacement, as I am basically blind without them. It is so upsetting…
I am satisfied with the progressive lens glasses I received. When I reported the failed delivery of my order I was able to have a second pair sent to me without any further issues. It is unfortunate that Canada Post was unreliable in this instance but I do not hold Clearly responsible for the lost item. This was the first time I ordered glasses from Clearly.ca and I will likely order from this company in the future.

My reluctant husband needed a new very expensive prescription and he hated everything he saw in show rooms. So I convinced him to try clearly because of the great guarantee. For half the price of his last pair of glasses he has a new pair he really loves with transition lenses. Thank you.
I was very pleased with time delivery time, but not totally happy with the glasses. My previous pair had spring loaded arms, and I really wish I had ordered a pair with them. These are a little tight on me, plus i am having trouble getting them adjusted for me. I am scared to try and bend the nose pieces too much in case i break them. Is there some kind of directions on how to adjust them without breaking them?

I ordered two pairs, one pair of sunglasses and the other progressive lenses with transitions. They also have anti glare and anti fog. There is a bad reflection in the lenses that I don't get with any of my other glasses. They are also really tight fitting over my temples. Tight like they don't rest on my nose unless I push them down. Hard to determine sizing when ordering online without trying them on first. Very happy with the sunglasses though.

Everything was great. Only thing was that no where on the site (that i could find) did it say which province you ship from. Therefore, no indication of of how long it would take to arrive BEFORE I placed the order and received tracking details. Now I know for next time (so I don't wait until i'm on my last pair of lenses).
I had ordered years ago from these guys, no issues. The last order, my left contact lens (first one i tried) was very uncomfortable almost INSTANTLY... i tried these very expensive moisture, allergy eye drops from my optometrist and it didn't help. I switched to a new left eye one, it was much better. Contacted Clearly, I'm told i have a defective set of contacts (batch), they ask for a photo of my prescription and a photo of the bad lens. They can give me 10.00 credit on my next order. I have to buy a whole new box and pay for shipping and handling to replace a defective product. Disappointed, they should do better. Work with the manufacturer, something... if i'd bought through my optometrist, i would have paid more, BUT I almost guarantee i could get a single replacement for free. Now, i don't know how many other defective ones i might have.

I ordered my first pair june 2021. 3 months after the warranty they bubbled. U ordered the same pair in dec 2021 and they bubbled again. I requested a refund for both and they said it was wear and tear. Bull crap. I am making everyone on Facebook knows that clearly is a fraud.

I been order my contacts lenses from this company for at least 2 years and finally had enough, every time I order they promise to deliver in 3 to 6 days, and then they send email saying that they don't have it in stock i even paid for the fast shipping but always take more than two weeks to deliver, enough is enough, I'm done with this company,

I've ordered multiple items over the years and they have always followed through with good service and packaging. I have gotten glasses which came with a nice case and also contacts on multiple occasions. So far nothing to complain about on my end.
Clearly always delivers exactly what I order and always in time or early when it comes to shipping. They even put in a small bag of gummy bears in the box, that was such a nice surprise. They truly go above and beyond

I ordered 2 pair of glasses, one regular and one sunglasses. They arrived earlier than expected which was great. The sunglasses were good but the regular eyeglasses didn't fit properly (my fault because of frame choice). I called and was emailed a return label and had my refund in record time.

Easy ordering experience. On time delivery. I had the measurements from my old glasses so I had something to compare the dimensions to, otherwise it would be hard to know what would fit. Still, I have one issue with these frames, which is that there are no rubber tips at the back, so my glasses always fall forward.

Was very happy with the whole buying process and how quick delivery was.
I do however have an issue as the contacts I ordered were off my receipt prescription from an eye doctor. Got my new glasses a couple months ago and I see very clearly out of them, the contacts not so much. Exact same prescription but vision is blurry with the contacts which I've never had an issue with before.
Wonderful! I ordered one pair of sunglasses, and a pair of eyeglasses in a different frame. They arrived quickly and I love both pairs! Prescription seems fine and frames are great quality. I used the try on feature and I'm so glad you brought the try-on back... I haven't used Clearly in the past few years because this feature had been dropped, and it's useless to try and buy glasses based only on measurements.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
