Booked hotel on booking.com and canceled within an hour do to wrong location booked. The hotel Palms Coconut Beach Ii in new symna, FL still charged me and will not refund my money. I made approximately 4 calls to location and Dominic was very rude and thought this wasn't an urgent matter to be escalated on to the appropriate department. He was very rude and over spoke me on the phone. I still haven't received my money back even though Dominic said they sent it to a closed credit account because of their debacle in this matter. This has been going on since 8-15-2024. Due to privacy I will be unable to attach any of my booking info or cancelation info.
