I order a part for my garage door and the part doesn't allow me to close the garage door. I have to manually keep pressing the garage door button on the wall in order to close the door. When i call the number to get a replacement part they told me i have to get a service repair man to take a look at it. They wouldn't help me trouble shoot the product. All he said was i'm not technical support. But they don't have anyone to help with this. I said i just wanted a new part and they wouldn't do it. I would never buy something here again. I suggest no one else does either. I'm probably going to have to pay another $80 to fix this. They sell parts that don't work.
