I thought clickinks was actually very good, despite what other reviews say. My item was out of stock too, seems to happen to everyone who buys with a buy 2 get 1 offer. I was told it would be in stock at one date, but it was not. I am guessing they were only talking about one of the item that was out of stock. The next date I was told it was in stock and shipped out immediatedly. Then I got it within five days with FedEx (free shipping by the way), it went into a weekend so that's proabably why it took so long. I thought they had great customer service when I chatted online with them and called them. I did not have to wait long for either of those services. The ink I got was very good quality and worked perfectly fine on my printer. So my advice is, if you don't need the ink immediately and don't print stuff that has to last for a really long time and not fade, go for clickinks. From the reviews, I understand that buying from this company you are taking a certain amount of risk in getting bad leaky cartridges or ones that don't work. But it's normal for every company to churn out a few bad products or too. The only problem is that return service seems to be really bad. Which is why I say you are taking a certain amount of risk, you might get something bad and not be able to return it. I would say those chances are not as high as everybody makes it seem. And if the ink you are trying to buy is a lot cheap from clickinks than from all other websites, including remanufactured ink ones, it does not really matter. For me, I paid almost $17 less than the OEM, and almost $2 less than other online remanufactured ink selling sites (and that's excluding shipping for other sites which can get really expensive if your order is not more than $100). The savings vary for different inks though. To be honest, in this economy, I think you definitely should try this place. Just be aware of the risks. You get what you pay. I am not saying if you pay less you get a worse product, but your chance of a guarantee of a good product becomes lower. But guys, really, clickinks is not that bad. Just an average company, with average products and average service, not great, but not bad.
Spoke to CS rep Alex for the 3 rd time in a month regarding $18.37 for 3 returned cartridges. Each time I get the same excuse. The warehouse only received 1 cartridge. After contacting warehouse twice, Alex says there has been no reply and will try for a 3 rd time. I'm not holding my breath. Would like to contact the CEO of the company Does anyone know who he is?

I didn't get a chance to try their product, because the printer cartridges were never in stock, even though their web site claimed they were. After waiting 20 days for the cartridges to ship, and a couple of phone calls where I was told they'd be in "tomorrow" or "this afternoon", I cancelled the order.
Even during this whole time, the web site said they were in stock. Now I'm waiting for the credit to show up on my credit card, because of course they charge your card the second the order is placed, not when it ships! Been 8 business days, still no credit.
I recommend you call them and verify the stuff is in stock before you order.

I used this site a couple of times for my inkjet printer. It only took that long for them to go rogue as many other corrupt selling sites do. On the third order, I would literally print one page containing only black text, and would set the printer to "draft" type font so as not to use so much black ink. However, even with that the next time I'd go to print, the printer would have a msg. Indicating that one of the colored ink cartridges was empty. Even though I did not print anything in color and the "empty" cartridge appeared to have enough ink in it, it was unusable, until I'd change out the failing color cartridge for a new one and everything would work fine again.
I ordered 2 color ink cartridges. The first one worked fine. The second one did not work. When I contacted them to complain, they said that, since my product was out of warranty, all they could do was to offer me 10% off of my next purchase. I replied, "Considering that your products are defective, I think I will pass on that 10% discount."
Ordered cartridges for Epson 500 picture mate. Printer would not accept the cartridge. When I tried to remove it, it was stuck. Finally got it out but not without destroying the printer beyond repair. Compared it to an original cartridge and the replacement has teeth on both sides that caught in the printer making it impossible to get out. Filed complaint with Florida BBB requesting replacement of my $200 photo printer. Clock inks refused, offered refund or credit. Took refund. They have refused to honor, will only give credit. They are BSD news. Product is not trustworthy and neither is the company. BEWARE!
They sent an item they misrepresented and they do not respond to customer service inquiries. Based on the number of claims they've had filed with the BBB I think a lot of their reviews must of been done by them.
I purchased two black and one color cartridge for my HP printer. Both black ink cartridges lasted about a week, and I do not print a lot. Most of my genuine cartridges last four months or longer. The color cartridge never even worked. The printer would not accept it.
This website stinks and I will not be returning! EVER!
My printer died so I needed to send 2 unopened cartridges back for a return or exchange. Because they did not carry my new printers ink I am just out of luck because they only will do an exchange. Read their policies very carefully because they also charge a restocking fee for returns and you have to pay return shipping. BUYER BEWARE!
Worst company ever! I have never been so disappointed in customer service. I waited 3 weeks for my ink to come in and 5 weeks to get a refund and that is calling every week and then ever day the last week and finally talking to the manager 2x but still nothing happened. Finally got he refund. They could have voided the transaction as I called them to cancel it within 30 min. Of placing the order. I have never ever been so frustrated I know how customer service can be.:-( would never recommend this place. Now 3-4 weeks from getting my refurbished ink, it is out! The color has read low from the beginning and they said o couldn't get a refund without "restocking fee" until after I tried their troubleshooting. Ugh. Horrible. Would be a negative rating if possible.
They are awful. Product didn't work. Took 4 calls, countless emails, and 3 months for a refund, and they wouldn't even refund shipping. They have 337 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years. Don't do it.
I have done business with no problem, but this last time is the last time. Buy 2 get 1 free. Only one of three worked. Printer couldn't recognize them. Bought them more than 60 days before I discovered the problems. Company won't do anything because the warranty is 60 days.
DO NOT purchase ink from this company if you want your printer to print.
Cheap ink cartridges, but I guess you get what you pay for, however when I pay for something I expect it to work. I have put in several ink cartridges. And none of them print. Only get a few pages and than, only get VERY light print of half of the letters.
Tried the product. OK Unfortunately they shipped a 110mil cartridge in lieu of the 220mil ordered for my Epson 7600 printer and charged for the higher price. Contacting them is fruitless, no response to emails, no credit offered. I am not alone. My friend just received a similar shipment, with the same problem. Also, they pack very poorly with no regard for the end user. I will look elsewhere in the future for my ink needs.
This is a site that I have been using for ordering cartridges for my printer. This time I placed an order for 6 cartridges and when they arrived not one of them fit, they were to big. I notified the company and they said to send them back for replacement. I sent the 6 cartridges plus I included one of my own and they email me and tell me I only sent 6. I then told them to just fill the order and return my cartridge with the order. They have the cartridges and the money and now they keep me waiting. This is not how you do business nor will I return to that site again, no matter how cheap they are. The saying goes when you buy cheap it becomes expensive. WARNING: do not do business with a company that does not concern themselves with the customer. They say they do, but it is not so.
I ordered 6 Lexmark X2670 Printer Cartridges (2 black and 4 color). I opened one package and tried to install it. It didn't fit. Not only did they not send the right cartridges but it has taken me 3 months to get a refund. Here' the part I don't like.
They took out $89.95 out of my Canadian Bank Account and the refund was $50.67 Canadian. I don't know much about the difference between our Canadian Dollar and the US but I did find a site that shows the difference. According to Clickinks representative (they need a $20.00 restocking fee - why should I pay to restock their product when they sent the wrong one) and as well they don't return the shipping costs which were $24.60. I paid the return postage because as soon as the cartridge didn't work, I packed it up and mailed it back. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. I chose one star because you have to enter the star to get the review posted other wise. It was 0.
I wouldn't give this company a negative 5 stars! I placed an order on 6/17/14 and as of today, 7/7/14, still have not received it. The company charged my debit card the day after I placed the order, which is illegal to do. A company CANNOT declare revenue until an order is shipped (I'm an accountant and I know these things!). I sent an email inquiring where my order was on 7/3/14 and was told there were items back-ordered and that my order would ship that day. I never received any notification of a back-order, none of my other items were shipped, and the order never shipped. I called them again today to see if the order shipped. It had not shipped. I asked them to cancel the order. I was told they will return my payment to my debit card and will get confirmation by email that the order was cancelled and the refund returned.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
The product they sent me was wrong. The told me to send it back for a refund. I did. Meanwhile I ordered the proper cartridges from them. The refund has not arrived after 2 years. They will not respond to my emails, or calls.
The new cartridges did not work. This was for an Epson NX420
I ordered ink cartridges. When I got them my printer would not recognize them then their CSR sent me directions to reconfigure my printer. NO, I buy ink to open, put in and print. Not a 15 minute reprogram every time. Then I ask for a refund. CSR aks a lot of questions, what part of I want to return them don't you understand? Tells me they will charge me for shipping original order. No read your website, Free Shipping. I return order on 7/29. As of today no credit on my credit card. CSR tells me may take 2/3 billing cycles. NO, you charged me the daay I ordered. Would never order again and would not recommend to anyone. Filing complaint with FL Attorney General.
I purchased a Groupon for ClickInks, but when I tried to redeem it:
1. Shipping increased from the $5.95 as stated on the Groupon and originally in the shopping cart to $6.95 just prior to the order being completed.
2. I waited until next day when their customer service opened, to ask why.
3. Meanwhile, I received email with link to complete the order in my cart, but my items listed in the email were lower by 20% than what my cart had previously shown.
4. I tried calling Customer Service number listed on web site. Selected the Sales option and was informed that my expected wait time was 0 minutes. After 15 minutes on hold and listening to frequent recordings with assurances of how important my call is and appreciating my patience, I hung up.
5. I tried calling again 20 minutes later. Same thing, 0 minutes wait expected, too many recordings, hung up after 10 minutes.
6. Tried again 2 hours later. This time the wait time was 6 minutes. After 20 minutes on hold, with same recordings, I hung up.
7. Tried the "Live Chat" option from the website. That only submitted an email with the promise that someone would respond within 2 days.
If they cannot provide decent customer service when placing an order, how would anyone expect them to provide any service afterward to resolve any problems.
The ink was not of the best quality but I didn't really mind that because the cost was so cheap. The customer support is literally non-existent. I have e-mailed customer service 13 times and have received only automated responses. I have called the 800 number 7 times and have waited on hold a total of 4 hours and 35 mins, NEVER having spoken to a human. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 black 1 color dell 966 series 7, the printer did not work with these cartridges. E mailed them 2 times, Answer, they will get back to me in 2 days. Nothing happened. Called twice on the phone waiting for 39 minutes nothing. I called AMEX and got credit from them. Thanks AMEX. NEVER NEVER use this company CLICKINKS STINKS> never again. BASILIA RIVERA
ON May 11th I ordered ink and my credit card was charged immediately however I never received the confirmation for the order. On pproximately the 16th of May I called them to inquire that I had not received a confirmation and they promised to call back within 24 hours however that did not occur. Calling again on the 19th of May I got the same story they will call back within 24 hours. I received a call later that day stating they don't know what happened with the order. Do yourself a favor don't do business with this company.
DO NOT TRUST EKOMI REVIEWS. I wrote a 1 star review and it never showed up. Only reviews on there are literally 4 and 5 stars. Stay away from clickinks.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you would like to avoid not getting refunded, terrible customer service, receiving a product you did not order, etc., then stay away. I'm a very patient and understanding person when it comes to dealing with people, but I've never had an experience like this. I deal with people in my own job so I definitely know how rude customers can be, but this was unacceptable. Use any other company. And I used to order all the time for clickinks and had no problem, so even if you are currently fine with them--beware that could change in the future. Will never use again.
Oh, also what was funny is they sent me (after weeks of contacting them consistently) a return label and said to get it tracked, but of course if you want to track your package you have to then pay for the shipping. Couldn't be a cheaper (not as in prices) company out there.
Very poor service if you need to return a ink item plus you get charged 6.95 for a return even when the ink will not work not a very good deal for us the buyer
