I have had a horrible experience with this site. I ordered ink from them last month. I paid with paypal and the amount was debited from my account on the 19th. I was supposed to get the product within a couple of days with their free shipping and I still havent gotten my order. Also, after I placed my order, I was sent a confirmation email detailing my order and then almost immediately, within a few minutes, I received another email notifying me that the ink i just ordered was actually not in stock. I've called them a couple of times and the wait time has been between 10-15 minutes before they take your call and both agents told me the reason i havent received my order yet is because they are waiting on a shipment of the ink that they were out of and that as soon as they get it theyll send it to me. Unfortunately, that particular ink is still online as "in stock" as i write this. If I ever get my ink Ill be very surprised. I personally will never use there site to order ink again. Look them up online before you order and see what others are saying. I wish I had. Beware!

I had an Epson WF 3640 printer and I ordered 2 large black cartridges and 2 sets of color cartridges. The order came with a free black cartridge. I believe the cost was around $95.00. I received the cartridges quickly enough, but when I inserted the black cartridge the printer would not work. I discovered that the little circuit board was missing on the cartridge. I inserted another cartridge and the printer would not work. I then realized that the little plastic nipple on my printer had broken off into the first bad black cartridge. There was no repair economically possible. I contacted Clickink and they said they would give me a refund. They provided a return shipping label and I returned all of the new cartridges. I had not opened one black cartridge or any of the three sets of color cartridges. After more than 4 months of trying to communicate with Clickink, they issued to me a $29 refund. I was out nearly $70 for the cartridges and had to buy another printer. I suggest avoiding this vendor and remanufactured ink cartridges.

Don' t bother with this company. Black Ink does not work.)) 0 for review. I ordered a mutiple colored and two black cartrdiges.

I thought clickinks was actually very good, despite what other reviews say. My item was out of stock too, seems to happen to everyone who buys with a buy 2 get 1 offer. I was told it would be in stock at one date, but it was not. I am guessing they were only talking about one of the item that was out of stock. The next date I was told it was in stock and shipped out immediatedly.

Then I got it within five days with FedEx (free shipping by the way), it went into a weekend so that's proabably why it took so long. I thought they had great customer service when I chatted online with them and called them. I did not have to wait long for either of those services. The ink I got was very good quality and worked perfectly fine on my printer.

So my advice is, if you don't need the ink immediately and don't print stuff that has to last for a really long time and not fade, go for clickinks. From the reviews, I understand that buying from this company you are taking a certain amount of risk in getting bad leaky cartridges or ones that don't work. But it's normal for every company to churn out a few bad products or too.

The only problem is that return service seems to be really bad. Which is why I say you are taking a certain amount of risk, you might get something bad and not be able to return it. I would say those chances are not as high as everybody makes it seem.

And if the ink you are trying to buy is a lot cheap from clickinks than from all other websites, including remanufactured ink ones, it does not really matter. For me, I paid almost $17 less than the OEM, and almost $2 less than other online remanufactured ink selling sites (and that's excluding shipping for other sites which can get really expensive if your order is not more than $100). The savings vary for different inks though.

To be honest, in this economy, I think you definitely should try this place. Just be aware of the risks. You get what you pay. I am not saying if you pay less you get a worse product, but your chance of a guarantee of a good product becomes lower.

But guys, really, clickinks is not that bad. Just an average company, with average products and average service, not great, but not bad.
