I am so happy that I found this place! The prices are good and the shipping is fast! There are no minimum quantities and they also have free shipping after $60 and discounts for bulk!

From pissed off customers, that it would take up to 3 days for them to respond.
Made about 3 small purchases and things were fine. Made a large purchase and my shirts get delivered to an unknown address. Went through the whole process of filing a complaint with UPS and UPS sent refund to clothing online and they claim they never received. You can't speak with a person only through email and they only respond with sorry we haven't received any refund. This has been going on since September. Please don't buy anything from them.

I ordered two sweatshirts and decided to return both for different sizes. I did reorder and pay for the second set of sweatshirts. However, after following their return policy I still have not received credit for the shirts I returned. ( Its been 2 months). Come to find out the post office they require you to mail return items to was holding numerous return items. ClothingShopOnline was not paying the post office box fee and the packages were on hold until the company pays up. Looks like I'm out of my refund, and it is definite that they lost a customer. Stay away from this company. I would of rated them a 0 if that category was available.
I'm giving Clothing Shop Online zero stars for customer service. They are terrible. They do not stand behind there clothing items. I received a very dirty Comfort Colors crew sweatshirt. I immediately emailed customer service. I tried washing it off with plain water. They were not answering calls and did not answer my email for 3 days. I did try and wash the item because my customer needed the shirt. The stains did not come out. Even though I contacted them with pictures within an hour of delivery they will not replace the item. Do not order from them.
These people are money sucking monsters. They have no regard for Customer Service - all email response appear to be system generated and begin with the word NO.
Avoid them - there are many other sources for the same items they sell
I always wash cotton clothes once before wearing... in this case it was 3 tee shirts (for men).
When I took them out of the dryer, there were 3 holes in one of them and 1 hole in another. The third was ok...
When I called the ClothingShopOnline they told me once an item was washed they would not accept a return.
Well, the holes didn't appear until items were washed (we followed the directions for washing).
Never will order from them again... never!
I never write reviews, but this place has me extremely heated because I've been waiting 6 WEEKS for them to return my money. I've contacted them multiple times and I keep getting the same run-around, Covid-19.
If you don't have any issues with them I suppose they might be okay, but if you have a problem don't expect it to be solved, especially where money is concerned.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I ordered two shirts. My order arrived with only one shirt and a corresponding packing slip showing such. I presumed the other shirt was back ordered and would be shipped when available. After waiting, I finally called and was told that their system showed two shirts were shipped and I was past the 30 day period to report an issue.
Jerks to be sure. Pathetic way to treat a customer. Deal with them at your own risk.
This company Emailed me tracking over a week ago. Package still doesn't show tracking only showing that they Created a label. Called to get a valid tracking number and some information on my package. They said I would have a wait 2 weeks before they could do anything or ship another package out. I run a business also, I can not make my customer wait 2 weeks, plus the time it takes them to ship another package out. I will not be ordering from this company again.

If you need something quickly don't use Clothing Shop. It will be 3 weeks before I get my items, When it would normally take 2-3 business days.

I order some shirts which never arrived and were returned to the warehouse from which they were shipped It is now 5 months and multiple emails as well as calls and online support discussions trying to get a refund. I have never been able to speak to anyone nor get them to issue the refund. I would not ever order from this company again unless you want your money to go into a big black hole and get no merchandise!

I ordered caps back on Nov 7 with a delivery date of Nov 12. Credit card was charged on Nov 7. They claimed to have UPS's on Nov 9. Crickets. Only a label created. I asked for my money back and they said UPS had to do a tracer. Today Nov 24 they turned them over to UPS. I needed caps before Nov 13. I've emailed their customer service about 6 times and they blamed on UPS not themselves. Don't do business with these liars.
Terrible customer service. I Purchased six T-shirts in XXL and they shrunk down to XL and their customer service department refused to do anything whatsoever as far as replacements, credit, discount on a purchase of the next size up, etc. I will never shop here again!
Hope you get a good product. I got a shirt with a manufacturing flaw and tried to notify them immediately, multiple attempts. They never replied until after the return deadline had passed.
I was warned but thought it wouldn't happen to me.
My bad, will never order from them again. Many places online have their same exact products. Don't shop here.

Absolute worse customer service I have had with a company. Waiting 1/2 hours even get through to chat because you can not get anyone on the phone. Ordered 7 towels had them shipped to me in 3 different shipments, 2 of which were 1 towel each. The last single towel was not the correct towel and when I finally get through to customer service I am told they no longer have these towels in stock. So I can only assume you just ship whatever when you run out because I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. So not only do I lose my order for my customer for the 7 towels ($56) I am told I will be refunded for the towel I did not get but not sure about refunding me the shipping. This company needs to find a customer service that cares for their customers.
We ordered 39 tee shirts 2 were damaged and I was told they will not replace. What the heck kind of business are these people running? Carlos is the po person in charge of customer service issues. Unfortunately this guy is rude and extremely unhelpful. I tried several times to remedy this issue but Xarlos would not help at all. Stay away from this company they are horrible.
I have all my paperwork with dates and items bought from these crooks.

Informed that that wasn't my order was sent my correct info and it would be there within two days. Never received ended up saying address was incorrect for some reason. Was told my refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. I honestly forgot about it for about a week and a half. So I emailed again, and another day later got a response saying they had just received the return that same day (10/26) and that my refund had already been processed. So now we are another week out from there and still nothing. Not even sure why I phone number is listed because all 3 times I've called I've never gotten an answer or call back. Horrible customer service, and at this point seems like theft. Hope this helps!
I ordered 2 t shirts and paid $5+ for each plus $5+ for shipping total $15.63. I received only one shirt which is too small, They will not resond to my e mail or phone calls. I eventually got in chat and been informed that one item not available any more! (will refund!) the other one is no exchange but I can return after complied with all their conditions and paying return shipping. Making short it won't even worth the return
Paid for four items, received one. When I call customer service they say they have a high volume of calls and no one is available. Left a message on phone and on website, still no response. They dont answer their phone regardless of what time you call. I will never order online again without researching company first. They sent email saying order has shipped, but hasn't moved since June 7th, not received by USPS.
I dont recommend buying from this site. You can't ever get through to talk to anyone in customer service. I have been waiting to receive my refund from 3 shirts that I returned and MONTHS later still have not got my refund. I have emailed them numerous times and got one response but no follow through. Purchased several t-shirts from them early on in the year. I received them (size small) but the shirts were way too long for my torso, with the shirts being about 3 inches longer than other shirts of size small. I sent them back and emailed the team for a refund. One of the representatives, Jose, said he had received them and that he would check for the status of my refund, but over a month and a half have passed and I have not received a refund. The Clothing Shop Online team has also not responded to the multiple emails I had sent afterwards. Don't buy from them unless you want to run the risk of the shirts not fitting and then not getting your money back.
This company does not put the customer 1st. When you try to work with their customer service they give you blanket statement. Nothing is personal and it's sad to spend money and not be appreciated as a customer.
No money back for a return and no response to an email or phone call! They sent me 2 orders by accident I was honest contacted the company to let them know. Wow they sure got back to me quick and I sent the package back. I did a return and got no money back not even a phone call or email. Totally rude and dishonest company I'm surprised they are still in business!

I ordered three shirts from this company, they took my payment two days later. I have not received my shirts, thirteen days now. Emails are only responded to by robots, calls to customer service only allow me to leave a recorded message to which they claim to respond in three days. This also doesn't happen.
Had Problem with an order, left several messages via e-mail, phone and their customer contact form didnt get reply for over 2 weeks. They used the wrong shipping info the items were marked undeliverable by post office( the suck too) then clothing shop said when we get the Item back they would give me credit. When explained I still wanted the item the said well when get it back you can reorder whole ordeal to a month. I won't ever order from them again
