I am so happy that I found this place! The prices are good and the shipping is fast! There are no minimum quantities and they also have free shipping after $60 and discounts for bulk!
Negative zero stsrs. This company. They are scamming crooks. Inferior quality crap quality. Zero customer service. BUYER BEWARE! They take your money, send absolute crap products that shrinks and will do absolutely NOTHING about it. RETAIL RAPISTS. BUY ELSEWHERE. These are crooks and scammers
Ordered 4 dresses all described as Cotton Blend. All four dresses arrived and are polyester.
Customer service will only respond on email and will not take the dresses back on return.
The worst service I have ever had. Quality of dresses is garbage. $159 down the drain!
Scrolled website for product of interest. Placed items in cart to review shipping charges, but did not place order. A week later, an order was placed for different products. TWO weeks later received a credit card charge for items placed in cart but not ordered or received. Company claims to understand mistake but will not issue credit. Disputed amount with credit card and advised them charge was fraudulent.

I ordered several shirts - returned them because they were not the material I expected. I returned the items back after a week as it took them that long to respond to me. Then they only credited for 2 items instead of all 8 after several weeks they finally get back to me and they said they only received 2 items I called my post office the package was delivered intact. Contact the company again and they tell

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I Ordered 2 XXL long sleeve shirts. I got three sweatshirts, all in the wrong size. Requested return. Waited two weeks for reply. Return granted. Had to pay $15 shipping for their screw up. They gave me a shipping label AFTER I mailed the darn package back. Then, I never got my refund after they received the go back. Resolved through Pay Pal thankfully, but I'm still out 15 bucks. They do not answer queries. You can't talk to a person.

And now it goes downhill - Requested authorization for return and refund. Got a standard response stating they received request and will follow up. Well after numerous emails and no authorization for a return, I priority mailed to posted address in Kansas. And now USPS says "no access to delivery location". Avoid this vendor - there are plenty of other excellent vendors.
I've placed a couple of orders at clothing shop online and I have been thoroughly impressed with their service. Good quality on the products that I've ordered. Also the turnaround on receiving my shipments have far exceed my expectations. I will continue to shop with clothing shop online.
I placed an order for about 12 shirts. All arrived but I wanted to return some of them. Their phone number doesn't work (voice recording where you can leave a message but never receive a call back), their online chat gets an agent but they don't respond to any messages, and their corporate email address bounces back saying their mailbox is full. I filled out their online return form, received an email back from an agent, but couldn't respond because it bounced back due to the mailbox being full. How on earth do you return items purchased from this company?! I filed a complaint with BBB and won't be doing business with them again.
I still have not been refunded the balance of my return. You received the return on 11/29/16 so 15 days to refund the balance you owe me is more than enough time. You did this same thing to me on another purchase I returned and it's really a sad commentary that I have to beg you to refund me the balance you owe me. This is a horrible way to treat a customer and I should never have to email you multiple times just to get you to refund me what I am owed. You have the worst customer service on Amazon.
I returned a shirt which was ordered 2 sizes larger than I need, however the shirt was 2 sizes smaller! I returned the product in October (received a POD) but have yet to receive my refund. I sent several requests via email and using their contact form, plus called twice, however I have not received a single reply! It appears that taking returns and not reimbursing the customer is the established process with ClothingShopOnline. I will be pursuing the issue further.
After reading the negative reviews I was a little skeptical about purchasing anything. I ordered items as a guest and then proceeded to make an account, but when I went to locate the tracking information, it wasn't available. I called the customer service number but no one could take my call, because of COVID-19 I presume. So I emailed the company, but no one replied back to me. However, I did get my package in a timely manner and I hope to shop with this company more in the future.
Ordered two pair of Jerzees small sweatpants. I've been wearing these sweatpants for years. Order arrived and the size marked is S, however these are NOT small. Inseam is 29.5, should be 23.
Outside length should be 33, theirs is 41. Ask to return and was told I was going to be charged $9.50 to return them. No chance that's happening. I'll donate them to the church for the needy.

I tried to order off this as a Capitalone shopper saving 7%. Come to find out everybody is offered 7% off. I plugged in all my info then the site stops the transaction saying they couldn't verify something or other while your credit card got dinged anyway.
Lots of these obscure shops doing that.
Cheap clothing items.
We placed 2 orders on 12/1, contacted the company, and they replied stating there's a communication issue with our bank. We contacted our bank, and the bank state's there's no issue on their side and the funds have been paid to Clothing Shop Online. We contacted them again, telling them they were lying as our bank just informed us the funds were paid, and yet our orders still say processing. After back and forth nonsense, we cancelled our orders and will seek to spend our money elsewhere. We will definitely be contacting the BBB and State Attorneys office. This business is the worst, and Everytime we've ordered from them, it's always been some sort of an issue. It's literally like they pick and choose, when to give a damn. Smh
I placed an order over the weekend and then realized it was the wrong fabric for what I was doing, so I immediately emailed and requested the order be canceled. There was no response, so I emailed again, with no response. I tried to call them on monday and no one answered their phone. Anyhow, they sent the order anyways, with no communication. Well when I opened it today, the quality of these tank tops are garbage. I would not recommend this company and I will never order from them again. I did find a great website though, with much better prices, communication and quality. It is tanktopsdirect.com, if your interested.
They say to call and they will get back to you in 3 days. It never happened. I filled out their return form and never heard back. They don't let you return without an RMA, yet never get back to you to give you one.
I ordered a dress shirt for work, which the company passes off as a COBALT BLUE. Cobalt is the only color allowed at work. The color was clearly marked as cobalt blue, and the shirt even states that it is. Once I received my shirt, I was highly disappointed. Their COBALT is in fact a baby blue, and not cobalt at all.
Unless you are ordering an average color, I do not suggest ordering from this site for work shirts. They clearly do not know what Cobalt Blue looks like.

Do not order cobalt blue, with the hopes of receiving cobalt blue.
DO NOT BUY from this company. They have zero customer service. No way to return items and they NEVER answer the phone or return calls.
I wrote a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they closed the file because the Clothing Shop Online never answered their question.

They sent me someone else's order (complete with other customer's invoice and contact info) instead f my own. When I contacted them to let them know what happened, I was told I would need to return the wrong item before I would be credited for what I ordered and if I still wanted what I had originally ordered, that I would have to REorder it. And since it was part of a bigger order that included shipping, I would not qualify for free shipping unless I ordered $60 worth of stuff- EVEN though this was not MY error. To add insult to injury, my credit card won't be credited until 3-5 business days AFTER they receive the other persons item that I'm support send back. I wonder what that customer got instead of what they ordered and what hoops they are making HER jump through? Just ridiculous. Oh- if it wasn't clear, I will not be ordering from them again.
DO NOT SHOP AT ZOLUCKY! Clothes look great in the ads; they ate cheap, flimsy and shapeless in person. Items are shipped from places in the US but returns must be made to China at your expense. I cancelled my order with my credit card, as I got no satisfaction from the company. Don't be taken in by cute looks.

They attempted to pack way to many shirts into a mailing sack. The sack was damaged in transit due to being over packed and not taped properly. It arrived OPEN and several shirts were missing. Have attempted to call SEVERAL times and they never answer their phone. Left 3 messages and I have sent 3 emails detailing exactly what is missing. NO RESPONSE. Beyond that one the shirts that arrived has a hole in it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they do not care about their customers. I had to call my bank and file a change back.
I returned a few items one month ago, my refund hasn't been processed yet and not sure if I can EVER get refund.
Whenever I live chat with representatives, they've kept saying "please patiently wait another 3~5 business days"... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Seller creates a shipping label to get a tracking number and charges your credit card, but doesn't actually ship the goods. When you contact them they try to stall and will not give a refund.
