Negative zero stsrs. This company. They are scamming crooks. Inferior quality crap quality. Zero customer service. BUYER BEWARE! They take your money, send absolute crap products that shrinks and will do absolutely NOTHING about it. RETAIL RAPISTS. BUY ELSEWHERE. These are crooks and scammers

Due to misleading and false advertisement on their website, i bought an item that didn't do what is said, and yhey are refusing to issue a full refund. Don't buy from these crooks!

Ordered sweatshirts on 11-18-19 - tried to change order same day - then tried to CANCEL the whole order -

No luck - customer service lied - said order was shipped when it hadn't even been processed!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Sham -

The company is fine as long as you do not need to return anything. We returned a box of unused shirts since our printing company requires we use their shirts for our business logo. We returned the shirts via the instructions emailed from the clothing shop online back in June. They logged the return but have yet to refund us. At first they told us 3-5 business days and then 3-10 and now they are saying they cannot give us a date as to when the issue will be resolved. It is now almost September and we have not received a refund. They told us 2 weeks ago they escalated the issue and we would be prioritized and now they are saying they are backed up...? How many people are returning their items for them to be 3 months behind on refunds. This is the worst refund process ever. Worse and slower than international transactions. The time I have invested in calling weekly to find out the status is well over the amount that should be refunded. This is my last stitch effort to get a refund before contacting the better business bureau.

JUST DON'T DO IT. IT IS EXHAUSTING AND SUCH A SCAM. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS AND RELY ON THE COMPANY AS A VENDOR. I HAD 3 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS TELL ME THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION ON WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER. A JOKE. NEVER AGAIN.

Sometime in August I wrote a review with Trustpilot regarding the horrible return policy of ClothingShopOnline. This is the review:
"We ordered a couple of black hoodies my son needed for work. Nothing fancy, just plain black hoodies. They were way too small. ClothingShopOnline does not exchange merchandise, so we had to reorder a bigger size and return the ones that don't fit for refund. It says very clearly in their return policy that the customer is responsible for the cost of all returns. It cost about as much to return the hoodies as it did to originally purchase them. Not sure why we used this company in the first place. I will not use a company that doesn't take responsibility for the quality of their products. Next time I'll stick with Amazon. At least they take responsibility when something is wrong with the order."

Just recently I received an email from Trustpilot starting that ClothingShopOnline is disputing my review and wants documentation that I actually bought from them. Four months after I posted my review, now they want proof? They want me to rifle through all receipts from four months ago, basically to do their job for them? And Trustpilot is giving me only a few days to provide it or they'll remove my review. Seems like ClothingShopOnlice has figured out a way to game the system, and rather than learning from legitimate customer reviews, they just simply get the ones they don't like removed. Be very careful dealing with this company. My initial review simply criticized their return policy. Now I question their integrity and honesty.

Ive been waiting a month for a refund... I am 3 to 4 calls into this refund process and no one has answers for me. I have not seen my money back and they tell me to just keep waiting.

They charged me for two shirts and never sent them
I had to contact the credit card company to issue me a credit
I will never deal with these people again
Please don't be fooled by their cheap prices

Do not buy from them. They will not give you money back for defected products. Them phone number is fake and they said they will call you back but they will never do. It's all scam.

I purchased some solid colored, zipper down sweatshirts at the end of August. They got here in a timely manner, however, they were shipped in just a flimsy cardboard box with no plastic wrap/bag on them, and my white sweatshirt ended up with a HUGE brown stain on the back of it, due to the box being wet at some point (I could tell because 1 corner was all soggy). Within minutes of receiving, opening, and noticing the condition of my purchase, I took a picture of it in the box and emailed it to this company asking for a refund on damaged item. Aug 27th is when I emailed them, and they FINALLY emailed me back on Sept 25th! Just to say, would you like to send it back to us? And once received and inspected we'll determine if a refund will be issued. I emailed back stating that I tries bleaching to remove the stain but that didn't work so now it's just a yard work sweatshirt which isn't why I bought it. Less than 24hrs they respond back with per our return policy we cannot refund washed garments. Seriously? It takes a month to reply to an issue, and when they realize they won't have to refund, their response is immediate. I suggest finding someone else to purchase from and avoid the horrendous customer service!

First time shopper with clothingshoponline. I buy a couple hundred tshirts and hoodies every quarter from a different company. ClothingShop's discounts seemed a bit better so I ATTEMPTED to make a purchase. I spent hours adding over 140 items to my cart. Before I checkout, I created an account. Then, I clicked on my Cart to finalize/pay... well it zeroed out! Luckily I had my Cart open on a different browser. I clicked Cart icon (with "140" inside) and it refreshed to "0". I called Customer Service, a recorded message says to leave a message and they will return my call in 3 days. What?!?! I clicked on CHAT, the rep says if I want to keep items in my cart, please create an account. DUH! Then he said I should just call my order in. I responded and said I already tried calling but no one answered. And that was it. He left the chat. I definitely think I dodged an $850 bullet! Especially after reading the other reviews here. Don't waste your time trying to save a few bucks like I did! Their website has a glitch that drives customers away, and based on my experience with Customer Service, they could care less!

THINK BEFORE YOU BUY! September 28th began return process. Return sent to Olathe Kansas address given. US Post Office has trouble delivering because there is no one to accept.
After multiple (daily) attempts to reach out to ClothingShopOnline via email and telephone, on November 16th, I get an apology and notice that refund is being processed and will take 3-5 days. Well, where is it? Today is December 26th and nothing! DO NOT BUY from this company! Worst customer service - if you have a problem they will have SCAMMED you for sure.

My payment method wasn't processing (probably because my bank was checking out this review site before I did and wanted to save me from a headache). Finally my third order was "pending" on my debit card so i thought it might go through.
They acted like they had shipped my order (while the payment was still pending, supposedly) and kept assuring me that it had been shipped even though they provided no tracking number. The customer service person, Sergio, claimed that he personally went to the warehouse and assured it had been shipped out and he would reach out as soon as he had a tracking number for me (eye roll)
It was never shipped. The payment didnt process and my bank told me the time had expired on the pending transaction and that the seller did not collect payment. And so I emailed him again to ask "y'all sure you shipped that order?" (which was over 1k worth of sweatshirts) and Sergio was like "whoops no, sorry. Your transaction has been canceled because the payment could not be accepted". MMMMOKAY? Y'all alright? That was the single most frustrating transaction of email customer support ive ever received. Just a bunch of lies and back-and-forth from them. Finally after over a week I am set free to spend my money elsewhere. Something really weird is going on with this company. Dont buy anything from their site.

I bought an order of tote bags from there. Initially I liked them and I got my order quickly. But I was working with one of the totes and noticed a horrible smell, IT WAS ANIMAL URINE! I held it up and there was a urine stain on the side of it and it smelt HORRIBLE! I smell the rest of my bags and they smelt of the urine too because of that one bag. Informed the company of it and that I was going to wash them to try and get the smell out. It didnt work and all the bags shrank significantly. I told the company of that and I got an email saying that I will get a refund when processed but I read that after starting a chat with DAVID! Who was zero help and cancelled my refund that I already got told I would get. He kept cramming policies down my throat instead of treating me like a person and customer. COMPLETE BULL$#*!!

I purchased 4 Gildan long sleeve t-shirts from a Walmart marketplace seller by the name of Clothing Shop Online, LLC. The shirts were not the correct size so I went to my local Walmart's to return them. I received all 4 shirts in one package and had repacked them in the same envelope in which I received them. At the store, I was told I had to return each shirt individually pursuant to the Seller's policies. I purchased envelopes from Walmart and repackaged the shirts individually. I was given a receipt and told I would receive a refund once the items were delivered to the Seller. It was not until I got home that I noticed I was being charged $5.00 for shipping fees for EACH shirt. That totaled $20.00 for shipping. I only paid $28.00 for the shirts so my refund was going to be a grand total of $8.00! No one told me at any time I would be charged anything for returning non-conforming goods, let alone outrageous fees to return the items. If I had been told, I would not have agreed to it. I would have donated the shirts to Good Will instead of bowing to the ridiculous demands of the Seller. Upon contacting Seller they refused to do anything to correct the situation.

WHICH PROMPTLY SHRUNK AFTER WASHING TO DEGREE THAT THEY
DON'T FIT ME. YOUR POLICY INDICATES GARMETS CANT RETURNED
AFTER WASHING, HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH THEY WILL SHRINK?

Sizes run a little smaller so order next size baby clothes I order next size just to give gifting and I DIY things make it my own no issues with things I'm doing

Keep sales going and posted and I did not know what was sold out how you can tell .. like Large , Extra large how they compare to USA DESIGNED CLOTHES ?? Large seems to disappear what would USA 18 woman’s be ? No charts
