I ordered a backpack and became very nervous after reading the negative reviews. My beautiful backpack (with all original tags, even a price of $428!) arrived after 10 days, I could fully track my order and delivery every step of the way. Totally in love with my purchase! Thanks coach outlet.com!

“Garbage for sale”

I bought a Beckett Slim Brief With Check Geo Print from them. The quality is worse than cheap $15 Chinese bags. The divider tab turned out to be made of leather substitute and began to peel off even when I had never used the briefcase. Think about it - new, never used with labels. The whole design does not stand up to any criticism, if I put my Lenovo think pad in my briefcase, then both side pockets open. From now on I will never buy the Coach brand - this is rubbish of the unworthy and 10 percent of the price paid.

Very disappointed with their presentation online. I got an email for 50% off. So I decided to buy 3 bags. When I ordered they were showing the big sizes( since I need bags for work I always check the size) when I received I was terrifying for the small bag which I don't need them. Short at Rockefeller store to return them and they did not help at all bc it was more than 60 days (I have been work traveling that s why). I ask them very nicely if they can do something because I can not use them and I don't want the money just store credit... Nope they did not. Don't know what to do? Anybody wants them for free? Really! My point do not get exited from those coach sale event or make sure you order the right size, color.

I purchased three bags two weeks ago, and I spent 158 dollars. Until now I never receive the response from them. There's no shipping information after they took the money. However do not buy anything from that website. They are scams!

I just about placed the order! Thank goodness I found this! I'm on the page to place the order now! NOPE! Too good to be true... IT IS! THANK YOU for warning me! I, along with most on here cannot afford to lose that kind of money. My order total was $220.00. WHEW! I wondered why COACH Purses were going for $39-$89 dollars!
Also for anyone still wanting to try this... Go to FAQ... They do NOT speak ENGLISH! The grammar is horrible!

I am SO glad I checked here first. I almost spent a little over $200 on that site! ("Spend $160.00-no tax & free ship")! I noticed a few misspelled words and bad grammar, just before I went to pay... so I quick changed all my contact info and googled "Coach Outlet Online - Reviews", and got this site.

I bought purse from this website. It says authentic coach purses! Only to find out after ordering it came from China! When I received it it was the completely wrong purse! I contacted them and they said to ship it back with tracking number at the cost of 55.40$! The lady said I would be refunded return shipping and the amount for the wrong purse. So I sent it back. A month later I received the purse back at my home with a note saying retailer never picked it up from China post office. This place is a huge scam! Please don't buy from them and end up out 200$ Like I did!

These are fake purses and wallets and very cheaply made!!!

Saw an Instagram ad and decided to try Coach Outlet online ordering platform. Waited several days to get the complete wrong shoe. They now have my money and instead of offering customer service and sending the correct shoe ASAP, they say I first have to send their product back which will take several more days... then they will ship out the correct product (several more days). I only pray they get it right this time. I won't order again. I've attached photos below of what I ordered vs what I received.

I place an order on their website but it did not go through because they only accept mastercard and was using visa. So they contacted me and offered me to pay via western union which i did.

After a long wait the bag finally arrived- fake/cheap/wrongly stitched and very thin material and I paid almost a $100 for it.

So I contacted the customer service and they say we cannot refund. The english if the customer service is very bad and till now i never got my refund.

Do not waste your time. The pictures on the website looks very tempting but do not buy. Wait for sales at original coach outlet to buy a bag or save money for a good one.

Do no buy cheap product that cost a lot and there is no refund or way to track them down. Their website should be close down.

Thank you! So much you saved me I was going to purchase a bag and wallet good thing I came across this and read all the comments. I really do appreciate it now I know I'll just be better off going to an outlet store instead.

I bought a bag and received it YESTERDAY. Today it is on sale for $55 less than I paid. Customer service basically said sorry, we don't care. They offer no price adjustments. I can pay to ship it back get the refund and re-buy it if I want. I will return it and NEVER do business with them again. No wonder their stock is down!

Can't return to nearby Coach store. Can't find out value from Coach or Coach Outlet customer service from gift receipt on the phone. Can mail back at my expense but without known value is it worth it. Customer service did say I could get it cleaned at a Coach store, thought that was inappropriate. No outlet store near me. If you don't believe this review just call Coach Outlet or Store and get their policy.

The smell of the Plastic/vinyl "advertised as leather" bags turned up for my $200.00, the smell as I opened the package was the worst thing ever... the company doesn't respond to emails, the contact page lets you send your comments but then this is bounced back as they will not let anyone contact the site (other than to take your money). DO NOT USE

BUYER BEWARE! This company will sell you items that are on sale that they don't have in stock. They tie up your money for up to 16 days before they deliver! Their terms for delayed shipping are vague at best. They will not produce at tracking number for over 5 business days with no answer to where you product is. They will not refund your money, modify or cancel the order! You just have to sit and wait until they decide to ship you the product! Poor customer service!

I ordered a "coach" bag from the coach outlet online, I paid $150 for it. It is a fake! I am so mad that these scumbags ripped me off! I'm usually very careful, but the price seemed not too good to be true price. I feel so stupid

This Coach-outlet website is very unethical and should not be trusted. The products are poor quality and fake. The business knowingly is shipping fraudulent product to unsuspecting clients. They have not refunded my credit card despite my repeated requests to do so. Stay away and share with others to refrain from this website!

As many other stated: it's all fake... first - they charge more then you actually agreed with your purchase, second they send you cheap stuff... for sure no authentic bags/glasses.
I can't even open their webpage anymore. I don't know if it's possible, but I think they "block" the email address of a buyer, so you have no way to contact them. Maybe they just shut down this page to open another fake webpage.

This place sucks. They charged me for an order even though they were out of stock. I tried again later because of high holiday volume. So then my purchase goes through no problem only to find out they charged both cards for over $300. Then 5 days later sent me an email stating they can't ship the whole order because one of the items was out of stock. Terrible service and ruined a Christmas gift. Didn't even offer anything for their screwup. Now I'm reading their stuff is fake anyway! Lesson learned. Beware...

Purchased a pair of Sutton boots in October 2020 and paid $245 and maybe wore them 7 times. The soles on both boots are cracking. One boot severely. When I called for a repair they told me there is no warranty and are not covered. When you pay that kind of money for boots you'd think they would be of quality. I purchased a different pair 10 yrs ago and they are my favorite boots and just had them resoled last year.
Very disappointed in the quality of this pair.
Won't be buying coach boots any longer as they don't back their products.

Charged my card when I made the purchase. Then charged me again once item was shipped. Stayed on hold over an hour to speak to a CSR. Was told my bank has a hold on my card. I only use this card for shopping, and every other merchant charges the card, then releases the money until shipment is made. They didn't release any money before charging the card again. Was told it may take up to ten days for a refund, when I never authorized them to charge my card twice. Will never order from them again.

Order a purse and came in a box with balls of paper on top of it. Not even a plastic bag of course the cloth bag was not there the item looks used with a tag... it is leather with Swede and the Swede is scratched... called customer service and they told me I can get a 10% discount or return the item I told I will returned because I won't even pay 50% for that used purse and they said they will email the label I stated I do not have a printer and they say well that is the only way we can send you the label and then I ask for a supervisor and finally I was told they will mail the label... horrible service... horrible customer service... and on top of that it will take 10 business days once they receive the purse back to credit me...! I won't buy there anymore...!

My husband ordered me 2 coach purses, they took over $125.00 and we have sent several emails to this site, no one has anserwed our messages and we have not received anything from this company. I am going to contact my bank for credit card fraud. This is very hurtful, because this was my christmas gift

I am still waiting for my item to be shipped. I cannot get any help. I was told it's nothing that can be done because it's in the hands of USPS. My order keeps getting pushed back. It's pushed after the date it's supposed to be here. I'm still dealing with this problem, not to mention the customer service is not what you would expect. It's not worth the time or money supposedly saved. I'm still trying to get my package because I was told I cannot cancel. Avoid this company at all cost.

Order a purse Feb 13,2014, still haven't received it. They wont answer my emails, no phone number, and now I read all this! I knew I shouldn't have ordered from this site. Remember: If it seems to good to be true, it always is! Boy do I feel dumb!

Ordered on dec. 8, still "processing" in their warehouse, not shipped on dec. 23. The representative assure you again and again "guarantee Xmas" even the items are on back order. Ask them to cancel. They refused.

I have placed 4 separate orders, I got 2 purses, a tote and a wallet, they showed up each time in about a week, all wrapped perfectly, I looked each bag and wallet over and was very pleased. Not cheap at all. They were shipped from within the United States.
