Sent the wrong item and had poor resolution option. They require you to drop off wrong item received to UPS and only then will they ship out the correct item to you. Would not even allow to have UPS pick up as an option. They would inconvenience you to spend your time and resources to print out a return slip, drive to UPS on your own free time and drop off an item that was their mistake in the first place. You risk the item you purchased going out of stock if you don't do this in a timely manner. This is not the right way to treat customers.

I ordered a purse, they sent a different purse because the one I ordered was out of stock. Really!? I had to go out of my way to return product I didn't order. They received the purse back, I tracked it & they acknowledged receipt, but have yet to issue my refund. Called twice about my money and it seems the refund was never processed. The 1st call said it takes 7-10 days for a refund. The 2nd call today said 14 days. Which lie is true? So now I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a mess.

The website sows counterfeit coach purses and charges a 15% cancellation fee. When you attempt to cancel your order they keep emailing you saying verify this verify that before we can cancel the order. It also states that it's going to take weeks to receive your money once you cancel your order.

The customer service team was excellent, in spite of the long call wait time (maybe high call volume, due to covid). I had accidentally and typed the wrong email, it was corrected the same day. I placed my order on Monday 10/26 & received my package on Saturday 10/31. The craftmanship on the purse, is to perfection. It actually exceeded my expectations, due to all the bad reviews. However the item was exactly, how it was on the website. I will be shopping here again.

My credit card was charged an extra amount. When I called customer service the first time, the rep was very difficult to understand, and was totally ineffective at handling the problem. Upon hanging up, I found that they had then proceeded to charge one of the orders a 2nd time. Now with two false charges, I locked the credit card. Then two days later I waited over an hour on hold, with no rep handling my problem. I then called the credit card company to dispute the two false charges. Now I have to get a new credit card number because of all of this. Who knows whether the three orders will be fulfilled properly.

I try to order coach hand bag 2 time did not get it last time it charge by trading China I am not aware this over see buying they charge me difference by my bank finally it ok but instread get my back they do returned money to me. My question is why coach did not inform me why I can get directed from you am I be able order coach on line with good clearance price. Thank you. Kay Eggleston

They got me! Placed an order on Friday, quickly received the confirmation email with shotty English grammar, and from an off the wall email address. I have attempted to contact them back several times, the email address is no longer valid and the phone number on the site is also invalid. Sent an email through the "contact us" link on the site and demanded my money back immediately, of course till no response at all. Coach has never and will never be selling out of Beijing people so avoid the scam and pay the extra for the real thing so you're not wasting your money. Thank god my back is good about things like this and immediately gave me my money back and filed a complaint for me.

I was sent a coach outlet email. I bought a wallet. Never received it, when I checked the website it was down. I am waiting to get my bill so that I can dispute it.
I never thought I was that naive but I will be extra careful now.

We went to Jersey shore Premium outlet coach store and the manager named Jodi Torres has provided us the best services and the store has an overall excellent shopping environment. We have returned to the same store three times.

I ordered a bag and a wallet. I got the wallet but not the bag. And also they are not what its looked like in the picture. The picture is original but they will sent you a fake one. Very disappointed. I tried to email them but no responds.

Finally! Got my order, when I called my credit card and had the amount I paid taken off my card. A miracle happened! I recieved the fake purse, very bad copy of a coach purse. The handle was a different color than the purse, did not and will not use the purse. So good advice to all of you out there! Don't fall for it.

I have made a purchase from the website on 11/22/18, they took the money from my credit card right the way, and they took 5 days to send me the tracking number which since 11/27/18 has not changed the status (UPS Processing). I tried to contact the UPS, but they ask me to contact Coach itself. I have called them many times, and the only answer that they have is, it will be processing soon.

I ordered online and did not get the purse I ordered! It was beautiful online with signature Coach C embedded in the "leather" purse. It is not leather. There are no C's embedded anywhere on the purse. There was no paperwork in the package I received - only the fake purse. The only address on the package is a long one from China! Do not waste your money!

Coach DOES have an outlet online but this is not it. If you go to their physical outlet location they will even place a printout in your bag for an email signup to get an invitation to buy online for their outlet store when they have a sale. It is not a site that you can buy from anytime and it is FACTORY purses which means they are not the same quality as regular coach, but still better than cheap ones. This listed here is NOT the real factory site but they DO have one. Visit your local Coach outlet store to get on the invite list or have a friend send an invite who has already registered. The true online factory will send your purchase from the same location coach.com does.

They steal your money and identity and you will not get anything you paid for. Stay away! They charge you immediately. They never send you anything you paid for. They stall saying they will ship next week, then next month, then as you get mad and ask for a refund they tell you you can't get a refund. Immediately after that you will get emails saying they were all delivered the before you were told they haven't shipped yet. Yeah. Scammers! Fake purses from China that you will never receive. They also sell your identity! Beware!

I placed an order and got an order confirmation mail. When i checked the order status the following day it was showing that the bag is backorder. Over a week has passed and the bag is still backorder. I tried reaching cust care through phone but i as on hold forever. I even sent them couple of emails ut i havent got reply.
I dont think i am gonna receive my order or get my money back.

I order a purse and wallet they never told me the purse was out of stock until after they send the wallet now I have a wallet that don't match also y I got wait 72 hours to get a refund u didn't wait to get the money also they did 5 transactions on my account and my money still not in my account

Condescending, unprofessional rep. Dont know what they are doing. No answers to questions. Says webpage is down for maintenance and doesnt know why it isn't working. Doesnt know when it be fixed. Doesnt know why my order hasnt had any update for a week. Told me to wait. Then HUNG UP ON ME. Wow. Bizarre. Take the word "luxury" out of your title Coach. Never doing business with this junk.

I was kinda leary when I placed my order and just had this feeling in the pit of my stomach something just didint add up, so, before putting in cc information I decided to read some reviews. I'm so glad I did. I am so thankful I didnt put in my card information. How can this be reported and taken down? God Bless you all

I went shopping at the Coach outlet in Rehoboth beach, De. I had a bad experience there today 1/30/16. I went to checkout and had the worst cashier ever. She checked me out yesterday when I was shopping for my daughter I spent around 800 dollars and used my daughters coupon they mailed her and they kept it. Today I went shopping and wanted to use my coupon for my shopping and this nasty cashier Morgean called mgr.and said I used it yesterday. I had my own coupon, so I left. This was the most rudest person. I have been coming in that store since I moved to De 10 years ago, if you check my purchases I bet I have spent 15 to 20 thousand dollars in that store. Is this the way you treat your loyal customers?

I ordered a bag from coachtopsales.com and it was so cheap and poorly made. After waiting a month for this bag it looked nothing like picture. I am so disappointed in this purchase and warn others about this site. I have asked for address to send it back and have yet to receive the address.

I ordered a bag and wallet, and of course my payment went through immediately -- for a total higher than I had authorized. I got a payment confirmation email stating that I should recieve a shipping and tracking info notification within 2 business days. I reached out to customer service twice, and got not response. At that point I contacted my back to dispute the charge assuming I would never recieve my product. Then, a package magically appears at my door containing obvious knock off items. I contacted the bank to inform them of the update, and that I was going to ship the item back. I went to the post office today, and it costed me $25 to ship these knockoffs back to China! The only good news is that my bank has been great working with me through this whole situation, and is crediting me back the shipping as well as my order total. Do not bother with this merchant! They are con artists!

According to Coach's own website, the only websites owned and operated by Coach to sell Coach products online are www.coach.com and www.coachoutlet.com. The coach-outlet with the hypen is fake. http://www.coach.com/counterfeit-education.html
