I highly recommend disputing all charges from this company with yout bank. The quality is terrible it is coming apart at the seams. I ordered Fuchsia and received mauve.

Not happy with product would like to return, you have ruined my daughter's Xmas, isn't happy as they are fake...

I received my book bag and it's Fake! I also ordered two other purses that have yet to arrive so I know those are fake too. Don't order from this company... the purses are from China.

DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING ON COACH OUTLET Online. They are the most incompetent company I have ever seen in my life. I have had more success in 3rd world countries than the lack of efficiency with these people. After cancelling my order within 15 minutes of ordering - and over 10 calls later, they not only did not cancel my order, but shipped it and then they re-routed it after I had to call them to do so. Hours on hold (they never answer their phone) and after this fiasco has dragged on for 10 days, the item has been received on their end and they do not want to refund me for another 10 days! I cannot believe what I have had to go through. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING EVER FROM COACH OUTLET ONLINE!

I purchased a wristlet wallet from the outlet and after carrying it for at least 3 weeks the zipper broke.
I'm not happy about this. I will never buy from Coach Outlet again.

I ordered a Coach bag for my wife prior to Xmas 2020. I waited for nearly two weeks to get a tracking number. When I did that. UPS lissted my package as pending tor 5 more days. I began sending emails to & calling their customer service number. And finally got a lady on the line. Who told me she couldn't tell. Where my order was being shipped from. But she took the time to investigate over two days. Then called me to tell me. My order was upgraded to overnight status. She apologized for it taking so long to get my order. But assured me it would be delivered in 24 hours. I then wrote an emailed l to Coach. Explaining that they needed a better E Commerce system. That better enabled customer service reps. To obtain tracking information in real time. To better serve the customer. Well, they actually listened and took the time to send me a letter. Apologizing for the inconvenience... I got the gift for on time for Xmas. But it was a hassle. The simple fact that they took the time to acknowledge the inconvenience. And send me a free lil gift said a lot... BE PATIENT WHEN ORDERING FROM THE COACH OUTLET. You WILL NOT REGRET IT! Still a great online choice for those Coach Necessities!

I have placed my order over 8 days ago and I have not heard anything from these people at all, they will not return any of my E-mails and I have not received my Two pair of Coach boots, I wish I would have looked at this Web sight before ordering. Hopefully I can get my Boots or my Money Back!

If I could give -5 I would. Not shipped 10 days after they took my money. Saying arrival in 30 days. They work through a server in US to make you think they're NOT a scam from China, but YUP. THEY ARE A SCAM FROM CHINA. Not even leather products!

Do not purchase anything from coach factory outlet online I ordered 2 combination bags from them on March 8th I'm just now receiving the bags March 23rd. One of the tags had a Michael Kors tag on it instead of Coach and they are FAKE FAKE FAKE they came in from China there is no contact number to reach them you can only send an email the lady who said their grammar was horrible is correct you can't even understand the FAQs. This is a mess and his website should not exist... Never again never ever again

I ordered a khaki/pink coach tote. My first coach purchase for I am a single mom and always put my son first. I worked on the holidays to make a little extra money and decided to do something for myself and purchased a coach purse from this website. I paid almost $100 and received a fake orange purse. I tried emailing them cause they provide no phone number with no response. I am really upset over this for $100 is a lot of money for my son and I. I have contacted Visa cause the website claims to be certified by them hoping they would investigate this matter. I have also contacted Coach and left them with the information for this website and asked that they contact me for I have more information including the name and address product was mailed from but have not heard from them. But I tried to go on the officially coach website and it stated it was not available so I am hoping someone has reached them and legal actions are being taken. Please if you do get on this fraudulent website do NOT purchase ANYTHING. They should pay for their actions and pay $ to those they have scamed!

I ordered from the site coachoutlete.com and realized the purses are ABSOLUTELY fake after I received them in the mail. They arent answering emails for me to be able to return the products (even though they advertise 100% authentic and satisfaction guaranteed). There is NO phone number to call. EVEN WORSE- the purses are even different from what I ordered, not even knockoffs that look exactly like the pics. AWFUL. STAY AWAY.

Resolve my issues and top of it they were very very RODE and NASTY to me inclineding their SUPERVISOR.Im sure is because I have ACCENT that's why they treated me that way.IM SO SO DISSAPOINTENT! They need to fire them and employ respectful people.

Buyer beware! I really thought there was a coach outlet website and clearly they are all fake websites. I ordered 2 Coach combination orders for a cancer fundraiser to donate as an auction item. I received a strange email confirmation from a third party payment company aka *******@tobeno1shop.com. This raised a red flag. I decided to look up costumer reviews and found all the complaints on sitejabber. I told the third party payment company I wanted to cancel my order. They told me to email *******@live.com
I emailed both Nancy and *******@live telling them to cancel my order. Instead I get an email from "King Huang" asking why I want to cancel. I did call my credit company and had them dispute the charge and cancel my card right away. However I sent numerous emails to "King Huang" telling him he's a fraud especially after he told me they would refund 90% of my money in 30 days. Then Nancy the fake third party payment company sends me a confirmation that my bags are being shipped. Lastly they charge you a completely different price then what you apparently attempted to pay on their phony website. I told "King Huang" if I wanted fake bags from China I would buy them off the streets of NYC.

I ordered a coach PURSE to be a prize at an event, received verification email, thought everything was great. Received it and saw that it was a tote bag, received the waybill for the item showing it was 1/3 of the price that I paid. I contacted them and they suggested I REGIFT IT! Did not acknowledge at all that I was charged 3 times the amount of the worthless garbage I received. OUTRAGEOUS.

They claim these bags are authentic. Absolutely not! Not guinue leather... no coach authenticity number or certificate. These bags are made of the cheapest polyurethane material.

Worst customer service ever I ordered a wristlet online and I accidentally chose the wrong color as soon as I placed the order I immediately contacted customer service so that way I could stop that color and get the one I needed they told me there was nothing they could do

The shipping was on time. The quality of the bag is very good. I love my Coach Large Avenue Caryall. I use it as my everyday bag and it's very spacious.

Never order anything or give your credit card info to this site. They are criminals. They are based in China and use a 3rd party to charge your credit card. DO NOT give them any credit card info.

I was scammed out of $400 on this website. I never received my money back and I never received any of the bags I ordered. I ordered back in October, that was 4 months ago.

Okay so I ordered dec 11th this was supposed to be a Christmas gift it is now dec 18th and I have no update the site still says processing I called 12/17 and was on old for 30 mins no answer I then called 12:18 waited 1:30 minutes with no answer this is horrible service and I will never do it again if I don't get tracking by Monday I will call my bank and get my money back this is crazy I literally ordered when they said you needed to to to get it by Christmas and I still don't have an update
