I ordered a backpack and became very nervous after reading the negative reviews. My beautiful backpack (with all original tags, even a price of $428!) arrived after 10 days, I could fully track my order and delivery every step of the way. Totally in love with my purchase! Thanks coach outlet.com!

I bought a Beckett Slim Brief With Check Geo Print from them. The quality is worse than cheap $15 Chinese bags. The divider tab turned out to be made of leather substitute and began to peel off even when I had never used the briefcase. Think about it - new, never used with labels. The whole design does not stand up to any criticism, if I put my Lenovo think pad in my briefcase, then both side pockets open. From now on I will never buy the Coach brand - this is rubbish of the unworthy and 10 percent of the price paid.

I ordered a pair of shoes from coach outlet that Ups marked as delivered. However, I never received them. I have video footage of the driver riding right past my house at the date and time he marked delivered. COACH OUTLET refused to refund me because ups marked the item delivered. Now I'm out of $120.00. I currently have a claim open trying to fight it, but I've had no luck so far.Both coach outlet and ups customer service is useless. I posted a video that my front door camera caught of the ups driver driving right by my house at the time he lied about delivering it. Check it out at gilberry13 on Instagram. Also I posted the video below.Please don't make the same mistake I did

I ordered a pendant necklace. When my item arrived, i opened it only to find some earrings instead of my necklace. Called them and was placed on hold forever. Decided to hang up and contact a different way and the person via Facebook told me i had already been taken care of. I'm pissed because no one apologized for this mistake that was on their behalf and the necklace was for a birthday party that i will now have to figure something else out. Then to tell me once i return the hidious earrings and they receive it i can get the correct item as if i wanna risk getting the wrong thing again. I literally hate this company and will never shop with Coach again. You would think someone would be reaching out being that you $#*!ed up and not me.

Every time I place an order with this site I experience an issue. Last problem that I had is when I try to add my new card for payment I can't put it in the system because expiration date is on my card is May 2029 and coach outlet doesn't have that option. They have 2028 and 2030 but not 1029. I called 7 times and asked them to fix the problem. One month later and nothing was done.

I purchased a pair of shoes, tore the first day that I wore it. I called customer service and they refused to take my shoe back or even try to help me. That does not make sense for a brand like this. And for this price shoes. Attached is a pic of the shoe worn once, as you can see the leather is opening completely. So unimpressive, it's fine if it's a mistake in this one shoe but not to want to help that's unheard of.

I purchase a pair of coach slides. First it took forever to receive them. Open box and guess what? Two left shoes. They called the store that shipped the shoes in(Las Vegas) and they tells them, they only have a size 8 in stock. So that means someone received two right shoes. Damn dummies...

Then I received another pair I've ordered (different shoe) and can't get my foot in the shoe. I wear a size 9. Not true to size. Coach outlet is a joke.

Coach outlet sells very cheaply made bags. I purchased a bag a little over a year ago for about $200 dollars and the leather is deteriorating on handle when ch exposed a plastic tubing in handle and Coach wants me to pay for repair. They are selling these knock off coach bags deceiving the public to believe that they are authentic coach. I could have purchased a cheaper brand for less money and better quality Coach…. Fix the damn bag for free

Oh yeah the minute i received my wallet that i order, then checked where it come from... chinese symbols. I knew it was fake. After a month zipper got broken, I even asked them if this is authentic they says yes! No wonder they are so cheap. Beware of imitations.

Complete rip-off. Ordered 2 "Coach" items from them on 12/3/14 as a Xmas gift for my wife. They sent me a 'tracking' number but when I clicked on it, it re-directed me to a shipping site that had 10 sources of shipping. I wrote in the shipping number and nothing came up. I tried to email the company at the return address but all I got back was "website not found" or some other reason my email did not go through. Never buy from china - keep with REAL Coach stores. You'll pay more but at least your money won't be completely gone on fake Coach products.

Ordered 2 purses a whole month before Christmas. Not only did they never arrive, but there is NO tracking number, NO updates and NO communication. Silence. They sure took our money with no problem though. I commented on social media about the poor service and was called three times and yelled at by a Coach rep named Stacey, calling me a "liar" She called 3 times from bogus numbers and harassed us. Shame on Coach for the awful treatment of customers and lack of follow-through. We are done with this sub-par brand. Cant add a photo of items we never received.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Coach or Coachoutlet.com Ordered 2 purses a whole month before Christmas. Not only did they never arrive, but there is NO tracking number, NO updates and NO communication. Silence. They have no problem taking your money however. Very disappointing.

I ordered a bag from the outlet. Took 3 weeks to receive and once I did, realized pics are VERY deceptive for actual size of bag. Contacted phone number on invoice. First, I must pay to ship bag back, don't forget I paid to have shipped! Please read the small print people, if you paid via PayPal they will only issue a Coach giftcard. For me, this is absolutely worthless as I no longer have any respect and Coach has lost all credibility with me! I will ship back COD and contact my credit card company and dispute charge! More then one way to skin a fox!

I just called coach store (corp.). These people are out of their minds. First, they say is an American company which is not. All their products which are super expensive are made in China. I purchased a signature boot in one of their coach store, only wore it 4 times and already has a rip. I called to see if they can assist me, and unfortunately they said there's nothing they can do, but they can take your money very fast. I will never buy from them again. I consider myself a very good customer. I used to buy a bag every season. Now, I know better. People be aware when you buy something that expensive, they do not back up their products.

I just spoke with the bank regarding the credit card charge. If you actually receive the product, your credit card/bank will dispute the order and return your money. I have learned a valuable lesson - don't shop for high end products online. Rather, GO to the factory outlet store instead. When you see prices that are too good to be true, they're probably counterfeit. I wish I knew how to report this company and have their website taken down.

There are several other websites around that seem to be associated with this outfit, selling a wide range of items. Computers, computer parts, bedding, high-end name brand candles, all at "too good to be true" prices. When investigating, I found the "coach outlet" address buried in the FAQ's of all of them. Weird acting websites, poor english and questionable prices should be the clue here.

Waited for over a month for my wallet to be delivered. Support was no help. They had no money processing my charge, however. So I paid, yet did not get ANYTHING from them. Will never use again. Will tell family, friends and clients to do the same. Bye bye CoachOutlet.com

Don't feel so bad... I'm a dumb $#*! too. I spent $172.00 which is an expensive mistake. I'll never buy anything else out of the USA. I ordered 3 purses and the minute I received them I knew I had been had. I almost shipped them back to them but I was not willing to pay an arm and a leg to do it and get taken for even more money. Yes, I am pissed off. Hopefully, someone else will read these reviews and not make the same mistakes we have made. I'm just going to chalk it up to an expensive lesson well learned.

Yes, I should have figured too good to be true. I ordered three bags and as soon as I received them, I knew they were fake. The material is not leather and the bag just is wimpy. It does not stand up on its own. The zipper goes over the top of the purse and has a section that is opened. The coach tag is a cheap piece of I don't know what. No packing slip or receipt. Postmarked China, can't send back. I don't understand why in America this type of scam continues to go on. Can't someone close them down? What do we have to do to get action against this?
How many people has to be taken over?

Coachoutlet.com asks for your email address and states they will give you $10 off your first order. After placing first order it then says it has to be a min of $100. Mine was $98.40. Coach needs to be transparent and stop False Advertising.

Ordered a purse and wallet (over $100) as a gift for my Mom. When they came (which took forever! It came from China.) the wallet had sloppy stitching and the purse had snaps that were broken. I could've lived with the wallet but since the purse snap was broken, I decided not to keep either one and got my Mom a different gift. I immediately returned them both to sender (another $23.50) but now, 3 months later, I have received it back as undeliverable. SO frustrating! The man I've been emailing has always responded, I have to give him that much credit, but they refuse to do anything besides refund me 20%. I'm out a good chunk of money. Guess I count it as a lesson learned. Do not order from this company!

Whatever you do Do Not even look at this site! I ordered a handbag, scarf and glasses from this foreign supplier. Who knows where the hell these people are located. They do not operate out of the United States! Called my credit card company just to find out that they had cashed in immediately after I ordered from them. It has been over a month and I have not received my merchandise. These losers are stealing from any person that falls in there trap. Beware because they are using the Coach logo on their website and they are not affiliated with them at all!

Purchase did was a fraud, the price was $ 109 and charged much more, the material of the bag is very different from what they offer plastic, although advertised customer service there is not a valid number or a website valid email though says that he can return, no address or invoice where to.

There was no indication on their website or in my email order confirmations that I would be charged in USD, nor did I authorize this at any point. I was therefore very surprised to be charged almost 40% more than I anticipated. When I called customer service, they admitted that this is a known and ongoing problem. They're knowingly engaging in unlawful and malicious sales practices in Canada.

I ordered a black wallet as a Christmas gift for my grandson. First of all he received the wallet late. Secondly, once it was received
It was there wrong item! They sent a tiny red credit card holder!
I called Customer Service several times daily for over a week. I did not get thru!
I was trying to make them aware of this error before we sent it back!
I stood on the line waiting for someone to answer over 1 hour and 37 minutes each time I called!
I still wasn't able to speak with anyone!
I finally began emailing them consistently!
Unfortunately, I still have not spoken to anyone nor have I received a response to my many emails!
Utterly ridiculous!
Do you self a favor and by pass unnecessary stress and agitation!

Tip for consumers:
There's an extremely high possibility you will receive the wrong item! It should also be considered you will not be able to speak with anyone to address it! There's enough issues in life to deal with! DO YOUSELF A FAVOR!! Don't Make This One!!

I purchased a bag from a coach store in Tanger Out let in Myrtle Beach, s. C I live in Ga. I am disappointed with my purchase can it be returned to any COACH store as long as I have the receipt and it doesn't matter how long it been(11/2013) The Handles are coming apart I stop caring it when this started to happen.
