Hello just received my STYLE ID: C1885 COLOR: IM/KHAKI BROWN MULTI QTY: 1 this is the third time receiving my order the second my glasses was not properly delivered right was not wrapped up properly the sunglasses case was broken had to go to the another location to replace it then now the items was not properly wrapped up right again I called customer service her answer was because I had ordered from outlet store that's why the package was not properly wrapped right that's is Unacceptable its should not matter were a customer buy the merchandise online it's the same company personally customer are spending their money on a nice items I customer should be treated right. So to me that information I got from the customer service is if you buy online at coach outlet your item will be damaged or send to how every that's not right I'm very disappointed in coach I never again Experience this with gucci or any Brand.

Great size purse which holds a bit more than cards, money and iphone. Outside pocket is deep enough to hold my iPhone safely. Was a little concerned that it was difficult to snap closed at first but once front compartment was full enough the snap shut is easier to fasten.
Strap can be easily removed to use as a clutch if desired. Strap can be lengthened slightly if snapped on to longer length, but normal setting is perfect for my height which is a little over 5 feet. Finally I found purse that just says "me".
I adore many things Coach but my favorite is their shoes, specifically the heels. I actually bought these quite some time ago but the quality is so amazing they look new! I've had no issues with any of their shoes. Ive never had to deal with returns or customer service so I can't speak on that. All I can say is they have a beautiful selection of shoes and they make great sunglasses as well!

I do not understand the previous review, it seems like someone just damaged the bag by the hands, not just because the brand uses bad quality material and fake leather.
In my huge collection of bags, I have already had 2 bags of Coach and these two are Tabby bags in black and ivory colors. I am completely in love with these bags, they are so stylish and despite being small from the first sight size everything fits inside
I visited the Coach store last month for Mothers day with my family. The sales associate that helped me was absolutely amazing. She was super knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful to work with. We ended up buying a few extras just because - I've never had such amazing customer service in all of my life at a retail store. Macy's and Nordstrom's (especially Macy's) has nothing on the Coach customer service.
After my purchase (over $500) I received a thank you card - hand written by my sale associate (I think her name was Natasha... I can't remember her name and don't have my thank you card on hand) as well as a $50 gift card to shop free at my next visit plus a follow up call to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my experience and purchase.
Amazing service and products. Now I know why my Grandmother shopped at their store and not one of the larger retail stores that carries the brand.

Hang in there! Your bag will arrive... Eventually. I placed my order on 12/17. On 1/11, I received an email from Coach apologizing for the delay and letting me know my bag will be shipped soon. On 1/12, I received a shipment notification email from Coach. It's due to arrive on 1/13 via UPS (update: actually arrived 1/14). I think they over-promised on how soon they were able to deliver. I selected Standard Shipping which was I believe 7-9 days business days. It will actually be 17 business days. Although, it seems like it has taken forever, I supposed 8 business days late isn't bad. I ordered a Coach wallet and the tracking number lead to a dead end. I called 4 different days before reaching a "human" on the line! When I finally did speak to customer service on June 13,2020, they assured me a replacement would be shipped "expedited". Well it has been 6 days since I was assured this would be "expedited", there is no tracking available and this has not been processed or shipped out. I do NOT recommend ordering from COACH online. They have 50 excuses, but do not correct the problem!
So I made two purchases on coach.com two weeks ago, one order went through fine, I got the bag last week. Now my second order is the one giving me trouble is been two weeks and the status is still the same. So I decided to call customer service, well it's been One hour and 30 minutes and I'm still waiting. What the actual $#*!. My whole phone battery basically died. This is a shame.
I find it strikingly impossible for a customer service rep to be unable to make a price adjustment on an item, even after being transferred to her supervisor. I was told that they cant make any price adjustments once an item has shipped and that I would have to return the item and buy another one at the discounted price. This is total bull$#*! and the reps on the phones were completely disinterested and had no consideration whatsoever. This was an online purchase so I was told going to the store was not an option. Never ordering again from this "luxury" business. Your bags cost pennies to make yet a customer cant get a price adjustment a week after they bought the item. Useless. Price I payed $120 USD, price it is now, $90 USD. So its not even worth paying the return shipping and waiting another 3 weeks. Fix your business practices and do right by your customers.

My Town bucket handbag, after 8 months of using it, all the stitches attaching the strap to the bag came off completely. Now I can't carry that bag anymore. For the price I paid it's not worth it at all. Very disappointing!
Terrible experience. First order was supposedly out if stock. Notified 5 days later. Still haven't received refund from them. Placed another order the same day because this was a gift. Ordered over the phone. They sent me the wrong item. I returned it. Still waiting over 20 days for refund. Still haven't received it. No supervisor to talk to. Phone wait is extremely too long. They keep giving me the run around. I will NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE SUPPORT THIS WACK COMPANY.
I placed an order on line and was told 5 to 7 business days sure enough on the 6th day i got an email that my package was delivered, went outside and no package called COACH right away first thing they asked is if there was anyone else at home that might have received the package (i got a bit offended) but i can understand why they asked but in this case it was just me at home. To make a long story short it was delivered to the wrong address well they promised me a new bag at no cost (i sure hope so) ive called 2 times and both times i was told it was shipped that morning. It may have been shipped but i dont have a tracking number or anything i dont have time to be calling every day. I am beyond frustrated you would think that items at these prices would require a signature but nooooo. Ill give it another 2 days and see what happens. I ordered the gallery tote from the Vday collection, then got very concerned after seeing the reviews here. Maybe because I ordered after the Holiday mail debacle, but not sure... either way, ordered on a Sat 1/23 (item was in stock) and they shipped UPS. Arrived Wens 1/27, so within 3 business days. Bag was exactly as advertised & am pleased with the size.
My husband gifted me a coach bag from Dubai Mall in Nov 2019 with personalization but used very minimal. Recently I used for couple of days and noticed that the red/marown leather started to peel off so badly from the area underneath the zip. I wrote emails and went to the store n they said it does not fall under 1 yr warranty but will check with repair center if it can be fixed and I will have to pay. However 2 repair centers declined saying it cannot be fixed. For no fault of mine and for the kind of leather they used on the inner side, i need to pay for repairs? SERIOUSLY? Also rest of the bag s in good condition. He paid AED 1650 for this bag n we regret it. There is no solution provided until date. One rep from dubai mall, even before I could tell her or showing the invoice started saying oh this is not covered in warranty. Worst experience ever and waste of money. I wish they provide a solution for this.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They do not believe what clients are telling them and blame the client. Shipped my parcel to the other side of the country and do not want to take any blame for it. And they are rude on the line after you have called 5 times to explain to them that parcel never arrived and that the address on their order was wrong. I will never buy from them again.
One would think spending over $200 for a purse you would get quality. Nope! Despite raising the cost of their purses, the quality of material and workmanship is horrible. I purchased a purse a year and a half ago and the seams sown inside has come apart. I can find better quality in the cheaper brands sold at Ross or Marshalls. I will not waste my money on their so claimed "designer" (I chuckle as I type designer) bags. And of course when I contact them I am told I am out of warrantee. How convenient. Will not buy another purse from them ever again.
When I asked one of the customer service lady about my order number she said my system doesn't show your order number as it was deleted or some how erased.
Manger who didn't know anything said if you order from American or Canadian the price is the same which didn't make sense as my credit card charges for conversion fee and if you want to return yhe item it won't return the same amount to your card due to the conversion rates...
Let me tell you this was ordered by phone as the site was down and customer service lady by mistake order fro. US site... plus I never got black Friday deal as she already wasted my money on conversion... total waste of time

Wow, I am pretty speechless at just how bad the customer care and attitude is from this "Luxury brand". I am now on day 25 of an ongoing saga. Order never arrived, took nearly a week and 3 phone calls (2 of which were not even noted on their system so absolutely nothing done) to be told it was "lost" but they couldn't refund me until they had a 'ticket' from the transport team, another 4 days later is the first time I had any correspondence from them. Offered a 20% discount to re-order myself but not an option for them to just re-order and no code or anyway to actually use the 20% off and 6 days later I still don't have a way to use the code and the item is sold out. I will NEVER order from Coach again and I don't think I would even buy their bags from a high street stockist either. Disgraceful and frankly embarrassing.

Coach has the worst customer service. I purchased a Coach bag at Macy's that after 2 months the threads that are attached to the strap broke, and even though they have a 1 year warranty, they declined to fix it unless I pay a fee of $75 because I purchased it at Macy's. 4 months dealing with this issue and they just returned my bag back to me without fixing it cause I refused to pay the fee. I owned around 12 Coach bags and never had a problem with the bags needing repairs and it's a shame a big company like this refused to make a customer happy. And to make it clear, I barely used the purse cause it's a weird color and doesn't match with everything, only a couple of times of use. Very disappointed of this company!

I was at the Coach Store today at Christiana Mall in Delaware. I was browsing around to buy a purse because my other Coach purse zipper broke. So I was greeted by one sales associate with a snobby attitude and when I found a purse looking inside for the tag, the other associate said in a snobby tone that's $225. And walked in the back. Both sales associates were judging me because they thought I had no money. I know Pay for years. She has greeted me with respect. I feel like Coach has lost their touch and personality. Snobbery has no place in Retail. So, I left the store and went to Michael Kors and bought a purse, a matching wallet, checkbook holder and scarf. Too bad Coach missed out on a $1,000.00 sale.

By far the worst customer service. I ordered a cologne and realized I ordered the small size. I immediately reached out to them via text. Less than 5 minute. Only to be told the order had been processed and I could not make changes or returns. This happened to my boyfriend as well. He ordered an item at the store with their staff and they made a mistake with the wrong item and said they could not do anything. They told him he needed to wait until he received the order so he could go to the store and make a return. This was their mistake and they did nothing. Horrible customer service
Make sure you like your purchase because you may never receive a credit. Worst customer service ever when it comes to returns. I have been trying to resolve a return since Dec 8 2021 and am still waiting to receive my credit to my credit card and its now 3-9-22! I purchased and returned a purse within the holiday time frame. Coach sent it back to me twice because apparently they don't require their employees to know their own return policies. Now they have my purse and are refusing to credit back my card and are trying to only give me an e-gift card. I wouldn't buy anything online from coach ever again
There customer service doesn't listen to your explanation and they will keep on insisting their side. Called them multiple times regarding my order being cancelled and money already deducted on my account tried to explain to them that refund process should be initiated but they will keep on insisting that i was not charged for the item but my statement doesn't prove their claim. They dont listen and they dont initiate additional information or offer option. Very bad customer service i will not buy anything fron them online anymore. You thought purcahsing online will be convenient and easy but my experience is worst and cause distress...

Was given a coach purse as a gift. It was bought at coach store in Calgary. It frayed on the corners after very view uses. Since I live in opposite end of country and no access to store I contacted coach and was told to ship to u.s. at my expense and they would decide if repairable.so much for the famous Coach quality and service. Canadians avoid coach.
