This morning I got the ordered bag, which is insanely happy! The collections are constantly updated, the models are different, from strict classics to youth chic. The lineup can be seen in the official COACH boutiques or on their official website. Beware of counterfeits! I think Coach is the golden mean between brands such as DIOR and Chanel. The prices are lower, but the quality is absolutely not inferior. Also COACH offers not only great bags, but also shoes and various accessories. For my part, I highly recommend it for those who value quality.
Hello just received my STYLE ID: C1885 COLOR: IM/KHAKI BROWN MULTI QTY: 1 this is the third time receiving my order the second my glasses was not properly delivered right was not wrapped up properly the sunglasses case was broken had to go to the another location to replace it then now the items was not properly wrapped up right again I called customer service her answer was because I had ordered from outlet store that's why the package was not properly wrapped right that's is Unacceptable its should not matter were a customer buy the merchandise online it's the same company personally customer are spending their money on a nice items I customer should be treated right. So to me that information I got from the customer service is if you buy online at coach outlet your item will be damaged or send to how every that's not right I'm very disappointed in coach I never again Experience this with gucci or any Brand.
I recently ordered a camera bag from coach retail on line. It arrived with a stain in the fabric, a handwritten tag on it, and no wrapping at all. It clearly was a used, returned bag. A dead, black spider was also in the box. Their website is never accurate, one minute they have items in stock and then the next minute the item is sold out. Then several minutes later, the item is there again. What a horrible way to do business. Beware, the item you receive may be someone else's used return that they are trying to pass off as NEW. When you buy a new item, it should be just that, new, wrapped and never used. They deserve a Zero star rating.
I purchased a Coach wallet from Macy's less than two years ago with the hopes that I was investing in a good quality wallet. The zipper broke and when I called Coach to help repair they said they would not do anything because it was a third party vendor and the wallet was more than a year old. I expect more from this brand name and the price level they charge.
I made an attempted to order a product online, I was charged but never received a confirmation email. I called CS they asked for the confirmation email number I never received. I spoke with a manager she took my info and placed the order again only to wake up the next morning to it being cancelled. You can bet they put another hold on my CC. I call CS back only to be told they can no longer process my order because their incompetence. I hate this company. I had a similar issues every time I try to make a purchase online.

I bought a bag, used it gently 3 times when the lock broke. Sent for repair and after 6 weeks it came back, poorly fixed, uneven stiches and dirty. Multiple calls to the repair center and the shop and now after 5 months, they said they will keep the bag and send me a store credit, no refund policy!. Never buying anything from coach.

I am so disgusted by their thief review process. They sent me a product that was displaced by UPS and their dishonest driver. Coach customer service rep told me it's my lost and I should take it up with center's insurance. I am so done with them.
I bought online one bag from coach and two bags from coach outlet. The two bags from coach outlet did not come with a pouch.
I did a search on YouTube. There's a Chinese lady who explains that the outlet bags are made for 'outlet', and are cheaper quality. That is, they're not left overs from the previous season of regular coach bags. Listen, were not talking Dior or Yves St Laurent. It's Coach.
So can't expect much. If the company was half way classy, they would provide those cheap pouches for all their bags.

I bought a coach bag with intentions of it having a lifetime warranty. It has been a little over a year by 3 weeks. I spent $1100. On this purse, i only used it for date night, and just recently i used it full time. It is starting to fade on each side of the purse, in the area where it rests against my body. I called to see about a replacement or refund today, I was told that due to it being over a year old. There is nothing i can do about it. I could save 30% off my next purchase of a new coach bag. Customer service is a joke! The quality of this purse is a JOKE! Not to mention i only had it for one month. The stitching started to break apart and they gave me a new purse; because i had it for 20 days at that time. I am so disappointed in this company and their product. If i was you i would never buy their product. Never buy from a company that will not stand behind their product or their name. I have been buying coach bags for YEAR's and have never had a problem. I recently went on the couch official website and the style of bags has gone way down they used to have nice looking bags I don't think I will be buying any more Coach purses didn't like anything that's all
I ordered a tote for my wife for mother's day. It arrived after mother's day. We paid extra for a monogrammed tag with her initials-the tag was spelled incorrectly- how you can screw up 3 letters
Is astounding( Coach's mistake).- we called and asked to return the tag and get a new tag- they insisted that we return the tote and the tag. Since we live in Canada they would not send a return label so I took the tote to the post office - made sure there was sufficient postage- insured it and off it went for $47.50.
But COACH has a policy for Canadians - not matter what the cost to return- they will only refund $30 - so COACH lost a customer who owns 11 coach bags - not bought in the outlet but in the stores.
CANADIANS boycott coach please - they discriminate against us.
PS still haven't received the replacement - and Coach doesn't know where it is

I order chunky sneakers on 12/23/19 while the was 15% off. When i called them the say will reimburse me on my credit card 5-7 days after shipping. Its 01/12/20 I called them they denied the claim. They have very poor customer service...
I would never ever ever again buy from them, in-store and/or online! The whole buying experience was awful, the moment I get the products I will return them just because they have no respect for their customers!
Horrible customer service and poor quality handbags for the price! I purchased a handbag and the strap broke. I then sent it in for repair, I received it back and it broke again in the same place. Sent it back for repair 6 months later nothing. Called customer service and was transferred to a supervisor who kept repeating herself and then she hung up in the middle of the call and did not call back. I will never buy such cheaply made handbags from a company that does not stand behind their products!
I always wanted a Coach handbag but never had one until my daughter bought me a beautiful bag and my other daughter bought me the matching wallet. I was so very disappointed in the quality of the bag. After using the bag for about 4 months (I took very good care and wouldn't even put it on the floor when going out) the fabric had started to unravel in a few spots. I was so very excited but quickly was disappointed! I called customer service and was told because I waited til it was 12 months old that they would do nothing about it. Other than the fraying the purse looks perfectly new still. What a shame that I waited so long to get one and Coach doesn't stand by their merchandise. Very disenchanted.

I purchased the back from Coach I received the wrong item and the item is now out of stock rather than give me a credit back they want me to return the wrong delivered merchandise first. The bag was only $75 can't believe that Coach is going crazy for 75 freaking dollars. It's disgusting. I work 7days a week asked them to call UPS refused. Spoke to Brenda and Dion useless to company reciting company policy not compassion. Now i have to figure out what to get on short notice. Nice going Coach never again.
I ordered two items online and I received one but I was charged for two. I had to argue them on the one for one hour because they do not even send you any e mail!

Ordered a bag for the wife for Xmas. Tracked UPS shipment. UPS web site says DELIVERED. No delivery was made. Contacted UPS. They tell me to contact Coach. Tried for 5 days to contact them on phone. Sent 2 emails. No reply. Finally pretended to place a new order. Bamm they are available IMMEDIATELY. Coach will do nothing but offer a gift voucher for the value. No refund. Spoke to a manager and she was rude and arrogant.We will NEVER buy from Coach again.
I ordered a purse in November and I am still waiting for it in January. It was a birthday present and what a big disappointment this is to my daughter! I will not recommend going through the online coach.com website. Spend the extra money and go into a store. Lesson learned and BTW I am still waiting.

Coach return service is so bad. I brought winter shoes and the size doesn't fit, so I return them because they said that will refund my money and I spend $64 on a return and I send all the receipts and tracking number. I did lots of emails but I didn't get my money back.

I ordered on Dec 24th and have called multiple time to the customer service to ask for an update on the order. Every service agent tells it is still processing and nothing has been processed and this is 2+ weeks since the order. Their customer service is the worst experience. Such a big brand and they have no agents trained to help the customers. It is ridiculous that some who had ordered a week after me and have received the products but folks who had ordered for holidays still waiting.
I have shop with coach since I was a child. They have an online presence that is faked and copied so you have to stay frosty and be aware https://www.coach.com/ is the only real site and it can link you to the real outlet which is copied crazy. I see a change in the quality of coach and that they are trying to improve and stay current. I have received great customer service online and in the stores. Coach will repair a real coach product so always buy the real- they have good warranty.

Make sure you are on the real site, the 800 number works and you are speak to coach and the lock is on when you order.

Purchase a bag online looks so big an when I got it was small. Couldn't take it with me on my cruise had to buy another bag on my way to the airport. Come back from my vacation call up on couldn't change it because 30 days pass really such a big company an you only give 30 days. So disappointed won't ever buy a this store.
Visited the Coach store in the Emirates Mall and experienced very unhelpful sales assistants with regards to a faulty pair of sliders. They don't even know the Coach warranty period and they supposedly work in the shop!
My boyfriend got me a bag That was apparently a limited edition, which they failed to mention to him. But wait theres more, not only is it a Limited edition, $800 bag, but if you get it monogrammed on the little tag that is detachable... basically makes the bag lose its value and makes the entire purchase nonrefundable. And... to top that all off apparently the sales person failed to mention that if he gets it monogrammed... FOR FREE... that he cant return the bag... even if its was surprise gift. PRETTY $#*!ED UP. This bag will be on amazon and I will never spend another cent at coach.
