The most famous accessory brand in the States is Coach. It is considered a luxury brand. Indeed, this quality is impeccable! The bag I gave my mom 3 years ago still looks like new. This morning I got the ordered bag, which is insanely happy! The collections are constantly updated, the models are different, from strict classics to youth chic. The lineup can be seen in the official COACH boutiques or on their official website. Beware of counterfeits! I think Coach is the golden mean between brands such as DIOR and Chanel. The prices are lower, but the quality is absolutely not inferior. Also COACH offers not only great bags, but also shoes and various accessories. For my part, I highly recommend it for those who value quality.

Hello just received my STYLE ID: C1885 COLOR: IM/KHAKI BROWN MULTI QTY: 1 this is the third time receiving my order the second my glasses was not properly delivered right was not wrapped up properly the sunglasses case was broken had to go to the another location to replace it then now the items was not properly wrapped up right again I called customer service her answer was because I had ordered from outlet store that's why the package was not properly wrapped right that's is Unacceptable its should not matter were a customer buy the merchandise online it's the same company personally customer are spending their money on a nice items I customer should be treated right. So to me that information I got from the customer service is if you buy online at coach outlet your item will be damaged or send to how every that's not right I'm very disappointed in coach I never again Experience this with gucci or any Brand.

For some reason my online transaction wouldn't go through, so I called Coach. The customer service rep explained to me that the black wristlet I was trying to order was sold out, so I went with a white one instead. I told the rep several times and that it was a gift and that I needed to gift box as well. I also ordered a pair of rain boots, size 7.

I was extremely disappointed when the order arrived... The wristled (which, by the way, was black after all) was wrapped in white tissue paper and didn't not come in a box, as expected. The boots did say size 7, but were more like 8.5 for some reason. They came in a super beat up looking box. I called Coach and another rep apologized for the mishap with the box and promised to send one. I ended up receiving it a week later, which was too late to gift as a birthday present.
The boots ended up costing me $18 to send back. I always order things online from Gap, H&M, Zara, Mango and other stores, none of which hold the customer responsible for shipping costs. Very lame, Coach. Not what you'd expect...

Good Morning! I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with the neglect that the company dealt with in my complaint. I bought a bag that a few months after use, the opening button peeled off. I went to a brand store, and the manager informed me that there was nothing I could do, that the piece is painted and that this is the case. Outraged by this, I tried to contact him by email on the Coach website, I was left with no answer. A while later, when I received a brand advertisement by email, I decided to try contacting again and got a responseasking me to send the product. I sent the product, I had to pay $ 25, and after a lot of charges in response, they informed me that I would have a cost of $ 35 for the replacement of the part, of their product, with poor quality.
I informed that I did not agree to pay this amount, and they returned the peeled product to me and said that the guarantee is not eternal. I tried to solve it within the deadline, but due to the team's inability, I couldn't.
Stay tuned when purchasing the branded product.

My daughter birthday was Sept 22, and the order was marked delivered me and my wife was home and nothing came... THESE STUPID $#*!ES TALKING IT ABOUT IT WAS MARKED DELIVERED SO I CANT GET A REFUND...HERE IT IS OCTOBER 6,2023 STILL NO ORDER...NEVER AGAIN... PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE $#*!S.JUST B/C IT WAS MARKED DELIVERED DOESN'T MEAN IT WAS DELIVERED

Well where do I start...

I purchased a bangle from Coach which fell apart within no more than 7 days. I emailed coach with pictures of the item and I was told that whilst in tier 4 lockdown, I must drive 50 miles back to the store I bought it from, to EXCHANGE it.

I reminded them of my legal rights under the sales of goods act, whereby I am entitled to a full refund if an item develops a fault within 30 days.

We went back and further for weeks but they stood by their absurd mentality that I am only entitled to exchange the item at the store I purchased it from ‘and this is backed up by the signs they've printed and stuck on the wall in store'. Apparently this overrides the law?

Anyway, I ultimately filed a county court claim for the value of this item and they accepted full liability and were required to pay this sum by 30th January 2021.

They never paid.

I subsequently issued them with a CCJ (county court judgement) which they ignored.

I am now taking next steps to issue a warrant of control.

BEWARE - don't ever purchase from this company.

I am beyond annoyed with Coach at this point. I had ordered my mother a rose gold Tatum watch for her birthday yesterday, and had paid for overnight shipping (which was $30) on the 18th, and they had said estimated delivery would be on the 20th (her birthday), but I had received the watch the day after her birthday. Which ok, fine, I understand that there maybe delays with shipping. However, when I received the watch, not only was the battery dead when I tried to operate the watch, but also noticed some scrapes and scuffs on the watch, indicating that it may have been used before. Upon this, I had ordered the watch to include a personalized birthday message for her. Surprise surprise, they didn't even give me that. This is something I would expect from a random shoddy store, but not a store that is considered to be on the "higher end" for women's fashion. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed in this company. I got the watch exclusively from coach, knowing that my mom loves the company and had bought many things from them before. But after this, I don't think I can order anything online from them again. I guess it's just a hit or miss with their online purchases, which is a truly shameful.

I'm so mad at Coach you may just have lost my business. You advertised a big online clearance sale and I purchased a bag (my 3rd) after spending a great deal of time shopping.

First you email me and say my bag is back ordered! A few days later, you email me to say my bag is unavailable and you've canceled my order. What?

I expect a company like Coach to have a system that knows when it is out of inventory before it allows a customer to place an order... like most companies that sell online these days. You charge a fortune for your merchandise but haven't invested in a system that maintains accurate inventory?

The part that gets me most... when you send me an email canceling my order, you have the audacity to say you value me as a customers! Evidently not. An apology is all I received and that isn't worth squat. You should have done SOMETHING to make it up to me! Nothing!

And to think I posted your online clearance sale to my wall and tipped-off many of my friends! Now I'll be sure to let them know how things turned out. Epic fail!

The official site for Coach products. Right now they have special collections put together of gift ideas at all kinds of price points starting at $100 or less with printable wish lists.
Purchases of $100 or more get free shipping right now. Added bonus if you like Coach shoes - they have an online shoe sale going on with selected styles etc at anywhere between 20-60% off.
If you're l; ooking for a discontinued style, or need to have a strap replaced on your Coach bag or repairs done on any Coach product give a ring to the toll free Customer Service number on the site. The experiences that I've had with their Customer Service so far have been decent & they can often help you out.

For those interested in finding out whether or not a site is selling genuine or counterfeit Coach products, this is what 'Reporting Coach Counterfeits', paragraph 2 states:

The site has regular sales on different Coach merhandise. It's worth signing up for email notifications. Alot of times their sal price is actually less than what the counterfeit junk would go for.

DO NOT BUY STUFF HERE!

Seriously, if only i could leave a zero star!
I ordered a bag a week ago when there was a sale going on, and a small wallet because I had to reach $200 for free shipping.

And guess what, after the sale was over and the bag was sold out, they emailed me basically saying "oh, your bag was sold out when you placed the order, but still, we charged your money" (bull$#*!, I checked on the bag daily and it was "almost gone" for 3 DAYS after I placed my order).

And the story didn't end there, they shipped the small wallet and I couldn't cancel because they "have already shipped". So now I have to drive 30 miles to return the damn wallet.

I lost my deal after waiting for the sale, I lost my favourite bag for back to school, I have to drive 30 miles to return the item that I only purchased for the free shipping. And all I got back was "we truly apologize".

I am a first time customer and know this, COACH, I will never, ever, buy anything again from you guys. And I will also "recommend" all my friends and family.

Hope this helped the people that are about to purchase from this damn company.

I purchased a Coach bag for my Mother in the early 1990's that had a lifetime warranty and 20yrs later it needed work, we were told to send it into Coach for repair, we did were quickly told the purse was lost and my Mom could pick another purse, I'll never forget Nancy Lee *******600 ext 7692 2nd floor in corporate offices at Coach act like she was going to help my Mother and she was rude, my Mom was given horrible choices compared to the purse I gave my Mother. It was clear Coach did not want to maintain the original Coach purse warranty, the new purse had a year warranty and was not near the same quality. My Mother took good care of that original purse and she loved it, the other purse she was given as a replacement was never used, I contacted Coach and let them know it was not ok, they replaced it with another one and she carried it a little while, it was nothing like the original. Coach robbed her of her purse and I will never buy anything from Coach again. My Mother wants that purse back Coach. What Coach did is theft and what they did should be illegal. Don't buy Coach, they do not deserve your business.

Tip for consumers:
My Mother should have only been offered a refund twice the cost of the purse Coached robbed her of. $1200.

After leaving reviews about what happened Coach contacted me and made their wrong, right! It took a very long time however they did replace my Moms purse, I really wanted the one they said they lost and I do not believe they lost it however they took it because It had a lifetime warranty and no purse they make today has a warranty like that anymore. Nobody makes things like they used to. If I had known they were not going to return the purse during a repair I would have never sent it in for my Mom. At least they replaced the purse with a purse my Mom wanted and not one they chose.

Coach lifetime warranty issue, they made good on it.

I have purchased Coach for my Sisters and Mother over the years when Coach had a lifetime warranty on their products. My Mom needed a repair on her purse so I sent it in for her to be repaired. Coach contacted us to tell us they lost her purse, the purse was no longer available that she sent in and they wanted my Mom to choose a purse that was not in the same class of purse she had, she was upset and chose a purse, she immediately had issues with the strap not staying on her shoulder, I called Coach spoke with Nancy Lee and she wouldn't help, she said she would and never did, this went on for years, I work out of the country and would be gone for years at a time. I later found out the purse Coach sent her did not have the lifetime warranty that the purse they lost, had and that the reason Coach supposedly lost the purse is because they no longer wanted to honor purses with a lifetime warranty, they stole my Moms purse and won't send a strap that won't slip off my Moms shoulder on the inferior purse they replaced her good purse with. I will never buy Coach again for anybody.
I called Coach 1 last time and was directed to Sam, after all these years of not getting the help for my Mom's purse Sam completely made everything right, I'm extremely grateful. He tried to replace the purses arm strap however could not find one, then he offered a new purse if I sent the other one back to Coach, I sent it back, Sam gave me options for my Mom and we went to the Coach store so my Mom could see, feel and try each purse. My Mom picked one out she liked and Sam sent the purse to her. I'm glad to finally have this done. Thank you Sam! I also purchased a checkbook carrier for my Mom while we were at the Coach store. I am a good loyal customer, I do need the respect I deserve. I do wish also that the Coach products did not change the way they have, I like the old style much better of the wallets I used to buy, I still have all of the originals I have from the 80's.
Coach contacted me and had me send in the purse they sent my Mom that she did not like and couldn't use and they had her choose one online and they sent it to her. It took a long time however they made it right.

Well, I never thought I would have a bad experience with coach but they are not doing things right with there costumers, I bought some shoes on coach.com, but instead of my shoes I received a men's wallet, anyway I called the store that sent the wrong item and I spoke to the manager, he said someone in another state got my shoes and I got his wallet so what happened was they placed the wrong label on the boxes, he said I had to wait for the guy to answer them so he could send my shoes back to the store and they would send them to me, I waited a day, I called again and he said same thing so I decided to call costumer service and a lady real nicely helped me to get another pair of same shoes for free, she told me to get a refund with the store and tell them I did not want the other shoes anymore so I could get a refund so I did and I got my refund, but I had to go to ups to send the wallet back and I'm waiting for the shoes as they are backorder, they need to do better, is a shame

BEWARE-DON'T BUY FROM COACH!
I bought a coach breifcase a few years ago. Sent it back feeling the handle needed replacment, the metal bar across the top was broken and the fluting (edging) around the case was worn out. Spent $25 to have it sent to coach and they sent it back stating it was good enough for them it should be good enough for me. Six months later sent I it back again but though the store and it came back the same again. This is my third case I have bought from them and it's my LAST. The other times I sent them back they at least provided a ne handle. GOING OUT OF BUSSINESS IS A GO OPTION FOR COACH! :(~ ~~~~~~~~

I had a so called interview as a group the rules are outrageous! The dress code isn't the problem it's everything else, like telling women how they can wear their makeup, nails and hair! I personally feel that is a way of "Discrimination" and I say this because what does any of that have to do with good customer service and sales and just plan doing your job?

If your taking away how I can look for work then your also taking it away from me when I'm not there, do you understand what I'm saying? Your in control of what I do to my body, the reason I say this is because I'm working to do what I please with my money I can't get the color polish or put a jewel or two on them because my job doesn't allow it or I can't change my hair color because my job doesn't allow it! Wow I love red lipstick but I can't use it at work because my job doesn't allow it...
Come on I'm not doing open heart surgery here and even doctors get to dye their hair! Employers have gone to far into our personal life and it needs to stop, I get the dress codes but everything else TO FAR! #WomensRights #Discrimination #EmployeesRights #FreeWill

Sadly, Coach is probably going to lose me as a Customer. COVID is not an acceptable excuse.
In March 2020 I ordered a purse online / 30% discount. It shipped within 3 days of order and was enroute - signed up with USPS for tracking - all was fine until it supposedly got to NJ Distribution Center and was suddenly returned due to "address issues".
That SAME day Coach refunds my money. No phone call, no "hey do you still want the purse" NOTHING. I was disappointed but after waiting to speak with a Rep for nearly an hour with no answer & no reply to any email - I figured it wasn't meant to be. There were more important things happening than my agonizing over a purse.
Fast forward to NOVEMBER 2020 - order 2 purses for XMAS gifts. It's been 16 days & it's still processing.
A 45 minute wait (a week ago) to speak with very nice rep who could tell me nothing other than "looks like the Warehouse has them and they'll be shipping soon.
I'll get them before December 18th. Not to worry."
IF the status changes I will repost.
My gut tells me buy a backup gift

I have bought from Coach many times. Usually, my orders consisted of one or two items. I bought 8 items this time, but to my surprise, they did not include a $195 purse (on sale. Was normally $395) in a box they claimed it was supposed to be in. This box did contain a hat, scarf, perfume mini, and sunglasses. A second box arrived with three pairs of shoes I got. I immediately contacted them to tell them the purse was missing from my box and I was told I had to wait 48 hrs because it was policy. I was then called back and told they would send me the bag but signature upon receipt. I was happy with this except they never did it. I wrote to them asking what the tracking was for my back replacement since I never received it and they promised to send it to me. No response. I waited a few days and followed up again. No response. They then cancelled my bag saying it wasn't in stock and never refunded me. They had charged my PayPal account previously because it was supposed to have been shipped and in a box with other items I already received. I wrote back and decided to open a dispute with PayPal since that is the payment method I used. That ended up being an even worse $#*! show that they then requested me to send everything back, and if the seller says everything was there and that it wasn't damaged they'd give me my money back. At this point I was not trusting paypal or coach to do the right thing. Needless to say, I told paypal I did not trust sending everything back because my fate still lies in their hands when they never sent me my bag in the first place. How do I not know they won't lie and have me out of all of my money with zero product? I honestly never expected this from either coach or paypal. As a long standing costumer of both, I have no intentions of using either ever again. If you choose to buy from coach, my recommendation would be to only buy one item at a time and use a credit card that cares about its customers. Paypal gets paid by coach and clearly makes more money from them than me. I should have known disputing with them would only be a conflict of interest. I'm looking into disputing this with the attorney general. Buyers beware of both companies.

Tip for consumers:
Only order one item at a time and use a credit card not paypal if you must buy from them. Otherwise, stick to a company that actually cares about their customers.

I have loved the items I have received. This was the first time I had a problem and was shocked at their lack of giving a $#*!. I am out $235 now and despite enjoying the items I have, I will never buy from them again since there is zero accountability if they screw things up and now I am out of the purse I never received and the money.

My wife really wanted a large Coach bag. I found it on sale in an email they sent me, I ordered within minutes. They took my money and then emailed me later saying they couldn't deliver due to high demand and it would only be 10 business days or so until my credit card was credited.

I was choked, my wife really wanted the bag and it was the perfect gift, I sent several emails to their customer service department.
While they wouldn't answer my direct question - ARE YOU EVER GOING TO MANUFACTURE THIS BAG AGAIN? WE'LL WAIT.
During this exchange and continuing still, I have received a daily Coach promotion email featuring much higher priced items than the purse we ordered.
When they sent me the cancellation notice of the order, I immediately hit 'unsubscribe' on the latest email only to be told, I will receive the spam for 10 more days.
This historically has been called 'Bait and Switch' and is illegal.
This is www coach dot com they can make more and very likely will make more of the exact same purse.
I wish you had a ZERO STAR rating, the Coach direct website would receive it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy products from coach.com - if it's a good deal, you won't get it but you'll get a lot of spam email.

I placed an order online and forgot to put my 25% off coupon in. I called back and spoke to a rep who stated until the items had been shipped she could not credit my account. I called back 6 days later to ask for the 25% refund where I spent 45MIN speaking to a rep then a manager who both told me they saw the note where I called in but the rep did not give good notes. NOT MY PROBLEM. Long story short I argued for 45 min where the manager INSTEAD OF GIVING ME THE 25% OFF, went ahead and sent me shipping labels to return it. She would rather have let me get my $307 back then the $77 the 25% was. So I told her to cancel and as she started the process A REP WHO IS LOWER THAN HER, VIA EMAIL STATED THEY WOULD HONOR IT. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE LOL. I HAD THE EMAIL, THE CODE AND A REP MADE A NOTE. NOT SURE WHY IT TOOK 45MIN OF ARGUING TO GET MY $ BACK. I FORGOT TO ADD THE CODE WHEN I CHECKED OUT. THE MANAGER EVEN CALLED ME A LIAR AND SAID NO 25% CODES WERE OUT LOL. YEAH OK MY25 IS THE REASON I MADE THE ORDER. DENISE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. YOU WERE GOING TO LET A $307 SALE WALK OVER $77 AND I HAD PROOF LOL. STILL SENDING IT BACK. I CAN'T ARGUE FOR 45MIN FOR MY MONEY BACK LOL
