The most famous accessory brand in the States is Coach. It is considered a luxury brand. Indeed, this quality is impeccable! The bag I gave my mom 3 years ago still looks like new. This morning I got the ordered bag, which is insanely happy! The collections are constantly updated, the models are different, from strict classics to youth chic. The lineup can be seen in the official COACH boutiques or on their official website. Beware of counterfeits! I think Coach is the golden mean between brands such as DIOR and Chanel. The prices are lower, but the quality is absolutely not inferior. Also COACH offers not only great bags, but also shoes and various accessories. For my part, I highly recommend it for those who value quality.

Hello just received my STYLE ID: C1885 COLOR: IM/KHAKI BROWN MULTI QTY: 1 this is the third time receiving my order the second my glasses was not properly delivered right was not wrapped up properly the sunglasses case was broken had to go to the another location to replace it then now the items was not properly wrapped up right again I called customer service her answer was because I had ordered from outlet store that's why the package was not properly wrapped right that's is Unacceptable its should not matter were a customer buy the merchandise online it's the same company personally customer are spending their money on a nice items I customer should be treated right. So to me that information I got from the customer service is if you buy online at coach outlet your item will be damaged or send to how every that's not right I'm very disappointed in coach I never again Experience this with gucci or any Brand.

I purchased a black cross shoulder handbag and when I went on vacation the strap broke. This was the first and now the Coach handbag that I will ever buy. My husband bought this for me as a birthday present and it lasted jus a little over 1 year. I own many handbags that cost a fraction of what this one costed and they never broke. I sent it to Coach for repair and they want $200 to fix it, so the bag costed $200 and they want the same amount of money for the bag. They are a total rip off and a scam. I will never but a coach product again and neither will my friends. I asked for them to send my bag back so unfortunately I cannot post photos.

I bought this 489$ bag from the new collection. This is what happened after I used it for a couple of hours - the leather started to peel from the friction of the handle. I contacted the costumer service with these pictures less than 48 hours after having bought the bag and I was told it was as case of "wear and tear".

I went to a store to buy a purse I seen online. They had it but wouldn't honor the discount it showed online. So I ordered it online. The delivery date was delayed twice. Then it said it was delivered but was not. I called customer service.at least the rep was nice.My package was delivered to the main post office downtown.30 minutes from me! No reason why.! The rep said she could give me a credit and I could reorder it.I said hell no just refund my money! I don't need to do business with Coach anymore. Ridiculous! The good part is their screw up saved my big money on something I didn't need anyway!

The one star is only because I liked the reps on the phone twice.The store rep/manager were a joke as well as why it was delivered to the wrong address. Absolutely uncalled for.

I made an online Purchase and paid on november 25. After 3 WEEKS they sent me an email that my product is SOLD Out! But they are still selling exactly the same item today at a HIGHER price!
They do not respond to my emails and keep sending me promotional emails 5 times a day! Ruined my holiday!

I bought a coat that they gave me 5 days to receive it, so I bought it 7 days in advance because I wanted to take it on a trip.
The coat didn't arrive on time, I had to spend more money to buy another one, I asked them to cancel the sale and they don't.
I don't have my coat, no money back and I don't even know when I'm going to receive this coat so I can return it and get a refund.
I will never buy from this brand again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered bag which was camera bag woke up next morning to cancel and was told I couldn't n there was no one to cancel at night. Uugghh I hate getting thing I don't want and I was gonna order another bag. It's time to move on bye Coach. Your bags are not that good n I'll give it away before I go thru the drama. Sloppy business!

My husband purchased a handbag from the outlet. Within 2 weeks the gold grommet hardware fell of. Coach informed me I would have to drive 45 miles to the nearest Coach Outlet for an exchange or repair-they would have to assess it. I told her I could send her a picture and she could easily see for herself the issue! Could they just exchange the bag? No-my only remedy as to drive 45 miles to the Outlet. This is as my first and last Coach Handbag purchase! Poor quality merchandise and terrible customer service for THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! Very dissatisfied customer!

I understand Coach do a PA charge, instead of using the PA charge, Coach charge my account again... I called with my concern, Coach said my bank had my money on hold... l receive my Package and Coach has a extra "$252.00... Never will I order from Coach again.

You can find a Coach outlet store near you from this site, by using their store locator feature. Ordered a purse from this site. Excellent condition. If it's a fake, it's a darn good one. I think this site is legitimate.

Order Number ************** Order Date 12/24/20.
I order Brigitte Leather Black Boots and Brigitte Leather Brown Boots 187.50 each total $ 375.00. Plus i paid 2.00 signature request due do all the porch pirate stuff. Leather is the key word. They sent these boots to me with about only inch of leather the rest was plastic man made material. Where the zipper is positioned it was impossible to get these boots on my feet comfortably. I had to leave my safe at home apartment drive 20 minutes to the Del Almo Mall to return them. They only gave me back 413.45 & they charged me 416.19 on my credit fard. Bull Cramp those boots were not leather and the description should be changed immediately. I RETURNED THEM PLASTIC BOOTS.

That what happens to Coach shoes after I wore it one times. I went back to Macy's, they advised me to go to Coach store directly. Manager at Roosevelt Field Coach store told me there is nothing they can do and if I want to fix those shoes I have to do on my own expense.

Tip for consumers:
Shoes are made my Coach are very poor quality.

Last November 2020, I buy a pair of Black Ingrid Leather Booti from a Coach outlet online. Worn the boots around 6 times, since last year. The Inseam at the back of the boots started to come apart on both boots, reach out to Coach, for some help I was told there is nothing they can do for me the problem with my boots is caused by Manufacturer Defect and also they only give one year warranty on Merchandise on my warranty expired on November 6,2021. I ask to speak to a Supervisor, I was put on hold for almost an hour until I hang the phone up.
I just wanted people to know be aware, when you buy merchandise from Coach outlet Online.
They are not very helpful. I will never buy anything from Coach anymore.

I have been buying coach bags for 30+ years. My recent purchase was for a colorblock satchel. The picture shows it as chalk and what looked like black accents. It never stated anything more than chalk color. I received it and put it away for the spring. When I took it out to use it I saw that in the light the accents were brown and not black. The purchase was over 30 days but they still carry it on their website. I asked to exchange it for a colorblock that better suited my wardrobe. All original packaging. The response was since it was over 30 days they couldn't help me. So I have a $550 handbag that matches nothing. If you are still selling the same bag I think a replacement should have been considered. That is my last purchase with Coach.

Best customer service I have ever experienced! Had bought a puffer jacket and when after a while the lining was snagged, they offered me a brand new jacket and a coupon. Communication was perfect, and they were easy to get a hold of. They even send me a letter afterwards thanking me for being a customer. I couldn't be happier.!

Strongly recommended not to deal with Coach. We paid Cad 207.92 about 3 weeks back and placed an order for a purse and coach canceled it for what so ever reasons and even after 3 weeks the money is not deposited. When we call Coach customer service, they say they have not deducted and tell us to contact TD bank and when we contact TD bank, they say they have deducted and contact coach. Useless customer service by coach. No one want to take the responsibility

I bought a Charlie pebbled leather tote bag from Changi Airport transit outlet. After using it for two years, to my horror I saw black specks of leather coming off from the lining inside. As I continued to use it, more and more fell off till I had to scrape off every bit of the lining, leaving the bare fabric underneath. It was just a coating, not real leather at all. And now, the outside is also starting to fall off! This is ridiculous… I will never look at another Coach store the same again. I had a Bally wallet I used for nearly 10 years and the leather got better and better. Same with a Kate Spade bag and a Lanvin. I even had bags from cheaper brands and they never flaked off like this!

Went to coach at Columbus circle in New York and Chelsea Jackson the manager and salesman Ravi helped me a lot. They helped me choose and style my new denim jacket. Chelsea and Ravi are very pleasant and caring workers.

I tried to order a Christmas present for a friend with a gift card I have. I tried multiple times online and it did not work. I called the customer service number and they ran my gift card through, after telling me I had a good balance for the gift, they tried to order it and told me it wouldn't go through. I was on with customer service for 45 minutes before being connected to a supervisor. After 25 more minutes, he told me the order will not go through, and they cannot do anything about it. The call ended with the representative asking if they had resolved our concerns today, they obviously did not! Coach customer service does not care about you or your money! DO NOT BUY FROM COACH!

I am a handbag addict & I own about 16 Coach bags about 10 wristlets & Dozens of different size makeup cases & wallets to match my purses. Oh let's not forget the 6 pairs of Sneakers. In my opinion they make Outstanding Quality Products otherwise they wouldn't be in Business since 1941. All my handbags still look Brand New as is all my other things. They send you big beautiful Dust Bahs when you order from Coach.com. I've been ordering from Coachoutlet.com for years & have spent a ton of money there as well. The only Problem is that when you do purchase from their outlet their bags do not come with Dust Bags. But no problem since their Dust Bags are so ample I can add more then one bag & protect them that way. The Coachoutlet.com store is by INVITATION only, there is no guarantee they will send you an invite to shop. Luckily I get in. I love Coach & will continue to buy their Lovely Beautiful things Forever

I asked them to repair the bag and they said it would cost $175. All four straps are have broken after about a year of use of the bag. They do not honor defects in workmanship.

I placed an order on 12/16/22. I paid 25 extra for express shipping. Guaranteed in time for Christmas. I received confirmation email.

On 12/20/22, I had not received any confirmation of shipping, so I first texted Coach customer support, one of the options on your website. Twice. After receiving no response (and, to date, still no response from those texts) I called customer service. My wait time was greater than 30 minutes. The representative placed me on 2 holds to research what was going on with my order.

Your representative finally told me that my order had shipped from a store on 12/16, and would be arriving any day, going on to tell me not to worry, if this were a Christmas gift, it would arrive in time.

I still had not received my item, today. I called back, and again had a lengthy hold time, and was shocked to discover that my order is on back order, and cannot be shipped. No stores within 100 miles have they bag, either.

This bag was a gift for my mother. I am now faced with scrambling to find another gift, not to mention my card will not be refunded on time for me to purchase another gift, before Christmas.

I did not receive any communication that my item was back ordered. I received incorrect info, which could basically be perceived as an absolute untruth, when I called in for support.

I have received nearly 100 packages this Christmas season, from dozens of retailers. This is the only order I have had an issue with, and has required a significant amount of my time to rectify.

I sincerely hope you will address your poor service so other unknowing consumers do not have this experience.

I will never never never again purchase from coach online service again, I first made a purchase of 4 items, decided to go thru this Klarna service, pay down and later, I never received my item and had to cancel, I then made another purchase for 2 more items online, This was on 12/7/20, still no items, I have been calling, and calling, waiting 2hours at a time, sometimes never speaking to anyone, I have been receiving emails and text that my item is on the way, the post office don't know the tracking number, they keep changing the shipping date, I just want my items before Christmas. I don't get updates like other companies do. Very disappointed I feel I will have to go make a new purchase. If someone can find and send my items to the store, I will pick them up.

Don’t use this site for purchase, just it search for items.

Cheap brand bag. I just buy them because they are cheap. I ordered multiple items from online outlet.
In the email, it was describing my purchases and progresses. Also I have noticed that one of the item said it was FREER with purchase. It was a OK bag but I won't complain if it is free. I called customer support because it said "In Process" and I haven't receive it for about a month. She said I just need to wait. I was checking the progress daily and also watching the bag price changed during Black Friday through Christmas. They were still selling this bag online. Make long story short, I did not get it. I called them and emailed them. I even ask their manager to contact me a few times. They make me on the phone for closed an hour then hang up the phone. They had my number but did not call me back. I called them back but the rep who hang up my call would not speak to me. Their excuse? 1. It is in process. 2. You just need to wait. 3. Sorry it is too late to contact us (I was contacting them since my purchases every so often. I was told to wait). 4. It was "until supplies left" and it is all gone.(There was no mentioning about that anywhere on the website or in the emails). For them, honesty and customer care is not in their policy. Their customer support is the worst! If you can, buy the real brand bags. They stand by their product and proud of their quality. I have several Italian brand bags. They treat their customers right.

They could care less about customers. I used to spend thousands a year at Coach. I have bought nothing in three years.

It means it will be delivered AFTER one week.
I called customer service. She stated, " You did not pay the extra fee, so you cannot make a complaint".
