The most famous accessory brand in the States is Coach. It is considered a luxury brand. Indeed, this quality is impeccable! The bag I gave my mom 3 years ago still looks like new. This morning I got the ordered bag, which is insanely happy! The collections are constantly updated, the models are different, from strict classics to youth chic. The lineup can be seen in the official COACH boutiques or on their official website. Beware of counterfeits! I think Coach is the golden mean between brands such as DIOR and Chanel. The prices are lower, but the quality is absolutely not inferior. Also COACH offers not only great bags, but also shoes and various accessories. For my part, I highly recommend it for those who value quality.

Hello just received my STYLE ID: C1885 COLOR: IM/KHAKI BROWN MULTI QTY: 1 this is the third time receiving my order the second my glasses was not properly delivered right was not wrapped up properly the sunglasses case was broken had to go to the another location to replace it then now the items was not properly wrapped up right again I called customer service her answer was because I had ordered from outlet store that's why the package was not properly wrapped right that's is Unacceptable its should not matter were a customer buy the merchandise online it's the same company personally customer are spending their money on a nice items I customer should be treated right. So to me that information I got from the customer service is if you buy online at coach outlet your item will be damaged or send to how every that's not right I'm very disappointed in coach I never again Experience this with gucci or any Brand.

I went to the outlet in Somerville ma to return a bag for someone and I didn't have a receipt on hand so I thought they could look me up from my rewards program but I guess they couldn't so I had to purchase something else witch I really didn't want to but anyway needless to say they didn't give me a receipt for my purchase so on the same day I went to return some of my stuff in Merrimack they were rude and they were rushing me. So needless to say I will not be shopping there anymore. I got a email about the issue but no one has called me back

Nonsense and I don't have time to write a review. Better to go for MK or Aldo than this rubbish. Also their customer care is NILL. Not adding to the satisfaction of the client's.

I have the same story everyone is complaining about. Order placed on Nov 26th and enters processing stage. After 9 days I called for a status and was told the item would be shipping from a store and I should have shipping confirmation by Dec 7 or call back. On the 7th I called back and was told my order had been cancelled on the 27th. I reluctantly placed a new order and was told it would ship overnight. After three days I called asking for an update and was told my order was still processing. I asked them to cancel my order and the customer rep said it was not possible. Escalated to her superior who rudely stated it was not possible. Escalated to her superior to complain about her rudeness and my order and was told there was nothing that could be done. Zero stars are too generous. Avoid and save yourself the headache.

Website is misleading and when you call their customer service center for an overnight order that did not show up for 5 days, that you paid for OVERNIGHT shipping, tjey tell you, tjey do not know there it is and don't call you back when the supervisor says she is going to. Apparently they have so many customers, that they do not need any more! Absolutely horrible vustomer service! Supervisor Verlinda was contradictory and confrontatiomal. Will not use ever again, nor will my entire family!

Looking at these reviews and I agree with the 2.0 rating. I guess you get what you pay for; customer service, promptness, responsiveness, shipping time, etc. It's time to level up anyway.

I love coach. This site is definitely worth checking out. They have gorgeous shoes, purses, and handbags. There are often great sales on the site, and if you spend $150 or more the shipping is free.

I have many coach products, handbags, wallets, flipflops, shoes, watch etc.up until now I have been a faithful customer HOWEVER. The insides of two pair of my loafers has started to peel away. An obvious design flaw... I contacted Coach and they basically told me that they will do nothing to remedy this issue... So after MANY years of being a Coach customer I AM NOW A FORMER CUSTOMER. For the price you pay for their product one would expect a better quality DO NOT EXPECT QUALITY FROM COACH you will get better customer support and quality from a no name brand you could buy in Walmart.

I had a small metal part of a coach vintage saddle bag come loose and fell off & I could not find the part. It is a small, metal hook that clips the strap to the bag and is attached by a gold screw. It would take me about 2 minutes to fix on my own if I had the part. I called Coach and asked them to please ship me the part, to which the responded "we only accept repairs via mail and cannot ship any parts". This is incredibly disappointing to me, as I will been entrusting my treasured handbag (my dad's first gift to my mom) to a mail carrier. I would also be agreeing to part with it for a month or so, which is ridiculous when all I need is a tiny part that would fit in a mail envelope and would receive in 3 days. Lastly, I am sure they will charge me some outrageous price to have a tiny metal piece screwed onto my bag and shipped back. This is a money making scheme at its finest.

I will NOT be buying any further products from Coach with the knowledge that their warranty is a YEAR for a very expensive item and they are incredibly inflexible with repair/restoration.

Horrible online experience! 1) When you request for a password reset, the link is NEVER sent 2) If you enter the wrong "Login" credentials, No Error message is issued, you just get rerouted back to the Login page.

GOOD Luck with online purchases if you are have login issues. This is a Mickey Mouse website, Coach should go to Amazon's school of eCommerce basics

Ordered a pocketbook on 11/29/2020. Order was csncelled. I don't know why. Then they said it was shipped. Never received it. So on 12/ 08 they said I would recieve a gift card by the 18th. Never recieved it but they could see the gift card number. So I ordered a pair of sawyer loafer slides for 67.50 that wad 3 days ago shoes are paid for and they are still processing. I'm contacting the Better buisness bureau in them. They just lie and deceive. Worst ever. Will never shop with them ever again.

So I am going to not only rant, but give this company at horrible review. I have been a customer of Coach for many year. I have bought things not only for myself but other members of my family. My grandmother has never owed a Coach bag and doesn't have the extra money for such items. I decided to treat her and my mom for their birthdays and Mother's Day 2 years ago. They both loved their bags. However jump ahead 2 years. My grandmothers leather on her bag is literally rubbing away because of a poor design wear the buckle rubs back and forth while walking. Now my grandmother is 87 years old. It's not like she is tossing it around. She takes care of it because she is proud to have it. Even keeps it in the bag it came in when she is not using it. So today I took it to the store we bought it at in the Millenia Mall in Orlando. The manager offered to send it away for repairs but said I would be responsible for the $200 it would cost to repair it. He also offered me 30% off a new bag. Honestly I get a better price when they are having a big sale. I didn't like that offer so decided to call Coach directly. The first woman hung up on me. The second one offered to repair it at my cost once again. So this is my warning to all consumers. Don't waste your money! If they are not going to stand by their designs and products, they will not be getting any of my money again. If you want a Coach bag, get it at TJMaxx because after a few uses you'll have to throw it away. Why spend the money! If you want high end, forget the cheap quality and go for a better brand!

I was very disappointed in Coach, I ordered a pair of really nice looking boots, called the Rya boot, not a wonder why can get in every size at this time still. Very nice looking boot but no way could get foot in. I ordered 1/2 size larger thinking boots and can wear pair of socks with. My feet are not wide, would not say overly narrow but usually a spot on size 7.5, sometimes narrow for some shoes or boots. I don't go with 8.5 boots and shoes as are always too big so went 8.
I had my friend with size 6.5 feet and narrow foot try this boot on and she could not get her foot in.

I went to send boots back thinking they took $ 11.00 off the refund for shipping which still thought unfair if defective. I had to pay for the shipping re: $ 48.00. I told Coach very upset about the boot as defective and should not have to pay the shipping and they should rebate me. They said no! I won't order again now and will tell people and all my followers not to order on line from Coach. Their loss because reviews spread and with social media today it allows others to know quickly. Not to mention I did keep the purse and wallet and that cost me over $ 400.00 so not like I didn't spend any money either. I am happy with purse and wallet.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order clothing or boots unless you have tried on before. Coach will not refund shipping even if defective which in my case the boots were defective. Shipping was very costly.

Purse and wallet I kept but the boots were defective. I had to pay $ 49.00 for shipping to return defective boots.

At first I was upset because Coach.com refused a return of an unused bag. Then the company called me and the though I had to travel, and lost my shipping charges, they took back the bag.

Tip for consumers:
DON"T SHOP COACH, there are better companies out there who are honest.

I had to call Coach today because a bag I bought a couple of days ago on coach.com dropped in price from $495 to $198. I asked for a price adjustment and the first girl I spoke to on the phone was rude and told me that she could not do a price match. She told me I had to order another bag in order to get the lower price and return the one I paid more for. So I went ahead and placed another order to get the lower price. After placing the second order I saw on the website that they do indeed price match. I was very angry when I called customer service again but this time I spoke to Joe who told me he could absolutely do a price adjustment and he apologized that the other girl had lied to me. He insisted she was just misinformed but I think she just didn't want to help me. Long story short is Joe was very helpful and so sweet that I hung up the phone a little less angry. Like most of the people on here I would probably say I would I will never shop with Coach again, but they are lucky that they have at least one customer service person who really seemed to care that I was upset and did literally everything he could to make me happy. I really hope they retrain their employees because it is unacceptable to be told they don't offer price adjustments when their website clearly says they do.

I ordered on 11/15/2020 on 12/12/2020 the order was still in processing. I asked them to cancel the order and they refused. Eventually they cancelled the order themselves on 12/18/2020 telling me that the items were sold out. Then almost a month later they charged me anyway on 01/06/2021. I never did receive the merchandise I ordered over 50 days ago yet was charged for. They actually charged my card three times during this process. I had to report fraud and change my card number.

To start with, after being inticed to the website, I saw that there was "free shipping today". I also had a free shipping code. After choosing my bag and going to checkout, there was no free shipping and the code was "invalid for this transaction". I took screenshots of the free shipping offer (no restrictions, it said) and sent it off to the customer service email assuming they would correct the problem. Wrong, 3 days later, they informed me that there was no such thing as free shipping and that my screen shot was just a glitch. Should have cancelled at that point (it had not been shipped) but figured I would just let it go. When the package finally arrived, in a much too big box, I was sorely disappointed. The purse was much smaller than depicted on the website, and the leather was pebbled, which was not relayed in the description. Planning on returning it, the directions say to use the pre-paid label. Guess what? There isn't one and when I went to the website, I see that customers must pay for shipping. So I have paid for two way shipping on a bag I wouldn't have even looked at in a store. This has disappointed me so much that I may never buy another Coach bag--and at one time they were my favorite.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. Go to a store and pick out what you want.

These FASSYHOLES... Claim the orders being processed we can't cancel your order I spoke to a man yesterday said it would be shipped out today nothing is done I'm tired of spending my heart on money on this bullsir brand. A bunch of time wasters now have to receive the order physically go to a coach outlet to return my order which is just $#*!ing wrong. $#*! COACH. IM DONE. WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN YOUR BULL$#*! STORE

I made an online purchase with Coach. I received a confirmation email stating that my items were processing. I wanted to cancel 2 items out of the order so I called their customer service line and spoke to the employee Jed (Employee # *******). He proceeded to tell me that the items had already been shipped, despite the order only being placed 10 minutes ago, and I received no order shipment confirmation. He also stated that 2 items were back-ordered 30-60 days. This information also was not present on Coach website before or after I placed the order, and it also was not present on my confirmation email. Despite all this misinformation and false advertisement, the employee stated that the order STILL could not be canceled. I was not given any notification of the back ordered items and am now forced to wait 30-60 days to receive my items.

After he refused to cancel my order he became extremely disrespectful towards my religion and hung up on me twice. After calling back a second time for steps on filing a complaint he stated "use the two things in your head that God gave you to find it" and hung up again. I take my spirituality very seriously and this deeply offended me to my core. I made this order as a treat for my birthday and it is completely ruined by this interaction. I can only hope that this interaction isn't a representation of the values and equality that Coach stands for. As a consumer, these practices hinder my trust in the Coach brand. I will not spend money in a company that engages in deceptive practices, false advertisement or support sarcasm towards a consumer's religion.

I purchased the Turnlock Market Tote and within the first year, the thin straps on the bag began to fray and stitching was coming undone. The bag was replaced because it was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the same quality issue has begun to show up on the replacement bag. I do not use my bag daily, it has very limited use. I took my tote in for repair and was told I had to pay a repair fee. Reluctantly I paid the fee and asked that the repair center contact me to discuss options because this was the second time this quality issue was being addressed. I was told by the store manager that she wrote extensive notes for the repair center and they would be contacting me. I am extremely disappointed in Coach, I was not contacted as promised and when I elevated to customer service, they apologized for not contacting me and advised that they would be refunding the repair fee because it was still under warranty. Again, Coach did not follow through with their promise. Two weeks later, my refund still has not been processed. If you are thinking of purchasing this tote, DON'T! Although the quality of the bag itself is great, the quality and design of the straps do not stand up to Coach quality! Customer Service Department is an even bigger disappointment.

Poor customer service. They do not follow through with promises made to customers!

I purchased what was suppose to be a Large Jes Messenger, and was sent a smaller version. I tried contacting them on several occasions, because of covid everything was not working at it's normal capacity. I finally sent an email, but I never got a response from them. I was finally able to reach them today, because I looked on the site to see if they had responded to me to find out they had changed my purchase date. I purchased my purse on 6/2 and they changed it to 5/31. The reason behind them doing that is; because they had a cut off day of 6/30 if you made the purchase prior to 6/1. I ended up talking to a supervisor and explained to her what happened. She told me that I made my purchase on 6/1, but their website had 5/31, so I asked her which one is it then. She kept trying to convince me that I made the purchase on 6/1. I told her I know that you all are lying because I have a screen shot of 2 different dates for the same purchase, and she told me another date besides the 2 that I have. That's some shady stuff. Why try to be conniving like that? They have just lost a loyal customer. I told her that I'm sending you your crap back and I want my money. I hung up, because there was nothing else to talk about. I don't play about my money. I took the screen shots because the date was too close to the cut off point. Protect yourself, because they will try to pull it!
