Have been a customer for the past 4 years and have purchased close to 40 items with all good reviews in exception to 5 unfavorable reviews. These 5 have since been deleted which lost my trust in this company and will no longer be purchasing any products from them.
Be careful when purchasing themes as many authors rarely do updates and when they do, they are simple basic updates just to make it look like they are updating for the current year but have done nothing in reality. I have one theme from 2016 which breaks when you try to add newer plugins due to incompatibilities. And codecanyon has the gall to list this same old broken theme as a "Top 10". What a joke!
If you are interested in a plugin or theme, be sure to read the comment section to get a good idea how responsive the author is or buyer complaints. No doubt they probably are deleting the bad comments now as well. Goodbye Codecanyon!

For production quality scripts, its a BIG NO,
May be you can use for reference etc.
There are several rude and cheating sellers over there and codecanyon or envato takes no action against them
BAD EXPERIENCE! I tot i will make a purches with them. First they have some weird vat rules for people from eu first time in my life i see such a bull S**t. And then they only use pay pall. Plz guys get it to gather.

Hello not happy, seems to me like this site is a SCAM i have had issues with almost every item i brought and now they are even removing the items i brought from the site so now the items i brought that they have now removed do not work either.
Why would my purchase items stop working on my servers the min that codecanyon removes them from the market SCAM!
Now i buy a form builder for wordpress with support i paid for and get zero support so i comment in the plugin comments section and i get a reply "Please send this to our support tab" WTF I DID SEND IT TO YOUR $#*!ING SUPPORT did i get a reply HELL NO.
Seems like false advertising with scam products that 50/50 may or may not work but will support give you any support $#*! no just waste your time!

I'm a amateur web developer and I discovered codecanyon.net which is also part of the same marketplace as themeforest.net, videohive.net, etc. They have all kinds of scripts and apps that one can download and use and I highly recommend it for anyone (especially if you're not quite ready, like me, for developing everything from scratch). The prices seem reasonable, I wouldn't really know because this is the first such site i've found. If anyone out there has other sites that they know of i'd appreciate hearing about them, but this codecanyon.net site really suited me well. The service I got was excellent and the site itself was easy to navigate for a first time visitor.
Codecanyon feed lot of freelance workers into a real time manner. Not only one time effort to any freelance workers. It's a great platforms for all (including start ups to big company) depends on codecanyon for their growth. Definitely codecanyon (envato site is trust worthy site for all).

Many plugins are not what they promise or do not have enough quality. Some authors do not respond to you and invite you to pay a fee for support. When you write a negative review of the item, IT WILL BE DELETED IF I TELL YOU ANYTHING!
If you claim, they never give you back the money and if you claim through Paypal, THE ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED. Be very careful with these scammers.
I bought PHP code generator, they send me the script without the licence. Later tried loging in to check for the license, they had dissabled my account. I message support and in 20 hours later a response comes they can't open the account, neither refund made! AVOID AVOID AVOID! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
