My Samsung Washing Machine defective... and the fear of being ripped off by some dubious providers on the Internet. Nice technician came the same day, fixed the error (dirty pump) and calculated the flat rate communicated in advance on the phone (400 rupees). All in less than 30 minutes. Top!
